This is for service. My new F150 has an intermittent A/C issue. I looked it up and it's a known issue since the 2016 models that Ford has never fixed. I called and spoke to Daniel in service about it and he assured me they are familiar with the issue, they know the fix, etc. etc. I asked about getting a loaner vehicle as "I need my truck ever single day." I was told they don't have any. I said that I don't want to drop it off and be told they can't replicate the issue, because unless they drive for over an hour, it won't happen. They said they understood and it's a normal thing, a sensor in the evaporator core that needs to be changed. I set my appointment for 8:30 AM on Friday, April 12. I dropped the car off in the evening of Thursday April 11. I tried reaching out to Daniel at about 5 PM on Friday, as they are open until 7 and just wanted to see if there was an update. I didn't get a return call or text. I didn't get a return call or text Saturday (And they are open all day). I called again Monday and left a voicemail. When I didn't hear back for a few hours I called and insisted on speaking to someone else. That person let me know the truck had not been looked at yet and would be looked at "probably on Tuesday." "Why do I have a Friday at 8:30 AM appointment if you guys aren't even going to put eyes on it until Tuesday", I asked. "The appointment just gets it in line to be looked at, it's not when we actually start looking at it", the gentleman told me. I let them know I needed my truck and they assured me it would get looked at, and a timeline set on Monday and I would get a return call with an update before the end of the day from Daniel. Shockingly, the phone didn't ring. Tuesday morning I call him and leave a voicemail, and send a text asking for an update. I don't hear back by noon so I call the service department and ask for anyone else. They put Daniel on the phone (nice listening to the customer), and he said there are no notes in the system, he didn't have any missed calls from me, and he would get an update and call me back. I said "don't bother. Just pull it outside and I'll come get it later." 2 minutes later I get a phone call asking if I'm there to pick it up right now?!!?! You haven't been in a hurry for the last 5 days, but the second I tell you not to bother fixing it you are hounding me about getting it out of there? Where was this urgency when you had my truck there to be worked on? Worst customer service and communication I have ever received.

We had a wonderful experience at AutoNation Ford in Bradenton. We ordered a new Ford Transit Cargo Van for our Shelter. As it is being used to transport volumes of dogs and cats, there were a number of specific requirements that we had to satisfy. Gary, our Sales Person from AutoNation, worked with us to qualify and recommend various options to meet our requirements and financial constraints. We had to wait to order the 2024 model year until September. Throughout this entire process, Gary kept me informed of the status. After the van arrived, he scheduled a review/quote for our trade-in. We love our new van and felt well cared for throughout the entire process. So very grateful for this level of service and the amazing van we purchased from AutoNation Ford Bradenton.

I recently had a fantastic experience at AutoNation Ford, and a big part of that was thanks to Monica. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire car buying process. Monica took the time to understand my needs and budget, and she found the perfect car for me. I never felt pressured or rushed, and Monica made sure I was comfortable with every step of the way. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford and especially Monica to anyone looking for a new car.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. I purchased a car from your shop only to discover it had a significant water leak issue. Despite leaving the vehicle with your team for half a month, the problem remained unresolved, and I was still charged for the ineffective repair attempts.This experience has left me deeply disappointed. I expected competent service and a timely resolution, especially for such a significant purchase. Unfortunately, your shop failed to meet these basic expectations.I urge you to review your procedures and customer service protocols to prevent similar instances in the future. Additionally, I request a full refund for the ineffective repair services provided.I hope you will take this feedback seriously. As of now, I am dissatisfied with my experience at your establishment and would not recommend it to others seeking automotive services.

While on the way driving from Ohio with my wife to our honeymoon destination on Anna Marie Island my speed sensor took a poo and lit up the christmas tree of related systems that now had errors. Eric and his team were over the top helpful and professional to ensure my baby was back on the road in time. I honestly was starting to stress that I was going to have to fly my wife back home alone, while staying extra days here waiting on my vehicle.I cannot stress enough how appreciated their compassion and care was. Now onto the WORK, my truck is running like new. I actually was self diagnosing an intermittent noise that turned out to be a bad hub they found and replaced. I was due for 60k service and had plans of scheduling that as soon as I got home. They knocked all of that out for me too!!! I now have my truck back in better shape than it was when I left and the peace of mind of knowing its gotten everything it needs!!!Thanks to everyone at Bradenton Ford, if I needed a new car, I'd 1000000% buy it here if I lived out here.

We chose a car online and went to pick up car. Took a while, due to paperwork, but we were pleased with our purchase. We called back with questions weeks later. We didn't receive answers. We called a third time and was told to visit dealership since vehicle is under warranty. We don't have anything negative to say. We are very pleased with our vehicle.

Pick up and delivery service is great. The recalls on my car as well as an oil service were done in no time. The car was picked up at 9AM and returned at 2PM. Very convenient! Great Service and friendly staff. Great Job!

My experience at AutoNation Ford was very satisfying, and I highly recommend their services. From the moment I drove up to check in outdoors I was treated with courtesy and attentiveness by two of their employees. They were ready to top up my windshield fluid and clean my windshield.The service rep who was assigned to me was Eric and we discussed the service I was requesting. Eric was informative, courteous, and efficient. I will ask for him again.This place was very busy, and I did not experience any incompetence. My vehicle was ready in a very timely manner, and I am very satisfied with their performance.

Staff is polite and professional, however they constantly give a lower quite prior to the work and then consistently raise it once ready for pick up. Spent 7200 there to get my car running, made it for 1500 miles before they required another 700 again for fixing. I'm writing corporate about this personally, I wouldn't recommend this shop and I will not be returning.

No hassle, no unnecessary fees, Robert was kind and made the deal easy. Thank you!Edit: after 3 weeks support after sale is basically non-existent. I bought the paint protection package and I can't get a hold of anyone to schedule paint touch ups. Always being told that someone will call me to make an appointment, and they never do.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Auto Nation Ford in Bradenton, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. I had been in contact with Robert E. Miller to set up a test drive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Robert Miller, offered coffee and water.He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. Robert had the car, that I was interested in, out in front ready for a test drive.Not only did they complete the sale promptly, but they also went above and beyond by performing extraordinarily when I returned the vehicle. One of the first good interactions I have had at a dealership! Ford has been great so far and Daniel was easy to work with. Even recommended having my car delivered to me since I live close and that way I wouldn t have to find a ride there. I even got a wash on the outside. Great customer service and my car is running great!

Unfortunately I have had multiple experiences with this dealership within the last couple of years. I have been extremely understanding when they fixed a blown tire and when driving off the lot I already had low pressure . Brought it back and no one put a new service order in so even though it did eventually get fixed I never got a call and had to call multiple times to find out if it was ready. The communication has been so poor on multiple occasions their manager has had to get involved. I had asked for their dent guy to check a couple spots and left my vehicle there for days for this purpose and he was never notified nor was it checked out like I asked. Most recently I have scheduled 2 appointments for their new valet service that I have received multiple emails about advertising and no one has showed up for the vehicle nor called. After the first no show I thought maybe I didn t schedule correctly, but I made certain I did it correctly the second time and the time/day came and went again with no phone call or anyone from Ford showing up. I was super excited about this service due to previous experiences of how long things take and my busy schedule, but it seems they re advertising something that they aren t actually doing. If I could have anyone else fix the recalls I would, at least I can get service elsewhere. I have loved my Fords over the years, but at this point I am considering my next purchase be with a different dealership to pray for a better experience.After a week with not even a call or message, I'm even more disappointed. I will be making the drive to a farther dealership to get the recalls corrected since this dealership doesn't care to respond.

Would not recommend. Tried to sucker me into a bunch of maintenance that wasn't even remotely close to being due. Truck had 36,000 miles on it and they said I should get services that are due at 100,000 miles. Then they took 3 weeks to fix 1 out out 4 problems I needed looked at. Then they didn't update the recall they did on my service records. Very shady business. I will never go there again.

Very happy with our new Ford vehicle (2024 Maverick XLT - Tremor), Cactus Gray. Salesperson (Nolan) was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Didn't feel any pressure. Initially, we went to the dealership just to test drive the hybrid version (I liked it). We were also shown the gas version (since we really wanted the awesome Cactus Gray color) and the vehicle literally just came into the dealership and hadn't even been put into their system. We went home to think about it and then came back later that day to buy the vehicle. Had some concerns with a protection package issue, but it was quickly resolved. The dealership showed a lot of interest in making sure, as their customer, I was satisfied with the entire process. I was.

I love that Ford will come pick up my vehicle for servicing and return it when the job is done, which they did yesterday for my oil change. They arrived on time, were courteous and informative, and returned my car again, at the given time, all the while keeping me informed on what was going on. Could it get any easier?

Daniel was very nice and concerned and attentive when I had to leave my car a few hours for brakes and he kept assuring me that if my ride didn t come he would give me an Uber and to pick me up in one if I needed a ride back. He offered me water and always came and checked on me and I thought that was very sweet of him! Thanks Daniel you really know what customer service is!

Sales men was amazing and so was sales manager, Finance manager was very rude when not wanting to buy any extra coverage. I even walked out for a second. Car was delivered in poor condition and had to return multiple times to get it fixed.

Huge operation one of the biggest if not, the biggest I ve ever seen or been in the sales rep. William was very friendly and did a great job while I was waiting here for me a cup of coffee. Qantas whole idea of being stressed out in car dealership went away, and I was able to relax and felt actually a level of comfort and peace, although I didn t end up buying a truck from them I wish I had. It would ve saved me a lot of time. Unfortunately, the truck I wanted was discontinued for next year.

On February 8th I had my oil changed and a tire rotation. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. I did have one issue and that was my tire pressure. I came in from very cold temperatures so as I came south my tire pressure increased. When I checked my tire pressure after service it was still high. I can't say they didn't rotate my tires but I know for sure they never checked the tire pressure. I guess that must be something I need to request.

Is this the norm now...3-5 days just to diagnose a vehicle!!!!! I took my Ford Fusion to the dealer to get a diagnosis for my brake light, ABS, and traction control dash lights and was told 3-5 business days just to hook it up to the diagnostic machine. Is it just me, or does this sound a bit absurd!

I would give Scott Saidel at AutoNation Ford in Bradenton seven stars out of five if possible. I am extremely pleased by the experience buying my 2024 Ford Escape PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid) from Scott. I live in Clearwater and was interested in buying an electric vehicle with the intention of powering the electric car from the solar panels on the roof of my house. I looked at Tesla, Volkswagen, Volvo, Kia, Hyundai, Chevy and the Ford dealerships close to my house near Clearwater. I did a lot of investigation on-line in various websites, so when I started asking questions at the various dealerships, I generally found the sales people ill-informed about the features and capabilities of their electric cars. Scott was the exception. Scott s knowledge of the vehicles he is selling far surpasses the knowledge of any other sales person I encountered. Scott is a true electric vehicle enthusiast and expert. This knowledge so impressed me that when Scott moved from the AutoNation location in St. Petersburg to the AutoNation location in Bradenton, I followed him down even though I had no commitment to buy a Ford at that time. One the most impressive and decisive factors in my buying from Scott at AutoNation Bradenton was that I had a perception of honesty and superior knowledge from Scott. When other sales people could not answer my questions, I was left wondering whether they did not know the answer because they had never considered the issue, or they were pretending ignorance and deceiving me because they felt the true honest answer would deter me from buying the car. With Scott, I felt I was getting true, complete answers and being dealt with honestly. Although I really liked the Mustang Mach-E, I ultimately ordered and bought the Ford Escape PHEV due to price. I figure that for 355 days of the year, I will drive my Escape in electric-only mode using electricity from the solar panels on my roof and my charger at home. There are only a few days each year I take long trips when I will need more range than the 37 miles that the Escape PHEV has in electric-only mode.
