As a woman customer, I am always very skeptical when I have Auto repairs Omar, and Auto Medic, have restored my trust. He was very professional, communicative, and on top of everything!! They did a very big job on my car, and he explained that I do have a warranty on top of that! So, I am very very pleased! I feel I have finally found a company that I can trust with my car again! Omar and his team have done such a great job with my truck, finding out what it needed and getting the right parts at the right price. You never feel like you re being sold anything, only educated on what s needed to keep you safe and reliably in the road. I ve sent family friends to AutoMedic and they were well taken care of as well. I ll do all I can to get my cars over to them when they need work. Highly recommended!

Great guy, great people. Omar has done two big jobs on my car and I'm happy with the work. However, both times it took longer than expected and they had to get other parts. They didn't charge me more and the first time I had to wait extra days to get my car, he gave me an oil change for $20 to make up for it. Their lot is tiny - they could definitely use a bigger place. I like them so I'll keep bringing my car there.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

The owner is great. The shop is organized. And your car gets fixed as long as the parts are available. ( That's always the hardest part).Be careful the lot is extremely tiny. Easy to pass up the first time you go there . But the sigh is big.

Took my 2006 Ford F150 in to Omar and his guys. They replaced my lower control arms+sway bar links. Quoted me a very reasonable price especially compared to other shops in the area! Very satisfied with the work they done and thankful for the frame of time they got it done also! Omar is a good guy with good customer service! Easy guy to communicate with! Will definitely recommend AutoMedic to others and I will be returning for any future work.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

First time here and absolutely love them. Needed oil pan and a main seal replacement, dropped car off at 830am and it was done by 330pm. Service and prices are great, will continue to use them for my car repair needs.

My Cadillac was out of commission for 4 days before I found AutoMedic. They were very professional, fast & friendly! Had my truck up & running within 2 days & she needed pretty major work. This is a very reliable and honest auto shop. My husband has been taking our vehicles here since 2018 and has asked for Omar s opinion on any new vehicle we planned to purchase. Very honest with pricing as well and more than willing to help.

My starter went out on me. Had to tow my car somewhere. Looked on line at a few places and this shop popped up. Had good review . And they deserve them. Got there right as they where closing or should I say 5 minutes after they closed. Someone was still there, dropped my car and key off. Next day it was done. Plus a few other things I needed to get done. Good price fast service and great people. Definitely recommendServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I called Omar earlier this week about getting the water pump replaced on our 2012 Dodge Ram and he gave me a price to replace it on the phone. When I called him later in the week asking about bringing it in he got it right in the shop and back to me when promised. They only had it for the day and he let me know what else needed replaced before doing it. Omar was excellent to work with and did an excellent job! We will definitely be returning in the future for any other work needed. Thank you to Omar and the team for an all around great experience!

Needed a small hood switch for an old Mercedes - idiot light kept saying my hood was open - Omar found the part, installed it in like 2 seconds, and waved the charge.I've been going to Omar and Tim at AutoMedic for about 4 - 5 years now and have always felt I'm treated fairly. Just bought another classic Mercedes because I feel I'm in such good hands.

AutoMedic crew and Omar personally doing a great job! They are professionals, friendly and always ready to help and assist if you have any issues with your vehicle. Prices are affordable, job done quickly and professionally. I'm using their services more than a year and a half from now and I can definitely recommend them. I have been using AutoMedic for some time now on a variety of vehicles, from Chrysler 300 and Ford RV to currently, Alfa Romeo. They are knowledgeable and thorough, fairly priced and great to work with. I highly recommend Omar and AutoMedic!!! Today they replaced the Valve Cover gaskets on my 97 4Runner. I am so glad that I went there. I needed to have a used engine installed. I asked for a quote and the owner Omar was very nice and stuck by his original pricing. Said it would take 3 days and that's exactly what it took. He explained everything to me and kept me posted right to the very end. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a decent honest mechanic who knows what he is doing and isn't out to just get your money.

Great service, great prices, very competent work. We have all of our cars worked on by Omar. We have a Jaguar XK, Mercedes Convertible, Ford Van. We have all types of issues with the car and Auto Medic repairs them all quickly and with a smile. We are very lucky to have found Auto medic after our move from Florida. Keep up the Great work.

Omar and the guys are the ONLY mechanics I trust for both of our vehicles. Fair, honest and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!**EDIT: My Dodge Journey 2018 has 120,000 miles on her and she has been a trooper. She is getting past her prime and if it wasn't for the guys at Auto Medics and their commitment to diagnosing and follow through I would be hating my girl.They treat me with respect and they go over and above. So I have used this mechanic a couple times and I originally left a bad review on my real feelings he held up to his end of the deal so I changed it to a good review because I hadn t experienced any other mechanics but since moving to Virginia Beach I had another mechanic fix their work Which they supposedly put a transmission in my vehicle but it has been giving me problems ever since they put their hands on my car. I m not sure if they even change the transmission since it is under warranty and the warranty company pays them my transmission that they supposedly fixed only had 9000 miles on it and it went out again , so I had to bring it to a mechanic in Virginia Beach and it took them seven days from the time I brought the car they put it in the claim they receive the new transmission and they installed it and every time auto medic touched my vehicle the check engine light never went off This new mechanic did the same job a transmission swap and got my check engine light off and anytime I needed any info I would have to call auto Matic the new mechanic reached out to me every step of the way that is very unprofessional and if you can avoid going to this mechanic at any cost, make sure you do it because I promise you will regret having them touch your car Don t say I didn t warn you about this Mechanic.Services: Transmission replacement, Auto maintenance
