Samuel Cantos was a pleasure to work with and did amazing work with a FAST turn around.My truck was damaged right before I left on a long term, cross country trip. I thought I was never going to get it fixed on the road (short term stays) until I met Samuel and Auto Cre8tive Restoration.They did amazing work, quickly. Fixed the truck perfectly and you can t tell there was any damage. This Company was amazing from their communication and friendliness, to being on time. My daughter was in a accident where the other car knocked her car into the pond and my daughter had to jump out and is unable to swim.l had to call countless tow companies and was gave the run around when I should ve been able to be focused on my daughter in the hospital, I called my insurance company, state trooper that was there, and the other person insurance company no one would help me because the car was under water this company stepped in and handle everything and took a load off my shoulders. Paul was the best he got in that water, hooked my daughter s car up made sure her things didn t go floating out of the car when he opened the doors to get all the water out. He communicated with me and took care of everything. He interacted with my family as we were his family, he showed us love and respect during this terrible time and all we had gone through. We wish him the best. I also talked to Marc who I never met but talked to on the phone he helped me so much over the phone also taking a load off and taking care of things, by getting things on the right track with the insurance company. I can t thank this company enough, I pray I don t ever need another tow but if I do they are in my emergency contacts now. My driver Paul was extremely professional and called to notify me of his arrival as well as a step by step process. I needed roadside assistance through my car's insurance for a battery replacement. Little did I know that would involve taking apart the air filter to get to the battery! Luckily, the guy they sent was more than willing to put in the effort to get me back on the road with the battery in place and was all around a great dude, even while I was snooping out of curiosity for the process. Cannot recommend enough for when you're in a jam! Hopefully I'll be able to go back to the actual shop for further work if needed; they definitely deserve it!Services: Battery service, Battery

Paul showed up and was very friendly and helpful. Although I ended up not needing the service because all along my other door was unlocked Paul showed professionalism and knew what he was doing, he also kept a good conversation while he was working on the actual locked door. If I ever really need my door locked I'll be calling him for sure!

I locked myself out of my car 30 minutes before I was to go to an interview so I asked them if they could get expedite the service. Well, the receptionist was able to get a hold of someone, who happened to be at home, who came and unlocked my car within 15 minutes.I can't thank them enough for the EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL service.

My fathers car had fading paint and an engine knock so to surprise him i decided to have the engine fixed and the whole car resprayed. They did fantastic work the car looks and runs like it did the day he first bought it. this place is really is a one stop shop since all the work was done in house the turn around was fairly quick all things considered. i will defiantly be bringing more of my vehicles to them in the future.

I bought my Scion used and in fairly good shape ...still something went wrong. A belt snapped and I had to work so I didn't have time for the headache. A Google search brought me to the great folks at Cr8tive Roadside. From start to finish it was A plus top notch customer service. They're no BS hassle-free approach equates to honesty. Sam, the owner, is professional and personable. He understood exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. Their knowledge of all years, makes and models of vehicles is extensive. The pricing is extremely fair and the work is done right the first the time. Hometown people who run hometown businesses are always at the top of my list. Cr8tive is right there. In addition to their auto repair and auto body shop they offer roadside assistance. Cr8tive has it all covered so your never stranded. Thank you Dam, your whole team made my life a lot better. Today, February 25, 2020 my car would not start at the Goodwill Store on Cortez Road in Bradenton Florida. Being from Michigan I had no idea who to call. My wife and I were to take one of our church people to St. Petes Airport in the morning and we are to head home to Michigan in 2 days. After attempting to call 2 wrecker services, one had gone out of business, and the other told me it would be at least 3 hours before they could get to me. After setting there in my car for a few minutes I just said a little prayer.... and then remembered in my car was my Auto Owners insurance papers and an 800 number to call for roadside assistance. My insurance company made a direct call to Cr8tive Roadside Road Service and got me the help I needed. I also called their office and I believe the receptionist name was Kimberly, to double check their assistance. She was a delightful young lady. She told me the boss himself, Sam, would be there in minutes. In about a total of 35 minutes Sam was there to help me. We had to hand push my car out so he could jump start it. After a few minutes it started and after checking it out told me it needed an alternator. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon and he found one at an Auto Zone. I told him I would pick it up and also picked up a new battery. My prayer had been answered.... my car started ( I did not turn it off) went to Auto Zone, picked up a new battery and alternator, which Sam had called and they had ready. I then drove to his shop on East 26th Street in Bradenton. In less than 2 hours Sam and his workers had my car back on the road. Here I am a total stranger from Michigan and they treated me like a regular customer. I now can take my friend to the airport tomorrow, and back to snow this weekend in Michigan. Sam and his employees went way beyond what I could have ever hoped for. Sam is a young man and is a fine example of a business owner. I took my daughter's truck to two different mechanics and also the Sunset Cadillac dealership for diagnosis after it kept breaking down and was charged lots of money but never fixed the problem. Then one night it broke down and AAA sent Auto Cr8tive Finishes to tow me in and Sam asked if I would like him to take it to his shop and look at it for me. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend AUTO CR8TIVE FINISHES.Service: Engine repair

A Great Experience! A wonderful one stop shop for all your vehicle s needs. They recently replaced the CV axles on my Honda Odyssey. Not only did they replace them as needed, quickly and professionally, they safety checked the rest of the vehicle and didn t find anything else needed. This was a great change from the classic list of questionable items some chain auto repair centers like to surprise you with. Auto Cr8tive finishes are honest, trustworthy shop. Sam takes care of all my commercial vehicles. They do excellent work mechanically, body, and paint. The PPG paint system is 2nd to none. Prices are very reasonable. Knowledge team. I am glad I can rely on them to keep my fleet of cars and trucks in excellent condition.

I saw their truck at a local gas station today. The driver was approached by an out of area homeless man who didn t know where he was. The kind driver asked him if he could work. The man said yes and your kind driver offered him a job! It s Sunday afternoon and the angels were with them both!!

I have had Auto Cr8tive Finishes complete a generous amount of work on my current vehicle ('05 Ford Explorer) as well as a '13 Hyundai Accent, and the work is ALWAYS of the most excellent quality. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very professional. Sam always does a fantastic job AND he goes the EXTRA MILE. Certainly worth every dollar. I recommend Auto Cr8tive Finishes for anybody's automotive repair needs. Whether actively looking for a mechanic or in need of a second opinion, this is THE PLACE to go! If you want to maintain your ride and take care of it as best as possible, do yourself a favor and stop by. Sit back, relax, and know that you chose the right place to bring your car for service. You will be pleased with the excellent work and the decision to do business here.I also want to note, IF YOU HAVE A GDI ENGINE, it requires a special cleaning every 2nd oil change. Sam has the specialty tools required for this GDI engine cleaning. I had this done for the first time for the Accent (at ~81K miles) when I found out, and it drives much better. The engine light came on because of a knock, and not doing this cleaning on a GDI can decrease engine life significantly. You want a knowledgeable mechanic like Sam to take care of your vehicles!
