A mistake was made matching the paint on my 2011 TC. I took the car back and the manager was so helpful. He went out and matched the color off the car and didn't charge me for the two replacement cans.

Thank you for doing what the Advance Auto Parts at 910 1st St couldn't...a simple battery swap. Took less than 10 minutes and she's working again! Way better customer service, attentive employees, it was like walking into a different environment completely compared to the one I had just left. These guys are trained, knowledgeable, and helpful! 5 stars!

Love this location better then the rest. The employees actually aknowlege you when yoh walk in and are so helpful. Other locations not so much. I love the rewards program and i am an elite member and it pays off witb awesome coupons and gas discounts.

Incredible, top notch customer service! A sincere greeting, eager to help while focused on the patron.I was in a hurry not wanting to take the time to search 4 what i needed, among the thousand parts.The dude was calm, nice and answered my rapid fire questions kindly. He told me the exact location of the item and was going to walk me to it. Without me even asking.This place is full-row after row of automobile stuff. Very organized, uncluttered, and clean.I was stressed out b/c my car was busted and very Anxious. I was lost in a store not knowing where anything was. I don't know if i would have been nice to me. He was i would post his name for 5 service. I left encouraged so thanksLet this dude know HE matters by liking

They were all very cool and helpful but Ecspecially Angel and Tammy they really knew exactly what they were doing and really went out of there way to make us feel like we were V.I.P s.I think it s safe to say that we won t be going to any other auto parts store again

This location has a automotive paint mix next door in the same building. I've been buying mixed paint from them for a couple years now. Staff is always polite and fun to have a good laugh with. I recommend anytime you need to mix paint for your automobile to visit this location.

I dealt with Barry the manager of the store, couldn't have been a nicer guy needed a battery and alternator check he was very accommodating even offered him a tip and he denied it very nice gentleman highly recommended

I was at the paint shop they can match anything they use a camera to get the paint code , plastic metal always a great match

I just tried return a $35 cam position sensor WITH RECEIPT showing I had paid debit. First they told me I had to get store credit even though I had a receipt and their part was defective. Why would I want to get the same part (or anything else for that matter) knowing it could also be defective? I already wasted way too much time and energy installing this sensor MYSELF and having it not work. The manager came up with some excuse saying the store I got it from (right down the street) probably sold me an old part because the numbers don't match up. That's not my problem! So now you're telling me I can't return a defective item WITH RECEIPT because YOUR store sold me one that was so old the numbers don't match up. I didn't realize your company was so hard up for cash you had to stoop down to swindling single mothers. I'm doing all this work myself and now I have to walk all the way back to my car empty handed. Thanks a lot.

Preordered and paid for a part. When arrived the employees could not find it. After about 15 minutes I left after informing them I would come back. They did finally find it. But I thought they were kinda rude about it.

The store employees are knowledgeable help on friendly they usually have their Parts in stock. And they do install batteries and wiper blades and bulbs.
