Great job straightening out my trailer fender which was hit during an accident. It looks and feels much safer now. Affordable, friendly, and professional staff. I would recommend them and will certainly be back for trailer maintenance and anything else in the future. Thank you

My husband had an issue with his trailer lights and breaker, so he called A & A Trailer Hitch Center. Not only did they provide him with great advice over the phone to fix the issue temporarily, but when he took his trailer in the next day for repairs, the service and job were amazing! We are highly impressed and recommend this shop to anyone needing trailer services. Great job, A & A Trailer Hitch Center!

A&A trailer has always taken care of me same day and offer great pricing. I had an issue with a trailer hitch today brought it in after they were already open and I picked it up with a new jack re-welded before they closed.

I highly recommend this business. We had our base plate and tow bar assembly on our Jeep and Motorhome installed here. Donny did an excellent job. He walked us through everything, adjusted everything, and made sure everything worked as it should. He went over how to set the Jeep up to tow. He even let us video the whole set up so we wouldn t forget anything. Scheduling was easy. The ladies at the counter made this a breeze to do. Worth the 1 1/2 hour drive hands down! You will not find anyone else around with the experience and know how that they have here. We are very happy customers!

A&a trailer is an excellent place for trailer parts and work I had my axles replaced many years ago and they did a great job went there today to get some parts and they were very knowledgeable and even gave me a cut piece of aluminum on the cheap highly recommend them for anything related to trailers

They were very nice on helping me with my truck connection for my seven-way from my work trailer and I even showed up a little later in the day and they helped me get my lights figured out they're amazing

Called them about a broken axle hanger on my trailer while I was camping at Fort de Soto park. They got me in right away and did a great job welding up my hanger. I would highly recommend this place for your welding needs.

I went with a friend. She took her trailer there. The guy moving the trailers around was friendly, professional and polite. He seemed very happy to work there.So far so good. I will update this review if anything changes.

Outstanding professional and personable service and a quality installation at a fair price! I had to buy my own hitch and wiring kit for my discontinued little Honda CR-Z because the wiring kit was discontinued by the manufacturer. I found someone on the internet who had one left and snapped it up, then brought and the hitch to A&A after reading their reviews. I was not disappointed! Don got the job done super efficiently and I couldn't be happier. Do NOT hesitate to use these guys for any trailer needs!

I had three long-standing issues with my Popup trailer (bearing, electrical, and brake related) which were quickly diagnosed and repaired. We re now all set for our next adventure. A&A Trailer is my Goto place for maintenance & repair. Such a professional and friendly shop!

Received very poor service here. First of all, while talking to the woman behind the counter, she decided to take a phone call and kept me waiting while she argued with a customer. She then told me the item I wanted was not in stock, but would not call me when it was available as she is too busy. i am supposed to call every week to see if it is in! She was miserable and almost to the point of rudeness. Not exactly good customer service is it? Will try elsewhere. I wonder if she has ever heard the term service with a smile?

I was on a tight schedule and when I attempted to rent a U Haul trailer they told me that my lights weren t working. Drive to A&A where they immediately identified the problem, squeezed me in their busy schedule and had me out the door in no time. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. THESE FOLKS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING?

Fantastic job!They put a DrawTite receiver on the BMW X3 for a bike rack.They did a jam up job. Looks great! Plus I saved 2,000 bucks from dealer cost.These guys are the best! Thanks so much!J

Been here twice. Tracy always keeps everything running smooth in the front office. The technicians are highly experienced, helpful and friendly. The store has everything trailer and a good selection of RV things as well. This is a true, down home mom and pop business. Very fair prices. Always worth the trip.God bless and thank you to all the folks at A and A Hitch Center.

These gals/guys are awesome! I needed to rent a trailer and my harness was not working. I called A&A for help,, and They got me in the very next day to trouble shoot the problem at 8 am... 20 minutes later I left with a replaced module and new harness. Very friendly staff that went out of their way to show me the problem and explain how they were going to fix it.

Woao!!!! These place really takes care of its clients. That are very busy, however today I had an emergency with the trailer of my jet ski . I just bought it and I knew the trailer needed work and was hoping to make it to my home so I could bring it to the shop. On my way home driving on I4 almost midnight one of the springs broke and I was stranded. After receiving help from a Good Samaritan last night I was able to make it home in Bradenton at 2 in the morning. I called A&A trailer Hitch center brought my trailer held together by straps and these guys made it look new. Awesome staff very personable and very much good human spirits around there. I wish them lots of success they deserve it!!!Pedro

I installed a brake controller for my dump trailer in my 99 7.3 powerstroke. I couldn't figure out why it wasn't connecting to electric brakes. I went to the business asked for help. A service man crawled under the truck with me showed me a wire that I had to splice in order for it to work. Very thankful they helped me. Knowing is half the battle . Highly recommend this place if you got trailer issues of any sort.

Don t go during lunch Wanted all tires replaced including spare and said it was because they were original to trailer and 7 years old. Guy working office desk wrote down wrong phone number. Guy that looks at tires when I dropped off looks at year and indeed 7 years old. So they are both aware the spare needs replaced. When I called to retrieve trailer (because they had wrong number). They set trailer out front. They dropped jack onto the tow chain. (And now that I have used it again the hinge on the clip is screwed up.) So the day after I start thinking if they can t get the right phone number and either don t realize or don t care that the jack is on top of the tow chain, no way they remembered the spare and sure enough the original spare remains. They said they weee giving me a free spare which is nice but it really comes down to trust. New information- I went to get my free spare and they charged me for it.apparently when the office mgr returns from vacation all they said the week before doesn t matter Are the tires properly installed? Did they tighten all the lug nuts enough? I m a novice at this and really hoped I found a place I could rely on and not feel like I need to check all of this stuff. Especially if it is something I m clueless about. Tires are pretty standard what if I get some sort of structural repair? And now I have a stupid hinge on the tow chain clip that I get to screw with 15 minutes while attempting to unhook. Thanks Donnie - well done

If you are looking for quantity and not quality this place is good. The people are very nice but the quality of work that came out of the place was not what I expected. The wiring for the trailer lights was laying in the trunk of my vehicle. I didnt know I had to ask them to place the wiring for the trailer outside by the hitch itself. I had to take time off of work to get this done now, I have to take more time off of work to get it fixed.

A & A Trailer has twice now gone above and beyond for me. I have been there to make sure I torqued down my trailer tire correctly and they helped me out gratis. Also, they did a great job installing a receiver in my F-550 and matched me with a good hitch. Reasonable prices and great service, what more is there to say?
