WHOEVER IS DRIVING FOR THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO DRIVE. THEY CUT ME OFF ON THE HOWARD FRANKLIN BRIDGE NEARLY SIDE SWIPING MY CAR WITH MY 2 KIDS IN THE CAR!!!!! THANK GOD I WAS PAYING ATTENTION AND WAS ABLE TO BREAK WITH NO ONE BEHIND ME BECAUSE LORD KNOWS IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO WRITE THIS POST RIGHT NOW. THIS OLDER MAN THAN PROCEEDED TO PASS VERY CLOSELY TO A SEMI TRUCK. I AM PRAYING THAT HE STOPS SPEEDING AND STARTS PAYING ATTENTION TO THE ROAD!!!!!!

Very good Junk Yard, James and Sean are good people to deal with Marc. The owner is amazing. They will negotiate with you as well if you ask. I will always go here if I need parts.

I am currently employed at this location! I love my job and enjoy helping the customers! We are busy all day long and are open everyday of the week except, Sunday we are closed our hours are 8am to 5pm. If we don't have the part your in need of we try to help you out by ordering it in for you. Our inventory changes daily

I was at the Ashton post office this morning and my car would not start. One your drivers, Tom, pulled up and I asked him for a jump and let him know I had jumper cables. He agreed without hesitation and when he was done with his visit to the customer window, he moved his truck and got my car going. Such a pleasant, helpful man! I hope all of your drivers have this helpful and considerate attitude! He s an asset to your organization! Please let him know that his small act of kindness made my day!

i called for a specific part, after numerous times being placed on hold. im told they need to be paid to pull part before confirming they have part that fits. what a joke.

So grateful for them!!! Got a stock headlight part that would have cost me $400 new for $50! Didn t have to rewire my headlight thanks to them! Very kind people! They follow through! Call you back and do the job as promised!!! I am so beyond thankful!!!!! Also gave me some great advice that actually worked very well!!!

Purchased items that had to be shipped to me but the quality was terrible and 2 of the items were broken. Terrible service, employee forgot to order an item so i had to go back so they could add it, poor communication between employees, asked for a refund and returned all a items. A week later i only received half of my refund, had to go back and found out the employee forgot to process my return. 2 weeks for a refund.

I am have happy with my experience at A &A Auto recycling. I had a car that needed some repairs. And I didn't think the car was worth putting the money into. So I called A&A. And they picked up my and really help me out with not knowing where to take it. The staff was very helpful. I would like to say thank you to Mark for making this process easy and for all of your help.

I've been buying parts from these guys since I was a kid. Great parts great service! Very relaxed atmosphere. Free entry, wow sad I have to say that. Always reasonable prices, and very negotiable. Great place to find parts. This is the ONLY auto salvage I will go to. If they don't have my part, I BUY NEW. I don't waste time and entry fees elsewhere.

First time going outside of a junk yard field to look for 4 rims and tires didn't have a clue of what I was doing so I called the representative that was helping me her name is Elizabeth Everts omgeeee she was very nice friendly and a great awesome person thank you thank you so much for everything that you've done today to help me out May God continue to bless you with your personality and your friendly help 5 stars but I'm giving you 10 stars again thank you so much

A & A Auto Recycling it is great! Professional counter help that is always knowledgeable and courteous. Their website now allows one to search inventory, which will show what row the vehicle is in. If using mobile device, you'll have to click on the vehicle to see the row number; on a desktop it just shows it. Also, their prices seem to have gotten better and better and are as good or better than the other U-Pull it yards. Plus they don't charge a two or three dollar fee like the other U-Pull-It yards. Always a great experience; I highly recommend A&A!

I called them on a bumper I needed and they had pictures to me within a few minutes. Having dealt with other yards, I'd say that their customer service and turn around time on questions is superb! I'll definitely be calling back in the future when I need other parts.

I've been doing business with A&A for quite a while had to run in with a black gentleman today started running his mouth about not holding the door open when he works here didn't see him but still got slick with that mouth but I guess it's okay for an employee to talk to a customer that way A&A you lost my business

These people are super busy. They are nice but they arent your personal google. I personally have had no issue with them but i see reviews with people whining. Dont call in and talk to them for 10 minutes about your story. Im sure they dont mean to be mean to you but they are always busy. Their prices are worth it so get over it or order it online if you need someone to hear your life story for a part.

I'm not usually one to write reviews but I couldn't let this one slide. Unfortunately my experience with A&A Auto was one of the worst I've ever had. Aside from an employee named James who was very patient and helpful, I can only say the opposite about the manager Sean, and the owner.Im restoring a car and after looking for weeks, I found out they had a gas tank I had been looking for. It was going to take me 20+hrs round trip to get it since you can't mail a used gas tank and wanted some more information before making the drive.Sean made it crystal clear with his fumbling uneducated answer, that he had no idea what he was talking about and was not going to work with me because it was too much of an inconvenience. The owner wouldn't even speak to me. And this was after dealing with them for almost 3 weeks just waiting on them to locate the car. Most frustrating waste of time ever.Doubt this review will do anything, but maybe it will save someone else out there some time and disappointment.

Would anyone pay 30$ just to know if engine that's for sale is in good running condition?Called to check for availability of certain engine and was told to give credit card info to "get in line". Why should we pay for that?This yard wont pay for labor cost if it bad engine but wants to collect money for nothing? Like I'm so busy that pay me for lifting a finger? What kind of business is it ?Shawn was the salesman.

Mark was amazing He helped me with purchasing my brothers car . This was the smoothest transaction I could have every experienced . In less the 10 min we finished the deal .. Example : We drove up to A&A Recycling lot and I meet Mark and I was greeted on the spot .. Mark was so thoughtful in our situation and gave us the best deal he could . Im so grateful and I appreciated his wonderful service . I highly recommend this company and our family thanks you . Faith :)

Poor service by Tom at the front desk. I gave him all my details and he "wasn't able to get a hold of you". Who is not capable of writing an email.I would not do business with these guys. Claiming you did receive an email address is incorrect and untrue. The guy just didn't bother to write it down.

Free entry which is great. Good inventory but it's really tight to work in there. Not sure if I'd rather have the selection of vehicles or a bit more space to work but great place for parts either way.

Coming in from Arcadia and was running late and they stayed open. Although he did sould rude when we ask if he would be there if we could make it by 10 after 5. Overall very satisfied so far

Best salvage yard in Bradenton! Hard working and compassionate people working there. Hats off to the owner / manager for helping me find a lock nut key that fits my vehicle. Please look there first. They will save you $$$$!

This is by far the best salvage yard in both counties, they're fair on prices never nickel/dime ya like how they never charge entry fee the vehicles are well organized not spending hours searching for vehicle thats suppose to be on lot then find out its not, every employee is friendly, courteous and glad to help, its not a place for children to dangerous as with any salvage yard its worth not having to give my money to dealers or buying same part 3 times from not so advanced auto, thats just my 2 cents

This place is a blessing. You can find so many used parts for so many different vehicles. They pull the part for you, and the prices are very reasonable. I bought the wrong part and they replaced it with the receipt no questions asked.

My boyfriend lost his wallet with all this money in it at this place, we came back the next day and they give it back to him with everything in it. Very thankful they returned it !! They have some very honest people working there !
