Stayed here with my daughters and this was in the perfect location. In walking distance to dinner and directly across the street from the beach. My ONLY complaint is the doors are very loud (like you d expect at a traditional hotel) so we had a rough time falling asleep with the group above us coming in and out all night! The unit we rented was on the first floor and had a cute little porch that looked out towards the ocean (across the street). Perfect place for a family, couples, friends or just a solo trip! Parking was great and the unit was very clean.

My wife and I stayed here the week of May 14, 2023. Great location with a beautiful beach. Place was quiet and comfortable. Nice staff who was very helpful.We actually arrived a bit early on a Sunday and we were let in early even though they didn t have to. Much appreciatedLocated right at a beach access and easy to get on beach and use assigned lounge chairs. Loved this place and will go back. Close to cool restaurants as well for good food near Bridge Street.

Was a great weekend, and a great little place! Only a few blemishes in the room, which can be expected anywhere. Was a great value, especially considering how much most island places are. Great location, and worked with us to park a golf cart we rented for the 1 day. Everything was perfect for us. Thank you very much!Rooms: Room was great for the price.Walkability: Walking distance to beach, and short drive to everything else.

Parking was a nightmare, in the rules it says each person with a room gets a parking space however the manager didn t care if people had several non-paying visitors who parked in paying customers spots. Even one car was double parked and he said he wasn t going to tell people to park better. The rooms are not upkept, rust in the tub, walls looked like holes were patched without painting them and old furniture. For the price we paid it was decent but the manager was very mean to us and we just wanted to have a parking space no matter what, which it said we had when we booked. It was nice having a kitchen, and washer / dryer in the condo.

The best place for vacations in front of the sea. The super comfortable rooms full kitchen. Only 5 steps and you can already enjoy a wonderful beach and the best sunsets and I can not fail to mention the staff of the place, they are incredibly friendly and our favorite person Margaret, adorable person. gentle, sweet and made us feel at home, I will definitely return a thousand times, thank you

Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a lovely stay. The location is very convenient and the beach access is just a few steps across the street. The grounds are well-kept, check-in was a breeze, and the units were freshly painted with new appliances. The mattress on the Murphy bed is a tad thin but certainly comfortable enough for a good night s sleep. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to borrow which was very convenient. If you are looking for a great value in a very clean and updated establishment, stay here!

Highly recommend staying at this 3 bedroom/2bath condo at The Beach Club at Anna Maria Island. The condo was nicely decorated and had all the amenities needed. Televisions in all 3 bedrooms and in the main living room. The roof top deck was wonderful to read and relax with a glass of wine or early morning cup of coffee. We were only steps from. The beach and there were resort chaise loungers on the beach! Such a wonderful bonus. A dip in the pool or hot tub was really relaxing. The management was wonderful and checked several times to make sure we had everything we needed. He even got us a wine bottle opener and extra mirror. Price was very reasonable for January. We will definitely be back.

Had the best time staying here three nights and I. We come to Florida every single year and have for five years. Out of every place I ve ever stayed this has been my favorite. The gentleman who runs and owns these rentals is very kind and personable. He even gave us along with all the other residents At the beach club, coconuts fresh right from the tree. We will definitely keep this as our forever rental while visiting Anna marie Island.

Terrific family owned and operated beach getaway. Studio and one bedroom units are clean well maintained well equipped and welcoming. Nice pool hot tub easy beach access sunset deck Internet Smart TV even Chairs set out on the beach .. got it all especially Michael an excellent hotelier

Great location, parking easy, 1st floor rooms. Updated, clean, quiet. Hated the bed, too bouncy soft. Couch was great. This is a complete apartment! Attentive staff. Very nice. Kid stomping above us so stairs may be necessary for peace.

Great location, beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. There is a pool, hot tub, 2 spacious queen-sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a living space that offers a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Parking is off the main road, and you are conveniently located directly across from the beach. They provide beach chairs and towels. The staff we met were friendly and offered us whatever we needed. Great find and would stay here again.

Totally unresponsive front office and corporate staff. Messages left with the call center regarding bloody sheets were not sent to the front office. After waiting for several hours, I found some one on site, who instead of being apologetic, began questioning me about the exact location of the stain, what it looked like, etc. They did bring new linens, and the on site person informed me that they would be contacting corporate to discuss ways to rectify the issue. However, after speaking with corporate when we returned home, they apparently never received this message. The person at corporate took down my information, and almost a week later, I've yet to hear back. I called again today, and was told to email someone about it.Nice location, and pretty nice set-up, but would recommend finding a different place to stay. There are many more, and I'd bet they have a more responsive and accountable staff.

We booked a one bedroom apartment which are located on the first floor, but received a two bedroom apartment that we did not want because it was located on the ground floor and we were only two persons traveling with a baby so did not need a second room. There was neither a comment or excuse on the fact that we did not received what we booked. The room on the ground floor in fact was without a lot of light, but next to that fully equipped. There is no free room service - they charge additional USD 25 for that. Staff had no idea about the region and activities to do. In general we did not feel very welcome since there was no personal connection between stuff and us as we usually experience it in most of the other places we stay.

We really enjoyed our visit. Everyone that work there was very polite. Our unit was exactly how it was pictured. It was a very clean, and very fairly priced. We thought the beach was going to be a little far since we had to cross the street. But to our surprise it was literally right across the street. We will definitely be returning.

The room was nice but the walls were extremely thin. Also, if you check in after hours, your check-in envelope should be in a box near the office. No other instructions are provided. When I arrived at 7pm, there was no check-in envelope for me. I called the after hours number provided and only got a voicemail. I had to call the after hours maintenance number and wait for 20 minutes for someone to figure out how I get my key. Finally, I received a notice on my door the morning after my party arrived that the kids in our group were being too loud after hours. I have no problem telling my group to be quiet except the notice indicated a legal 10pm noise ordinance. There are no signs about a noise ordinance anywhere at the facility. Given that this is a vacation destination, most people are not going to be from the area and therefore would not be aware of a "noise curfew". If signs were posted and then someone was loud after hours, I would understand why the notice threatens a fine.

It was the perfect location being right across from the beach. The bedroom kind of smelled funny, but that was the worst part. The complementary beach chair's and umbrella's were a great addition! Has a hot tub and pool on site.

Avoid this place at all costs. My first stay the air conditioning leaked all over the living room for 2 days. I called them the night arrived to let them know and no service technician ever arrived to solve the problem. I indicated I didnt have cell service and to call the room when the technician came. The resort stated the reason nobody came was because I didnt answer my cell despite me explaining had no cell service. The living room has tile so it was down right dangerous to even walk around the room. I actually fell one night when I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. They compensated me by giving me a complimentary stay for 1 night on my next visit. Not 2 nights.. So i decided to give the resort another chance using the gift certificate I recieved. This time when I put my credit card to verify for 1 dollar. They overcharged me 25 dollars. When I went back into the office to dispute the charge the lady with dark curly hair was extremely rude about it and said I would get a refund that day which was Saturday. I called my bank on Monday and there is still no credit issued. It's now Thursday and I still have no pending credit. I wont be going back to this resort ever again. I will also be discouraging anyone I know from going to this resort. My entire family loves Anna Maria island but we wont be going to this resort ever again. Consider yourself warned.

We're from Oklahoma and have never been to Anna Maria Island in Florida. Flew into Tampa and took a $70 Lyft directly to The Beach Club. Upon arrival we were greeted by the office staff. They were nice and helpful to us and they put us in apartment #2. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. It's very clean and smelled wonderful. Our first impression was a good one and remains excellent. The pool and hot tub are both crystal clear clean. The beach is located directly across the street from The Beach Club. The sand is amazingly soft, white and cool to the feet. The water is surprisingly clear and beautiful. The free trolley stops almost in front. You only have to walk about 20 yards. We never felt the need to rent a car, motorcycle, bicycle or golf cart. The trolley goes from one end of the island to the other end and no matter where you get on, it's totally free. This is going to be our vacation spot for years in the future. It's safe and quiet at night. I highly recommend this place to stay.

January 1-5 2014. Low 80s for our visit. Room was nice and clean. Everything we needed. Walls a little thin so the neighbors were 'hearable' if they got a little loud. Not a major issue. Close to beach.

Our door was 100' from the beach! Very clean 1BR condo. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella provided. Outdoor water stations to clean your feet of sand. Quiet and inexpensive.

We stay at room number 11 was nice. The location was great 5 mins walk to the beach . Full kitchen, laundry facilities inside the room.

Great accomodations and just a few minutes away from the beach. The 1 bedroom condo we rented comfortably fit my wife, 2 boys (9 months and 3 year old) and myself.

Clean, quiet, friendly and family friendly atmosphere. New appliances in kitchen. Beach access steps away. Be careful crossing street the hotel is on a curve and the cars come around fast.

Great location across the street from the beach and excellent, updated rooms. We have stayed here multiple times and are always satisfied with the great customer service.
