What an awesome little 55 and over retirement community! This is where my parents retired too. Awesome people, great atmosphere, located on the bay and directly across the road from the beach...You can t go wrong! Many community activities to keep you busy with living the good life in paradise! I for one am looking forward to making this my retirement spot in a few years!

Our waitress Kaitlyn said it a beautiful view but the food is even better. I had my doubts because it is an absolutely gorgeous view. But I had a cheese burger and it was the best cheese burger I ve had in my life. And I have had lots of burgers at lot of restaurants. Kaitlyn you were right. I will be back.

Beautiful retirement place. You have the bay in front of you for sunrises every day and then the beach behind you for sunsets every night.Nice group ofpeople live here. It's always fun to talk to everyone and get to know them.

Such a friendly community. My family sets mobile homes and im on the job from time to time and these folks were def some of the most welcoming i have dealt with.

Lovely getaway, on the main road but feels off the beaten path. Lots of nice amenities and ambiance. Would consider buying here.

I Love Sandpiper Mobile Resort ! I know some wonderful people who live in the Park.One day would like to buy but I have 3 more years before I'm 55.

I love to eat breakfast in this place everytime work brings me to this area. The all u can eat pancakes is down because the covid 19.

Clean, well equipped with just about all you would need for a great beach vacation. No wifi and bed could be better.

It is a nice location but there is a wide range of rentals : some basic, some full featured.
