Really awesome customer service. I needed my headlight bulb and signal light changed.i bought the bulbs and they installed it for free! Jeff was awesome and very helpful in the shop and very knowledgeable about what I needed! Great team there!

I ordered tires and set up an appointment for them to install the tires last week. When I arrived, they said they could not install the tires because their computers were down. They said to call and make another appointment when the computers are up. I have been trying to make an appointment for a week. The Walmart app is locked and the Auto Center will not pick up the phone! I tried calling the Walmart operator and they will not pick up the phone. I tried calling online orders. They will not pick up the phone. It is like they went out of business! With this terrible service, maybe they should!

Husband was able to talk with Woody who works in the automotive. We just purchased tires from Walmart 2 months ago. For some reason we have a leak coming out of a brand new tire. No nails are evident.Woody has no customer service, nasty, barking orders to elderly. He laughed when I told him I was going to go speak with the general manager, whose name is Lee.I guess the problem when you're an employee and you're barking orders at customers. This is not going to say well with my husband or actually myself. This is not why we came here for this. If you're that upset. And you're an employee. Just quit.If not, you should be fired!3.0 rating on GOOGLEDon't go!

Literally no one working here can hold a conversation. No one. It s like a trip to the happy hotel. Not worth any of the money I landed up saving having to deal with this education level.I m sure not all of them. But everyone that was there this morning. Jesus Christ

Roudy was extremely rude, didn t want to help either explain me what I needed to do to place an order of tires. Or what was the website I needed to go. Rody was also very nasty to an old man in front of me treating him really bad and charged him without even telling the client the amount. Even when client asked him 3 times for the total before and he just didn t care if replaying. He just charged the card and told him to move to the side so he can help the next person. I will NEVER come back if that person stills dealing with clients.

Day of appointment the tires had not come in. No call. A notice of cancelation showed up on my phone, and then nobody's answered when I called 3 times!! How about basic customer service? How about an apology or at least an attempt to solve the problem. Maybe if Walmart paid professional people professional wages, we could get professional service?

Dropped off my car at 8am to get a new tire since it was flat and they were the closest to my house. I call at 12 to see how much longer it will be, they said I was next. An hour and a half goes by and I call again to see how much longer, well they lost my keys so they just decided not to call and continue with the other cars. They tried telling me I didn t leave the keys with them. After waiting and waiting they finally found the keys and said I will be next. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Such an inconvenience!! Horrible place!

Tire had a slow leak. Dropped car off before 8am. Gentleman calls me saying he fixed the leak on the passenger side. Told him drivers side is where the leak is. 4 hours pass and no update. I called four times and was hung up on three times and told to wait one time with no response. I showed up later and they say they cancelled the order because the leak is in two places on the side. The young lady says they don t sell my type of tire. I check the pressure. Someone put over 70lbs of pressure in the tire. Took the car somewhere else and they fixed the leak that was not on the side.

DO NOT USE THIS WALMART AUTO SERVICE! Really, any Walmart auto service is terrible and they will mess up your car, but this one is the worst. My husband brought his car here for an oil change,was told a 30 min wait., but ended up waiting over 2 HOURS and was told nothing. When he asked about the service and how much longer, they finally pulled the car up and looked under the hood. He was then told that someone had already done the oil change but they didn't know who. So some unknown employee did the work without the hood popped or even in the bay?! After some more back and forth and another employee showing him the oil stick as proof there was oil (our oil was not low or empty when we came, just needed a change) he asked to leave. THEY NEVER PUT THE OIL CAP BACK ON UNDER THE HOOD so when my husband drove off, oil started splattering all over the engine. This is by far the worst service I've ever received on a car and at any Walmart. Please save yourself time, money, and a headache and GO ANYWHERE ELSE!Service: Oil change

Do not get your tires here!After three hours of waiting, they told me they did not have tires. The manager is terrible, lots of unhappy customers and rude staff. This is my first time posting because it was that bad.

Very disappointing service. I got here at 7:10, needed to get all 4 tires changed. By 9:40 they tell me they only have 3 tires and they re different from each other, different prices from what I had placed the order for. So they don t even check what they have in store before you proceed with the service. The cashier is doing multiple things at the same time and won t give you the right answers, lacks patience and raises his voice when you call them out. The environment is very disorganized and there s definitely lack of interest in helping customers. Heard upset customers coming back in to complain about their service, no help provided. Definitely not coming back, unfortunately.Service: Tires

Good luck trying to reach them on the phone! The guy that did answer after m�ltiple tries and days; just put down the phone. I could hear the guy attending other clients and left me waiting almost an hour. I had to personally go to the store 40 min away from my home to ask questions that could have been answered on the phone. I requested a supervisor to complain but he was too busy at the moment.Kudos to Pablo an employee that did help me out and was very courteous.

Went in for a simple oil change. The service was faster than I expected. The car was in and out in about 30 min after check-in. The longest wait was checking-in, over 15 min in line. So that totals my visit to nearly an hour wait. It's a shame we can't schedule appointments.

Well the mechanic told me to be here at 7:00 A.M. which I actually got here a little earlier than that but they didn't open the door till 7:30 and it's almost 8:00 and they just took the car in to the Bay . But it's Walmart I like the store itself but don't try to call because you'll never get anybody to give you the right answer. Looks like I forgot to post this first half of Walmart second half was today I just went to get a tire replaced I went in yesterday and had to make an appointment for today the guy that was helping me gives me the paperwork I hadn't really looked at it but I didn't sign it when I finally look at it he says that I had declined tire rotation and a few other things unfortunately he didn't even ask me any of those things if you would have I would have probably done tire rotation.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. I would never come here again. Very unusual for Walmart. They are usually a bit unenthusiastic but never rude and unfriendly.

It was not a good experience. I went in to get my battery swapped out, I did it myself. The lady at the counter told me she could not refund me my $12 for the core swap out as the receipt was wet and the barcode reader could not read it because of this. I tried offering different solutions based on what made sense, such as trying manual entry or asking an employee for assistance. The employee stated there was nothing she could do, at which point I ended up asking for a manager who was able to refund me the $12. The issue wasn't over the $12 as I just spent $150 for a battery, it was just the principle of giving up without seeking additional solutions, I know it's Walmart people will say, but we have to do better by people.

Not very nice at all. Very slow service. I just had a tire patch and was told it wouldn't take more than an hour so I told them I would go grocery shopping while I waited. 2 hours and 20 minutes later, they still hadn't taken my car back to start the service. So all my groceries sat there getting warm and melting. Eventually, I just had to ask for the key back and leave.

One of the mechanics named Alex had no idea what he was doing. He made me take my own tire off then after he mounted my new tires he just walked off and refused to complete my service. This was AFTER I gave him a tip.

Needed new tires and came after 5p. Guy at desk said service was closed only appointment only. I'm good with the process if that's their system but just disappointed with the customer service. He showed no cared. As if he was saying we can't help you figure it out.

I'll update when I get his name, but he was rude and was bothered by his job. Every question I asked his answer was "Go Online" or "Do it online," he was more concerned with his cell phone than doing his job. Also, he was selective about who he wanted to help. No one there wanted to help. Meanwhile, there's a man in automotive with a giant backpack stealing, and no one notices him.

I have gone to the Lauderhill location three times and they only have one mechanic . Very poorly managed or should I say very mismanaged. None of the stores answer the phone.

They're good for the services they offer. Staff there is much improved! They're knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I think they may need more technicians working on cars. My car sat idle several times while in place to have the oil changed. I watched the guy have to go to other cars, instead of getting mine finished.I'd like to continue using this location for my car's service needs, but would appreciate faster service while my car is actually in the service spot.

Made an appointment a day ahead for an oil change for 12 noon. I came here at 11:45am today and they told me they don t take appointments for oil change I said ok fine. They changed the tires on 10 cars that came after me and I m still waiting here for the oil change. It s been 3hrs already and they still didn t even start working on my car what a mess.Service: Oil change

So the thing is, I just wanted an oil change. I didn't expect luxury or high-end service. But if you say you're going to do something, do it. Reading the receipt, and it says I declined the vacuum; I wasn't asked. I would NEVER decline a vacuum! It also said all of my tire pressure was good to go, but when I checked it, air wasn't added at all. I'm not a complainer, I just feel like people should do what they say.

Make an appointment- this will allow for speedy service. These guys out at Walmart in boynton are good. They will take good care of your vehicle. They took good care of mine. Had 2 tires replaced mounted and balanced

I went 5 days ago to the store for oil change, transmission oil change, radiator flesh, clean injection system and to replace one TPMS. Since it going to take long wait times, I made an appointment for today. I explained same thing to the girl at the register and gave her the key 2 1/2 an hour later I got the text,your car is ready.. I went to the counter they only charge me $55.75. Last week they gave me an estimate for $178+. When I asked the guy told me they only changed engine oil. I wasted my whole day for nothing. Made an appointment over phone, then drove 30 mins there... told me they wouldn't take me because they are closing @ 2:00pm.. "when my appointment was" I went to Midas and said so glad I did. I heard they screw up everybody's car while changing oil. Poking holes in the oil filter.. for putting oil in the transmission. Go to Midas. $50 with tire rotation included. Super friendly and fast. Walmart can suck my

After an exhausting day yesterday with my valve stem snapping and shooting off my tire when I was filling it up - I m glad I came to this Wal-Mart. Sam and Mark took me in right away and had me out in 25 minutes. Tesla wanted to charge me $355+ tax for a new tire since they wouldn t repair. Sam and Mark repaired it.They communicated my options and what needed to be and what might be needed to do. Went over pricing, everything. Came out much less expensive than I thought.I m thankful for their help today.Service: Tires

The worst customer service I ever experienced, waited 4 hrs for oil change, also wanted tire rotation but they never did cause I wasn t waiting another hour for that, they ignored me when I asked why my car was the last when I was the first! I called this store basically all Day no one answered the phone and when someone did. I wanted to speak with someone in automotive.i wasn't giving the direct number to reach them, the manger on duty answer the phone and told me she was going to go to automotive and call me back so she could give me the price for tires but she never did so when I got air in my tire I went there at 3:30pm and the staff refused to put new tires on my car because I didn't make appointment because I didn't know I needed to make appointment. I had to explain to the guy that my tire were leaking air so. The customer service guy gave the mechanic permission to only charge one tire and allow me to leave the facility with the other tires ball and the one in the back on the driver's side was also leaking air. And the mechanic knew that my tires were bad because he called me outside and showed me the tires I explain to him that is why I was there to buy four new tires he had removed the back tire and the customer service guy told him to put that bad tire back on my car. And just change the tire in the front on the driver's side..
