I don't understand the 5 star reviews. They are UNRELIABLE! The first time I was given a time window. They came HOURS after that but did give me a $20 discount. I decided to try them again, they said someone will come in the afternoon. NO ONE came and I didn't even get a call from them or a text back until later the next day asking if I still wanted to schedule service. I asked if I would get a discount and was told no. Wow! They're unprofessional.

Timothy was very skilled, knowledgeable, and proficient and replaced my tire at a reasonable price. I would definitely do business with him again.

This has been the worst experience of my life hiring a service. They left me on the side of the road for hours and they ignored my calls because they knew that they weren t coming. It s 10 PM and I m still on the side of the road. They do not care about their clients. It has been a nightmare stay away from these guys.

100% would recommend these guys to ANYONE needing emergency tire repair. My brother s tire was irreparable and he needed a whole tire replacement. Jamael came within 2 hours, and replaced the entire tire. He was professional, quick and friendly. Have this number saved in my phone! Will definitely be using them for any future tire repairs!! Thanks Jamael!

Hands down this is an AMAZING service! I have had two recent tire blow outs and these guys have been there for me within 90 minutes to install new or used tires. Highly recommend!

SCAM WARNING. He sold me a used like new tire for $545 + tax. We could use it for 2 hours, it was a repaired tire and in really bad shape, they took advantage of the situation, this was late at night. They took 0 responsibility on this.

Called to get a quote and schedule a mobile tire repair. Spoke to someone and was given a 1-2 hour window. They then called back and rescheduled me for the morning which I was fine with. I followed up 30 minutes past the window I was given and now they don't answer. Sadly they are very unprofessional.

Five Stars doesn t even begin to cover the level of service Jamael provided this evening. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very straight forward with advice and service. His recommendations, professionalism, and experience during repair are unmatched. And the company was able to come to my home making the process even more convenient and comfortable. I can t thank them enough. I would recommend to anyone looking for service!

This company s customer service never cease to amaze me. I absolutely love Jamael. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, reliable. I have used this company s services on multiple occasions for multiple purposes. I must say they are affordable, convenient and most importantly, I am never waiting for a long period of time. I would recommend this business to anyone. 5 STARS!!!!

Where do I start .......AMAZING iob! I have never received such swift and convenient service for my vehicle before. I had just left the dealership and caught a flat when I got home. These guys were amazing. Was easily able to reach someone after my tire unexpectedly blew out on 95. He immediately checked to see if they had a replacement that fit my car but assured me that they would help out with towing either way. Luckily they were able to find a tire that worked, and someone was there within an hour. Jamael was simultaneously friendly and all business, and got me ready for the road within minutes. As long as I am in South Florida this is the only company I will be calling from now on if I have a car related issue. Highly recommend.

Jamael did and amazing job! We were on our way back from our Keys vacation when our boat trailer blew a tire. He just so happened to be coming up right behind us. He offered to put our spare on for free, however we really needed new tires. His prices were great therefore we replaced all four tires. I must say it was the best experience anyone could have getting a flat tire on the side of 95.

Amazing work done very quickly by a wonderful team. I couldn t be happier with my experience. They came out, despite terrible weather, and got my tire replaced in about 8-10 minutes. I ve never had that fast of service. I highly recommend them for anyone who is tired of being ripped off by tire places *cough*TIREKINGDOM*cough*.

I must say very professional and great quality. Was called as an emergency call and was the only one to responded and did not hesitate to do the job. This was an A+ service and would definitely recommend.

Don t recommend! Mel guaranteed that they fixed our rim enough to get us to where we needed to go. And it didn t make it past even the next exit. He didn t keep your word as a business. before I sent payment I asked directly, this will hold us off until we get there? He said, yes, just replace it when you arrive. And I sent the money. We were charged for him to come out and install a used replacement tire. WHY WERE WE CHARGED FOR THAT IF IT NEVER HAPPENED TO BEGIN WITH & OUR RIM WAS THE ISSUE? After the tire popped the second time, not even 5 mins of driving on it after you fixed it- he then said he was going to REPLACE the old rim with a rim from some one he knew who had one. Never happened!!! That was a lie. He never contacted us back that night and left us on the side of the road at 3am! His communication was terrible the next day, after we told him we needed to be back on the road at 3pm. He responded back at 5pm! HE NEVER REPLACED the rim. He just put air in the tire again. It popped a third time!!!! Do you understand how dangerous it is to have tires pop on the highway? If you understood that, you wouldn t dare respond to me how you did when you scammed me out of my money, TIME & safety. PS. When a company doesn t deliver, they give back the customer their hard earned money. You didn t complete the job correctly. Why not offer us a spare instead??? Ps. He finally sent $60 after DAYS of asking him back for the payment. Charged us $155, said he would give us $65.... and days later finally gave us ONLY $60. Left us with the issue. Still needed to buy a spare, a new tire and had to rent a hotel. Terrible!

Very happy with the service I received, Jamael came to where I was located changed my tires without me having to do much of anything. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a mobile mechanic. Also the prices are affordable & I look forward to doing more business with him!!!!

Excellent customer service!! I called Jamael earlier this morning because I noticed my tire was flat. He was very pleasant. He let me know right away the price of the tires as well as when he could arrive. Jamael was on time and provided me a courtesy when he was in route. The whole entire experience was professional and smooth. I will be calling you for all of my tire needs. Thank you again Jamael.

I have called upon Tri County Roadrunner to get tires and an oil change. Jamael pulled up and got right to work! He is professional and very proficient! The prices are very fair. He easily delivers exemplary service....highly recommended!!!!!

Jamael was awesome. Blew a tire at 5:00 pm on a Sunday. Everywhere else was closed, refused us, or too busy. Jameel drove out and replaced the tire on the spot. Quick service, professional, and really reasonable prices! Would highly recommend to anybody!

Did an awesome job and was faster getting there then expected. He saved our dive trip. I expected to pay about double what we ended up paying. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I Hit a bolt driving down Federal Highway and by the time I got home the tire was flat within 5 minutes. Jameal came out to my house within 20 minutes of calling him the next morning and had everything patched up and ready to go within 15 minutes. He couldn t have been more professional and courteous. He s local to me here in Boynton and I ll 100% call next time I have a flat.

My son was stranded with a flat tire in Boynton Beach. Jamale picked up the phone, arrived in 10 minutes, and repaired the tire. My son was on the road in less than 30 minutes! RR has reasonable pricing, and it's so refreshing to know there are still people who want to help others. Thank you Jamale! We appreciate you!!

Jamael was like an angel from heaven. My car had a dead battery and Jamael was there in 30 minutes! He certainly knows his stuff and does it with pride! Would recommend Tri County Road Runner to anyone who is looking for great roadside assistance!
