My bike is a one off. I build it in 2006. Recently we took it down to the metal, total repaint, refreshed the engine, new everything to give it a current look. With every build there are those nasty gremlins we have to work out. This shop has the expertise and knocked them out in one visit. Won t ever take this bike to anyone else. Would recommend this shop to anyone, quality workmanship we re nothing leaves until it s 100% right!Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair

These guys rock. There very professional. Kept me in touch step-by-step. Sending me pictures and videos. I had a new rear Fender and struts. Shotgun air shocks. A new air cleaner kit and a 2 in 1 freedom performance exhaust. New rear tire. And a new bullet teardrop taillights. Everything is clean. I can't be happier. Thanks guys. My experience with Steel Knuckle has been amazing. They actually do what they say they do. My Harley sat for 12 years, with less than 600 original miles. Life got in the way and it became a trophy at best. Fast forward, I reached out to Steel Knuckle. The bike was picked up the next day. I received amazing communication regarding what was necessary, costs and time expectations, including video updates on my bikes progress. My bike was delivered yesterday, like Day One, and I m looking forward to catching up on some miles. Ty for a great experience. Highly recommend.

These guys are terrific. Everyone is pleasant and professional. They charge a fair price and they are done when they say they will be done. It s a little intimidating for a woman to walk into a motorcycle repair shop, but not with these guys. To top it off, they shined up my beautiful Harley!! Super honest and fair! Had what I thought was an oil leak. Cleaned and tightened up everything, oil changed, new tires installed and I was quite surprised by the price ( in a good way!!). David was so helpful and a great gentleman. Even came in early for me because of my schedule and I had never been there before. Would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be happy to go back for any future work on my bike!Service: Tires

I'm so glad I came to this shop after being ripped off by image cycle in wpb. The service, timing, professionalism, was out of this world. You can tell the ownership of this company cares because they updated me while my bike was in the shop to keep me in the loop. I honestly felt like I was treated as family. This is where I'll be bringing my bike from now on. I'm mad at myself for not letting these guys take care of me sooner. 1000000% recommend. WARNING!This is a very deceiving place.You & your ride deserves respect & better prices.To make a long story short; my HD left this place & went straight to the dealership. Harley Davidson service team is shaking their heads themselves at how this shop played me. Spare yourself a headache & go elsewhere.Good luck! & Much respect

David and JayTee are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They're extremely accommodating to any work you need done on your bike. I gave them a call last minute to get a tire changed out on my bike and they even stayed past shop hours to make sure I was good to ride for the weekend. I highly recommend checking out their shop for any repairs or custom work.Service: Tires

My bike will not go anywhere else! These guys are the real deal. 100% customer satisfaction through the entire experience. All the employees there are extremely knowledgeable. Had my beloved Harley in for some new forks and adjustment. Told me to come back in a few days as quick easy job. 2 weeks later he was still at it ! Another week had passed and finally received phone call telling me it was finally ready to pick up. This timeframe is completely unacceptable.When I picked her up there was more than acceptable play in the steering. I asked him to resolve the issue he insisted the play was normal as was supposed to be like that. There s no way it should be that sloppy it came out worse than it went in. How can a professional shop screw up such a straight forward repair ? It s Beyond me !At this point I knew I was going to take her to another shop. So I just paid and wanted to get out of there. I could feel his energy it was very weird. I kindly stated that the service and attitude was not professional(p.s I didn t even receive a discount on the job that took 3 weeks instead of 3 days.) He got really aggressive came up to me and asked if I wanted to fight him?? Extremely bizarre behaviour I didn t know what to say I was so shocked and confused.Avoid at all cost.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Jay T took good care of me twice now. They detailed my bike and fixed it. Price was fair. Work was done well and quickly. They are easy to deal with. Polite. Professional. Fair. Honest. Knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I ve been a long time customer of Steel Knuckles the owner is a complete gentleman and one of the hardest working individuals have ever met he goes above and beyond and treats every motorcycle like it his own! Prices are very reasonable and he does good clean quality work!! I ve been in South Florida over 15 years and came across a lot of horrible shops that did more damage to my bikes than anything else with Steel Knuckles rest a sure you ll get done right the first time EVERYTIME timeServices: Electrical repair, Delivery, Tires, Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Spoke to JT on the phone and told him I needed my ABS brakes bled on my 2020 Road Glide. Told me to bring it in the morning. He took me right in and worked hard on those brakes to get me going again. Took my Deluxe in for some new mini apes and JayTee was awesome! He was a pleasure to do business with, kind,courteous and just took care of me and Mikey s bike. If anyone needs their Harley serviced this is the guy to go to!He has some really cool t-shirts for sale. This is definitely going to be our place to go for any work!

The best repair shop in South Florida hands down. Great customer service . David goes above and beyond . anytime you have a issue with your bike he gets you in the shop right away and takes care of the problem. He is very pleasant and Nice. Even if they about to close David will wait for you. He makes you feel like family. J T (the owner) and Jesse are very knowledgeable and the best mechanicsthey ride your bike and know what the problem is immediately. I have a older Harley and they make it run like just when I bought it.If you are looking for a motorcycle repair shop Steel knuckles Custom is the place to go .

Great customer service! They picked up my bike when it wouldn't start and had it ready for me the next day. Communication was beyond expectations! It seems like they can handle all repairs, maintenance and upgrades.. with much better quality work and at much better prices than any HD service department. My Story is quite unique. Our family owns Four(4) Motorcycles (Three Newer Harley's and A very expensive Triumph Thruxton). On multiple occasions we've gone to Harley Davidson and of course we've tried a plethora of different Motorcycle shops referred by different friends. Each time the result(s) are the same. They were overpriced and the work is just "okay". Well, everything just changed. STEEL KNUCKLE CUSTOMS is our new Harley motorcycle repair shop. Their head Mechanic "Sugar" is Amazing! The prices/Estimates and excellent workmanship are second to none. Sugar is extremely kind and his staff has the ability to perform complex repairs at very reasonable prices. Recently my daughter put on an extensive light package and the compliments from other Harley enthusiasts are endless. If you're tired of the same old expensive repairs, give Sugar and steel knuckle customs a chance. We'll never go anyplace else. BTW, Sugar is the sweetest , nicest Mechanic we have ever gone to. He is very patient when it comes to making sure our needs are met. They're always busy, but Sugar takes the time to fix everything and always keeps us informed of changes or Modifications that keep our Harley's in perfect running condition.

From the first phone call to meeting everyone in the shop, it was extremely welcoming. I had some parts I wanted to have installed as well having the guys look over the bike and make any recommendations. Bike was in and out and I couldn t be happier or more confident in the work that was done. I will be back for any and all needs for my Bike.

Top notch service and extreme attention to detail. Working with Jay Tee was easy and the shop is extremely thorough. The custom work on my bike was second to none. You will not be disappointed with the quality of service/work they provide. Once they work on your bike, you will be a customer for life.

Jay Tee and his crew at Steel Knuckle Customs are hands down the best shop I've ever worked with. He's given me no-nonsense advice and amazing deals on parts. I will never, never take my Harley anywhere else. In fact, after working with Steel Knuckle, I'm going to have them redo the entire bike. Jay Tee is a visionary and had created some real masterpieces. Thanks guys, I'll recommend you to each and every rider I meet!

I contacted the shop via FB messenger and requested pricing to install passenger pegs. I was told to stop by anytime and the guys would help me out. The price was way lower than what Honda quoted me. Went this morning and was greeted by David who hugged me hello. Everyone was so kind and friendly and I felt very comfortable. He spent longer than expected and didn't even charge more! Big plus is there are 2 awesome shop dogs hanging around. I'll definitely be back.

Will not be using again, first they tell me my motorcycle will be 1 week and then they send me a bill for a complete new engine, I only wanted the exhaust and rear wheel replaced. This tattooed man comes up to me and asks me "You wanna go?" when I confront him with the error. I think | will take my business elsewhere to Knuckles Deep instead.Service: Engine repair

If your looking to get work done on your bike look NO FURTHER! JT at Steel Knuckle Customs is extremely professional, knowledgeable and HONEST. This is the third time I have had work done here and I will come back again and again. Recent job was new wheels & tires, handle bars, exhaust & intake and carb jetting. JT transformed the look of my bike and I couldn't be happier. Thank you sir for being a honest, fair priced QUALITY shop!

I dont normally write reviews but these guys are by far the best shop I have ever brought my bike to. From the first call I spoke to David who was very friendly and professional. They had me bring my bike down, the owner JT took it for a test drive personally and explained what needed to be done and how much. Repairs were done as explained and fees are very reasonable.I have since brought my bike back to have more work done and again, Nothing but the best. David is a true asset to this company. Follows up with calls and keep you updated on how things are going. JT knows his stuff. Best around. Thank You Fellas. Doug

The guys at Steel Knuckle Custom were awesome. Just moved down here from Ocala and had an issue. They got me in identified the problem call me with the resolution. David stayed in touch with me throughout the process. My bike is back on the road and I am one loyal customer going forward. Tried stopping off at this shop when my Harleys breaks stopped working. JT didn t like my Harley and asked if I wanted to go . I told him I d prefer not to and instead I just took my bike to knuckles deep customs off of Dixie ave. It less stress.

Tried to take my Harley in to get some new tires. Went into the shop and there was some tattooed man doing calisthenics. He approached me and said "wanna go". I said "no not really" and tried to diffuse the situation. Fortunately got out of there and went down to Dixie Highway for a tune up if you catch my drift... Unfortunate

I have used Steel Knuckle Customs a variety of times over the year and half I moved here and their service and professionalism is superb. They care about their customers and do the job right the first time. They treat you like family not just a customer. There is truly not a better show you can have work on your bike!
