1. A true gentleman and very polite and friendly. On time and punctual.2. Fixed my car when others wouldn't and did it cheaper than the one quote I got by 500$!Would recommend to anyone and will be my go to for any car needs.

Phenomenal service. Austin will not stop until your vehicle is running. Extraordinary patience in finding out and dealing with whatever issues your car is having. I could tell right away that he knew what he was doing. If you want actual results and you want to be confident that you've hired someone that actually has the necessary skill set, then look no further.

Great experience. Called with an emergency on a Saturday and he did everything possible to assist, including arriving shortly and on time and continuing to advise soundly on the best course of action. Ended up not needing the full extent of his services due to other circumstances but he was extremely gracious about it. I would definitely recommend for impeccable - professional and honest - services

Serenity Mobile Auto Service provided me with a quick response/set up time at my location/convenience. Austin brought all necessary tools/equipment to do the job - for me it was the alternator. He was fair in price. Austin will be my mobile mechanic. Thank you!

Knowledgeable mechanic who is meticulous. If you own a high end driving machine, he is your man. We use him for our Bentley and Escalade and he is professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend him.

Austin, owner of Serenity Mobile Auto Services, was phenomenal. I had an emergency and he showed in within 45 minutes. Also he accurately diagnosed my vehicle s problem and gave me a reasonable quote to get everything done. He offered to even waive the diagnosis fee, due to other factors, but I couldn t leave there without paying him. His business will flourish and I can t wait to work with him in the future!

Great experience! Very knowledgeable and friendly mechanic. Mercedes was booked 3 weeks out so I couldn t get a simple Service A (oil change, check up, etc.) done. I found Serenity and the owner was able to get it all done, at my house, 2 days later for nearly half the price. Will book again. You should too!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had troubles with my car producing no heat, over heating, and check engine light on for a coolant issue. Called my normal auto repair company and told them the situation. They wanted to tow my car for $100 and quoted $650 to repair. Didn t want to spend that much so took a chance and for the first time ever called 3 different mobile mechanics. Austin was the only one to call back and set an appt. He showed up on time and diagnosed the issue immediately. Had the car back to normal in under an hour for a fraction of the quoted amount from auto rep company. He was pleasant, diligent, and very communicative to what he was doing with every step. Almost felt like I could do this if it happened again. I will be using Austin for all my future auto issues.

I called Austin and he showed up very quickly. He diagnosed my problem and showed up the next day with the needed part. I was back on the road 24 hours after my first contact with him. There s few times in life where I d rather pay for the experience rather then the service being performed. My truck damn near exploded, belts flying all over the place. I was a nervous wreck on. The side of the road. Called this company, he answered the phone right away. Gave me assurance he could fix my problem. Showed up super fast! Provided great options and fixed the problem! We found out my truck needed additional problems. Highly recommendable, friendly and super honest!

I ve used Austin a few times now and I cannot be more satisfied with the overall service provided. I wish I would ve known about this option a long time ago and I would ve saved a ton, a ton of money. As you know the big box stores always find additional issues or overcharge you for very minimal service.I found Austin, because I did not want to pay for a tow truck to take my vehicle that would not start to a shop or the dealership. He was very responsive and arrived at the time he said he would. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very thorough. He also did it in a way that someone not familiar with cars would understand. The cost for his services was extremely low, to the point that I said are you serious, but the level of his work was as if he has been in business for 50 years. I say this as Austin is a younger guy, but by no means does that transfer over to how well he does his work. He is a seasoned mechanic that will only continue to grow his business due to his customer service and the quality of work performed.Believe Me *** I write negative reviews if it is deserved. Austin is 10 plus stars. And you would be crazy to Pay TK, FS, or dealership Prices. I m so frustrated that I ve thrown away so much money. Finding Austin and his business was cliche Life Changing and I wish I would have known this existed a long time ago. Give him a shot - You will not be disappointed!!!! Come back here and I ll pay for your repair if you are :) Exposure is key and people really need to know about this option. Also, Austin will even drive your vehicle for tire repairs/change outs You never have to leave your house. Full service full coverage. I hate waiting at TK, FS, or dealerships, only to find out I need 5 more BS up charge items. No up-charge here.
