Precision did the most AMAZING job on my BMW. Three panels had to be repainted and a few dents taken out and you can t tell that anything ever happened at all! They washed and vacuumed my car and even filled up one of my tires that was low on air! Highly recommend!!Services: Tires, Body & TrimServices: Tires, Body & Trim

My entire experience with Precision Auto was outstanding. Mike was exceptional with customer service and communication. He is ALWAYS smiling and is so kind to ALL of the customers that would come in and out when I dropped off and picked up. My car was done in the time frame that they indicated in the beginning and every day I received a text letting me know where they were in the process. I highly recommend then for body work.

The best experience I have ever had with car repairs! I wish I could bring my car to them for oil changes! They were just great and didn't make me feel like a car dealership usually make me feel - embarrassed and like an idiot!!

I LOVED the automated system that sent texts every step of the way. Mike and hector were great and very helpful! Unfortunate situation with my catalytic converter but glad they were able to help me out so quickly! I couldn't ask for a better experience given the circumstances. No one wants to take their car into an auto body shop following an accident. If I had to do it again though, I will choose this shop time after time. Precision Auto Body Works was helpful, timely, and did an amazing job on repairing my vehicle it looks like new. They also detailed the vehicle inside and out. Pricing was clear and fair. They also handled all the legwork dealing with my insurance. I couldn't be happier.

Found Precision via BBB website & must say this is a superior shop! Car was ready as promised - within 1 day, which makes you wonder about other shops that keep you in a car rental for weeks even for minor work. My SUV was hit by a piece of a truck tire on I-95. It broke a side light and damaged several moldings. Ed and his guys at Precision Auto Body did a fantastic job of making it like-new again. They completed the work in less than one day and did it for less than my deductible as promised. I'd use them again without hesitation!

If you want honesty, respect and racial equality as well as a honest and fair mechanic, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. They will use your vulnerability against you, overcharge you for parts and labor, as well as screen your calls when you have complaints. They told my wife it will take 2 weeks to finish our front bumper on our 2017 Hyundai Sonata... They started on the 2nd week after four separate complaints. Ignored and blocked me and my wife's phone calls. Purchased overpriced parts which were also used, without our consent. Since they wouldn't answer I had to go there to the shop and discuss the issues at hand. Poor customer service. IF YOU WANT HONESTY MY GOOD PEOPLE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR THEIR POOR SCAMMING SCHEME.

Fantastic place...got into a bad accident and Precision made my car look amazing! Everything done on my car was perfect. Ed the owner is great, very nice and very accommodating. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was awesome...definitely recommed this place from collision work to dents. Sooooo happy :) thank you!!!

They did ok. Did the minimum the insurance would cover. Looks like my whole frame was twisted in the accident and you could tell when they fixed it that the bumper was still off a little. Insurance smh what a scam
