I have been taking my car to Pioneer for the past 15 years; I never had one bad service. Michel is a great mechanic and he takes excellent care of your vehicle! Compare to others around he s inexpensive! Pioneer Autocare is simply the best in South Florida!

Brought my car to Pioneer to have them repair and paint an accident that happened in the back and side of my vehicle. Michel the owner recommended to paint the entire car, because according to him, the blend does not always perfectly match the original color. I took his advice and had the whole car repainted. I started to noticed discoloration and rust spots on the vehicle, brought the car back to pioneer, because Michel told me he stands behind his work. Boy was that a lie. He became very rude, and tried to find what ever excuse to explain away the poorly done paint job. Also, it seems they did not repaint the whole car as he claimed. I would recommend NOT to use this shop for paint work, they do not stand by their work. Please see photos

So I called the shop Pioneer today to ask if they could add transmission fluid to my vehicle that needed some fluid the guy said sure come on in will do it. So I take my vehicle in to get the job done once they put the vehicle up they wanted to charge me over $100 just add transmission fluid that I provided for them. So then I asked Michael which I believe is the owner and I tell him that I believe that is a little pricey just to add transmission fluid Michael gets enraged and say oh if my employee gets hurt or burned is not going to cost him a $100 for the bill...told his employee just get My car out of here.. never have I been disrespected in a place like this before trying to give local place business..... NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE... especially since he told me he was the owner.

I am soooo happy my wife recommended Pioneer. She's been getting her cars worked on here for years and always spoke very highly of Mike. The transmission on my '13 Altima failed on us in Orlando and we had it transported to Pioneer. I had my car back in 2 days for $1400 less than a chain repair shop. Mike is prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you sooooo much to Mike and the mechanics at Pioneer.

By far the best mechanic hands down. He always takes good care of me when ever I need his services. Only mechanic I've been to since moving to Florida. I highly recommend and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place is a god sent Michel, was such an amazing spirit! I needed my Bumper replaced and he went above and beyond.He really took care of my car, and was very efficient + timely. Customer service was 10/10 and my car looks like brand new! If you are looking for good service and somewhere cost efficient, I truly recommend.

I ve been taking my car there for the past 10 years they always give my family and I the upmost respect and took great care of our cars. I'm not sure what's going on in this shop. I paid to get my coolant reservoir issue resolved. As the was indicating it needed coolant every 4 days. I was told my Mr. That it was the radiator. I paid and he replaced it. But the problem still remains. It was not taken care of properly.

I have been going to Pioneer Auto Care for about the last 5 years. My daughter found them, looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website and their shop was the only one with a clean record. No complaints or problems. Mike is amazing and Dee too. Excellent team who know what they are doing. I call them "Golden Hands" because after they work on my car-it's better than when I first purchased it.They are reputable, honest, experienced professionals, and don't try to pad the bill with things you don't need. Prices are fair and their work ethic is impeccable! Very trustworthy in all their dealings with the customer. I will never take my car to anyone else!

Michel and his shop are the best in town. Great service and trustworthy work and estimates. Stay clear of the large retail service shops, your much better off coming to Pionner Auto Care. They rebuilt my transmission and it runs like new. In 16 yrs this is the best shop I have found.

If you are looking for honesty this is definitely the place. Excellent work and service with integrity, ethics and very helpful. I would not take my vehicle any other place. All mechanics should be like Michael and his team!

Thank you Pioneer Auto. You repaired my car that had been in a small accident. Probably the smallest work order of the week. Still, I was treated respectfully with full attention to my needs. Had received other quotes and while not the lowest, (but close) based on their care compared to others Pioneer was the best value by far. Not wishing anyone has the need for accident repair, but if you do. Give Pioneer a try. DW Boynton Beach, FL.

Pioneer Autocare fixed my son's 2006 Nissan Altima with 190,000 miles on it when other shops said the the car was fine. Check engine light was on and car ran terrible . The only charge you $300 to to replace a sensor that cost $60 I would not recommend them to nobody not a good business
