From day one Mr Neal was very direct about work that was required for my mechanical needs. He never criticized shyster work done prior to him. Great detailed serviceMy 10 year old car wasn t running like it used to and I couldn t quite figure out why. I wanted a mechanic that could diagnose the problems and set me on a path to solving them. This was my first visit to Neal s and I think he s on the right path to solving the issues with my car. He explained everything to me in great detail and set up a timeline for which repairs should be done over the next few months. His business is also computerized which i really appreciate because I ll now have a running history of the repairs. I plan on keeping my car at least another 3 years so this will definitely help me in that goal.

Neal is as honest as they come. He's prompt, reliable and fair. You have to appreciate all of these things because it's so hard to find just one of these when doing business these days. Give Neal's a try, you won't be disappointed.

Neil was recommended to us for our Maserati and we have finally found a competent and dependable service place. The car has had a rough ride since we got it & we took it to the dealership, & another shop & they could never resolve it. Neil did his magic and it now purrs like a kitten, and for a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Great place. I take my Mercedes E350 there. Neal is very honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. Their philosophy is, if it ain t broke don t fix it. Hard to find mechanics these days like that.

I have been a customer now for many years. Neal is the owner and he is honest and treats you (the customer)like his own family. Ladies, he will not take advantage of the fact that you may not know anything about cars. He will make sure any car that comes to the shop is fixed properly. Very knowledgeable about how to fix luxury cars and vintage cars too. I don't know what I am going to do if he retires, because it is so hard to find a good, trustworthy auto mechanic who truly knows what they are doing.

My family and I have been going to Neal's for over 20 years. We do not trust our cars with anyone else. He and his team are honest and explain everything in layman's terms if needed. Neal's is more than a car shop, it is an extension of your family. When you go to get work done on your car, spend a couple of extra minutes talking to Neal. He has great stories and even greater advice to give if you ever need it!

Being female of a certain age, I have endured the brunt of being taken advantage of by auto repair shops over the last 30+ years - Through reading reviews I found Neal's Autohaus and am very happy I did, male/female, green/blue, doesn't matter what you are, he very straightforwardly tells you what is or is not the problem and charges you a fair price to correct it - no upselling. This has been my auto shop for the last few years and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an honest shop.Service: Oil change

We are so grateful that Neal's Autohaus was recommended to us. They have taken great care of our daughter's older model Ford. Neal was very helpful in explaining things to her in terms she could understand when she took the car in herself. The pricing is always fair and no surprises. It is hard to find a repair place you can trust and we would highly recommend.

After being told I should send my 2015 car to the junkyard by another shop I decided to get a second opinion. I had the car towed to Neal s and they installed a new fuel filter and had us back up and running in no time! Next time I won t waste my time going anywhere else! Thank you Neal for being honest, professional, fair and most of all caring!

If you want an "old school" , honest approach to diagnosing and repairing your car look no farther than Neal's Autohaus. Neal will fix what needs fixing and nothing else and at a very fair price. I couldn't be more satisfied in his approach to taking care of my high mileage car. This is a first rate repair facility and if you are tired of paying top dollar and then wondering if you really needed the repair go to Neal's Autohaus. You won't be disappointed.

Neal is amazing! He's the most honest mechanic you'll ever find. We need more mechanics like him. He takes the time to explain everything wrong in detail and cares so much about his clients. He really looks out for you.

I was fortunate enough to meet Neal while visiting family in Florida. He knew exactly what services my vehicle required and his work was conducted in a very timely manner. If I resided in the area, Neal would be my go-to mechanic without question.I just wish his business was located back home in North Carolina.

I have been going to neals autohaus for routine maintenance and incidentals foe the past 5 years, and i have to say i have ALWAYS wanted to work with a Mechanic like Neal. I'm in IT, dont know much about cars, but Neal takes the time to explain things....tells it like it is, and service always comes at a fair price
