Worst place ever, they have no idea what customer service means,LG is Big Scam try to be away from these kind of Dealers.When you think about buying a car avoid place s like those because simply you are dealing with thieves

Be prepared to pay a higher interest rate than a credit card at this place. The vehicles were nice but I would not recommend paying 28% interest on any vehicle. Yeah you don't need credit history or a large down payment, but even if you have amazing credit and a large down payment they will try to screw you on their in-house financing.

Lg auto sales in my opinion is the place to go for a quality used car, of course the cars are clean an well taken care of but their hidden gem is the kindness and compassion they show in order to please the customer, I have bought three vehicles from them and never had a problem with their product or the service. I will always choose the professionals at. LG Auto sales for my vehicles. The owner Luis is super nice the salesman an especially the ladies in the office makes a great team.SincerelyChristopher Robinson

Wow! I am in the market to get a car but I didn t want to use my credit for a brand new car. After reading these reviews, I ll definitely pass. I used to give people benefit of the doubt and always said other people s experience is not my own, but when a company responds to everybody the same way; it displays sarcasm and self intent. Also, why are you displaying the down payment price? You re just showing what the car is worth, and that s a definite red flag. I ll just look elsewhere.

Great prices! Great atmosphere to shop! The staff is amazing and great to work with. Very affordable prices! Amazing selection of high quality cars, no pressure sales and incredible customer service . Vehicles exactly as described , no hard sell , no pushy tactics . Hey yeah these people were the absolute worst car dealership you could have ever imagined. They sell you horrible cars with defects, like transmission, they will literally sell you a car with no brakes. Falling windshield, it was the absolute worst experience I ve ever had buying a car. I couldn t possibly have imagined a worse experience with a dealership. Then then not giving you a rental, they expect you to pay in 2 weeks without having your truck for a while week. Honestly, if you can buy a car or truck anywhere else, I d recommend that better. By far the most awful dealership and by far the worst people in it.

Here's the low done. I bought a vehicle from them. I put 4000 down on a 7000 vehicle. They said with the fees etc it came to 13000 thousand. 1 yr and 8 months later vehicle not running. Engine problems and still have 3 thousand to pay off.

This place Buys high mileage cars cheap from people who need money, and resells them at double and triple the price with no warranty. My vehicle broke down the second day I had it which of course they fixed. And then the whole Went in less than a year. But they wanted those payments to continue with no help at their building so-called mechanic shop on site. This is a place if you have no credit and no self-esteem do I have to be forced to buy a car here it s better to save your money what comes around goes around and LG auto you ve heard a lot of people

Staff are nice with crocodile smiles. This will happen.You will pay a $2000 deposit and between 2 days and 8 weeks your car WILL BREAK DOWN. They will pretend they fixed it and tell you they sent it to a specialist. But it will never leave the lot. Then they will say either pay $2000 dollars for a repair or pick it up and repair it yourself. Then they will pretend to be nice and offer you another car. But you need to pay another $1000 then they will put the other payment in and you can do nothing. And that car WILL BREAK DOWN WITHIN A WEEK. And they will not help. THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU BACK YOUR DEPOSIT AND WILL WALK AWAY FROM YOU.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY A CAR. THER ARE SO MANY BETTER COMPANIES AROUND.

I bought a two year old car with 30,000 miles on it from here for a great price. Luis helped me greatly while looking for a car and we ended up buying a better car than we thought we would for the amount that we could spend. The customer service was excellent and the car is fantastic.

Great atmosphere, and the customer service is excellent. Very respectful and understanding and they work with you with any problems you have they will help and try to fix them the best they can. 10/10 stars. And there is a lot of nice vehicpes there as well. I recommend this dealership to any and everyone.

Bought a used truck from here. As a mechanic I pick cars apart when I look at them. Was in a bind and needed a new vehicle there s a few minor issues with the truck and the price reflects that. They offered me to bring the truck back any time and they ll take care of any issues and at half the cost. They re not brand new vehicles but they are priced accordingly and they are willing to work with ya. Very nice people never pressured into buying any car they asked me multiple times if I wanted to come back and go look at other vehicles or if I wanted to proceed right now. They even threw in a tool box for the truck

Best Deals & Best Wheels!If you Are tired of being denied for a loan on a new car well look no more LG Auto Sales gives everyone a chance no matter good or bad credit. I walked in with No car and drove out in a Mercedes, now tell me they don t know how to put a smile on someone s face. I know what you re thinking a car payment isn t on your list of things you want to have. But since I have started business with LG Auto Sales if I have ever had a payment that I couldn t make they have always been courteous and more than flexible On how we can make an arrangement to satisfy both our needs. I would recommend LG Auto Sales to anyone.

So if a person comes in to buy a car and puts down a deposit...... if you do not supply a car that works...... surly by the law you should pay back the deposit.And when you say I broke the car...... it s not like a stick and I stood on it to break..... it was faulty from the start..... as you know...... also the other 3 cars that you gave me with another 1000 deposit didn t work..... so by the law...... please pay me back my deposit.Please advise on your next move.

LG Auto is one of those rare finds... they have quality vehicles but even more important, a fabulous staff. Everyone there, including the owner, is friendly, helpful, and personable. They will work with you in times of need and throw you some kind words and support. I'm happy to be part of the LG Auto "family" and I'd highly recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Not sure what s the purpose of not listing a vehicles price on your website. People want to know the full vehicle price not the down payment you re asking for man. Website is just a trap to contact a salesman to force everyone to get a pitch and lured in. What makes you think I want to buy a car from you with that crumby sales tactic? Pass.

Excellent customer service, we bought a truck we had chose online and came in to test drive it. Luis and Hernado stayed after hours to accomodate our work schedule. The truck was cleaned and detailed, they also replenished the gas for us. We chose 90 days term as it has 0%. We are very pleased and will reccommend LG Auto Sales.

The best experience I ve ever had buying a car. Fausto and Hernando were incredible and were able to work with us to get a baby safe SUV at a comfortable monthly price and a great down payment! My new 4runnner is amazing and me and my fianc� won t have to worry about our car as we enter our next chapter! 10/10 would recommend every time. Thanks guys!

We have been customers for 3 years and had awesome service and when it was time to trade in our land Rover they gave us exactly what we wanted to fit our needs. We will be lifetime customers. Great service. You guys rock.

I brought a 2010 Jetta in December, a new a/c compressor was put in. A couple of days after having the car, one day it s raining and I go into work and come out and my car is flooded with Water ( a leak), call the dealer to enlighten them and he says bring the car and leave it for a day and I can get a loaner vehicle. Take the car and he says no loaner vehicle. January, I discovered my passenger door wouldn t lock which means if I lock the car I can still open it! Called LG Auto Sales to get problem fixed and ask about a loner vehicle. The guy tells me yes then when I get there he says no there is no vehicle to give as a loner. February I got the locks fixed (which they took off another Jetta they had on the lot) which created another problem, my passenger Door cannot open from the outside and the driver back door don t open AT ALL!! Called to let them know and he says they can fix it. Now we are in March and my a/c stops blowing cool air. I take it to my machanic today (March 13th) and he tells me I need a new a/c compressor so I call the dealer ship and he tells to bring the car and I asked okay if I bring it, how will I get to work and he says he can t give a loaner car.... right !! but they can call every week about a car payment but can t fix anything .... I wouldnt recommend this dealer to ANYONE !! And not to mention they changed my payment dates and didn t notify me!!! Then when I went to show them my payment date paper they tell me they don t know where I get it from. Ok so I call the owner and ask can he talk, he says yes in 20 so we hang up. 10 minutes later he calls me back screaming and yelling at me saying he don t understand the issue, I can bring the car back if I don t want to pay it never heard my side.... UNPROFESSIONAL!! And I have yet to get the leak fixed on my vehicle.. at this point I ve had it with this dealer! The next step is to get everything done through the courts !!!

Conveniently located on Federal highway in Boynton Beach can not rave enough about the great customer service . Professional bilingual staff with a wide selection of vehicles at affordable prices where you can pay weekly. Here is a place that its website reflects its product. They sell used vehicles and are enthusiastic about selling you on a vehicle. Their two greatest strengths are their financing options and personable nature that makes you feel like you are buying a car from a friend.

Vehicles eventhough used receive an A grade. Some have very good tire thread left on them. Buy here pay here...ummm prices? Dpwn payments? Mileage? Everuthing depends on each individual buyer. I have NO PROBLEMS with a business trying to make money.
