They will kindly scam you and you won't know it. They'll ask you "What kind of oil do you use?" They only ask that to test your knowledge and if you don't know, they proceed to offer or convince you that you need things you don't need. They already know what oil you'll need by simply checking the make and model of the car.They gave me the receipt and it said they added air to my tires. My car's sensors determined that was a lie. I'm not saying don't go here to get your car serviced because they are all like this. I'm saying have a trusted mechanic or someone who knows about cars with you or on the phone before stepping foot inside. They seem like they're all in on it.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Would 10/10 recommend this place for a quick and efficient oil change. They make sure to check your filters and look up other services that may be due just so you don t have to come back in a week or two. All I know is, when my 7,500 miles is up and it s time for another oil change, or any other service my vehicle may need. I know exactly where I m going. RIGHT HERE.

This is the best Jiffy Lube location I ve ever been to when getting my car serviced for an oil change. They were so attentive to detail and broke down all of the options made available to me to make sure I chose the best one for my Dodge Charger. I will definitely be coming here for future oil changes and service for my automobile needs and I highly recommend this location to anyone else seeking the same high quality customer service. Thank you to all the Jiffy Lube team members: Barry, Courtney, Clarence, and Matthew. You guys are very knowledgeable and awesome at what you do!

The old saying ,"You get what you pay for." Jiffy Lube certainly worth the money. The 2 key things for me are great customer service and work as diligently as possible. You may find a less expensive place, but the service for me is the deal maker.

I had been at this location many many years ago and was very disappointed so I never returned. Until yesterday, I was in a hurry so decided to try again. I was pleasantly surprised at the very professional, and knowledgeable service received. Thumbs-up and a job very well done.

Yes the service advisor was pushy on recommendations of what he wanted done. An engine cleaning when I said it was not what I wanted he further pushed me to do it. I had to sat several times no and advised him what services I wanted. I then presented a digital coupon for the oil change that was not applied to my final bill I had to ask again for the coupon to be applied.

Amazing staff, they were very helpful. One of the technicians by the name Wayne was very informative and very knowledgeable when he was explaining to me about my vehicle's oil pan drain plug and how to prevent from having an oil leak in the future by replacing the drain plug everytime I get my oil change. The entire staff at Jiffy Lube on Woolbright Rd and Congress was very helpful and very knowledgeable about every question that I had regarding my vehicle.

I'd give you 0 stars if I could. I came in on 12/18 for a simple oil change and they talked me into a rear differential service. Did it once at 30k miles and said I need to do it again at 60k. I said okay and they did it. Once finished, I drove off and knew something immediately was wrong. Turned around and went right back and they took another look. Said everything is fine nothing to worry about. The noise has gotten worse so I've taken it to a couple other places and turns out they added the WRONG OIL. Now I have a $2500 problem.

No way would I ever recommend this place to anyone unless you trust people who are performing these services on your car while they smoke pot on the job. I smelled it the entire time I was there so someone was passing around something and I could tell the technicians were high because one of them who was working on my car would stop as if he really had to think hard.Whomever owns this place needs to perform random inspections of their employees! Marijuana may be legal but it s not legal while working in a capacity where someone s life may become endangered with the lack of reasoning needed to complete these tasks.Obviously these people are addicts and have no future to better themselves.

Ok experience but I am definitely seeing the decline in service. No one checked me in to see what type of oil I preferred. In the past, they would vacuum the car and pull out the "red carpet". Nis it seems like the only focus is hike in prices. I could have gotten my oil change at dealership for sans price and better service. Probably won't be back.

All of this is what I figured out AFTER my engine was almost ruined: When removing bolts for my air intake hose brackets, to check my air filter, the tech dropped one of the bolts into my engine bay. Rather than try to find the bolt, he replaced it with one that didn t fit anyway and left the dropped bolt somewhere in the engine bay. The lead tech mentioned to me that my coolant in the reservoir was low but I said I would fill it myself. I left the JL location and within mins my jeep was overheating. I was angry and thought initially they had drained coolant to prove it was low if I looked so I would allow them to fill it for 3X what I could fill it myself. I went directly to Walmart and shut down my jeep. I added coolant after it had cooled quite a bit and restarted it. It appeared ok initially, so I drove away. Within seconds, it began to overheat again so I went directly back to JL. I was not happy and explained what was going on to the lead tech. He attempted to help me diagnose what was going on but was nowhere close. I discovered the radiator fan was not running so I began checking the fuse etc to see why that might be. Everything seemed fine, so I decided to let it cool down a bit more then drive straight home where I had tools to diagnose the real problem. Immediately, when removing the air intake hose in order to access the radiator fan, I noticed the short bolt that had been put in the bracket and was not even making thread contact and thought it suspicious. I got the intake hose off and reached in to spin the fan by hand to see if maybe a bearing had gone and it may have been a coincidence. The fan was definitely jammed and I decided if the bearings were gone I wasn t going to hurt it by forcing it to spin. When I spun it slightly backward, I heard grinding and then spun it back forward and when I did that, it dislodged something that fell to the garage floor and the fan spun freely. I found what fell to the floor and it turned out to be the original air intake hose bracket bolt and I immediately knew what happened. Obviously, the tech dropped the bolt in the engine bay, it lodged in my radiator fan, keeping it from spinning and cooling the engine. Rather than finding the bolt, he tried to hide his error by inserting another bolt that wasn t even long enough to hold, and left a hazard in my engine bay, that could have completely destroyed my motor, had I not been someone who works on his own vehicles and understands the engine mechanics. The lead tech or manager has promised me a free oil change when I bring it back, but I will never take a vehicle to that JL again, free or not. And, I will be warning as many people as will listen to avoid it as well. If someone actually reads this, what I would really like is a refund on the more than $100 it cost me to go through this nonsense all for a simple oil change.

I was able to get in right away and the service was quick. I used a Groupon and they also had a special for November for an additional service that I was a little overdue for. Everything went well and I was back on the road again!

Such a great place! Convenient to get to. Karen was my service advisor and she was so kind, quick, and efficient. She told me what my car needed but did not pressure me into upgrades, which I so appreciated! She even made sure we had cool air going into our car while they were working. Lamar and Clarence did my oil change and they were so fast!! I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Will definitely be coming back every time! Thank you!!

I have been coming to this location every now and then when I am in Boynton and in need of help. I didn't have an issue in the past. I visited this location a couple of weeks ago to get my car battery looked at because my car was acting up. There was a female attendant that checked my battery and informed me that it was fine. She did not properly close the hood of my vehicle so when I left the garage and went to make a U-turn under the Woolbright light and gave it some gas, my hood broke off the hinges & flew straight up, smashed my entire windshield. I called numerous times, left messages because I had no one to take me to speak with the supervisor(James) in person because of what happened to my car. I spoke with him numerous times I gave him my phone number my name year, make & model of my car and STILL NO ONE contacted me. This is highly unprofessional I have never experienced anything like this I literally could have died because their employee didn't do their job properly.

My service was not only done in a timely manner, but by professionals who went above and beyond. Karen R. made some great recommendations, as well as showed me some additional things I need to cart for on my car. Not only does she have exceptional talent you can tell she loves her job and cares about your safety as the customer. We worked within the budget I am on right now but I ll be back next month to get another service that s about to be due. I really appreciate service professionals like her and her coworkers. Each person I Interacted with here had a great attitude and pleasant demeanor despite the heat.
