I had a horrible experience at this Goodyear dealer. They took my car in with a deflated tire at 11 am. I thought I had a slow leak because the air pressure I was losing was doing so over the period of 3 days. They said my car would be ready by 3 in the afternoon. I did not hear from them so I called an uber to get my car at 4:30. They close at 5. On my way over they called and told me my tire was not fixable. I would need a new tire but they couldn't get to it until the next day. I walked in, and thought, just because I am a woman I am not stupid when it comes to cars. The treads were fine, the alignment was fine, the wheelbase was fine. I was not going to buy a new tire. I went somewhere else where they found a screw in the tire and patched it within 45 minutes. Stay away from these liars and thieves.

I ve been going here for the last 5 years, and it s always been a great experience. I ve sent many people to them They re honest and efficient. One example is: I thought I needed new brake pads, and after evaluating them at no charge, they said I didn t need new ones yet, and I could get another 1000 or so miles out of them. I ve never been to a car shop where they haven t tried to squeeze you for more work or unnecessary work. I appreciate their integrity.

This is the best tire/auto service store in all of South Palm Beach County . Before I got an electric car, I use to use them to change my oil. And with an appointment they were efficient and fairly priced. Today, one day before Thanksgiving, I had a nail in my tire and I called them around 7:45am and they told me there were 4 people ahead of me but I was welcome to come in and my car would be patched by the end of the day. I dropped my car off at around 8am and by 10am they called me to tell me my car was ready. Generally appointments are required but they fit me in on a day before a holiday. When I was there to pick up the car, I asked Kary if I needed my tires rotated. He took the time to go out and look at them and he then proceeded to tell me they were in excellent shape and I could go another 5000 miles on them before a rotation was needed. . Great people - honest - fair pricing - excellent professional staff and management.

I went to Customer 1 for a new battery without first making an appointment.My 3 year old Subaru Forester was given immediate attention with a battery test and a recommended new battery. The mechanic, Clint was real pleasant and offered to down load my bluetooth phone if needed. I see why you have many satisfied customers.You now have a new one!Thank you for a great repair experience!Ron Z

I have previously given this auto shop a great review and even brought them a bunch of my family members to service, breaks, oil changes and rotor replacement, but NO MORE. They no longer have tactful customer service, they do not care about your business and have not tried to accommodate my requests for service the last 3 times Ive tried to use them. There are many many more qualified, fair and accommodating auto repair shops in the area and within a 10-15 minute drive.

I drove out of my way to get a free tire rotation, having paid extra on my tires for lifetime rotate and balance at another Goodyear shop. They charged me for it anyway since it is included with an oil change. Then I went back a week later for brake work and I noticed the coffee maker that was out of order a week ago was still out of order. When I asked how long the coffee maker had been out of order, the man behind the counter answered "six months." It was then that I realized I had driven out of my way to have my car serviced by a shop that lacks the aptitude and the customer service focus to maintain a coffee maker. If they can't maintain a coffee maker, why would I trust them to maintain my car? I won't be going back.

This is the best tire store in west Boynton Beach. They have squeezed me in on more then one occasion. Generally appointments are required but as I am only visiting south Florida they always make time for my car s safety before heading back home. Great people - honest - fair pricing - excellent staff and management

When selling the tire they are really helpful, buy when there seems to be a problem with the tire no one wants to help you. This is the last time I am buying any tires from you. !

If you need a reliable, professional, and reasonable car mechanic look no further. Dimitri and Mario greeted me with a smile as I walk in. I m pressed for time and needed a quick tire repair. The job was done quicker than I could walk to McDonald s and back. My mechanic DJ was friendly and explained exactly what was done leaving the old parts behind to show job was done. I couldn t have been any happier to stumble across a great repair shop. I can t wait to come back for an oil change soon. Thank you Dimitri, Mario, and Dj for getting me to an appointment on time.

I have been to coming to this Goodyear for 10 years now.I find Dmitri the manager, Gary, and the rest of the staff to be professional, courteous, and pleasant.They have always taken care of my vehicles in a timely fashion and have never tried to upsell me on unnecessary and unwanted things.I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!Eric W.

No stars would be more fitting for this Goodyear Tire Store. Went in to have them check my tires. They said one needed to be fixed and the other one was ok. Left and the tire they said was fine became flat after two days . So I went back and they said that they were too busy to look at it (with attitude) and to make an appointment which I did. I came on time for my appointment in the morning and they said I could wait for my car and it would be about two hours. I walked the center and returned two hours later to find my car in the same spot untouched. The owner gave me attitude AGAIN and said that they were very busy and someone came in with an emergency and that I would have to come back another day. I looked at the person who said it was an emergency and it was a resident in the nearby community that I knew. She did not have an emergency. I asked her and she told me that she did not want to wait a long time. Geez! What happened to having an appointment? The owner is a miserable unhappy human being who continually complains about how busy he is. Most businesses would be grateful that they are very busy. Another person came in that I knew and complained that they cut a wire by accident when changing the tires and the hazard light would not go off. They denied it and the woman had a receipt and proof from her dealer who checked it out. Can verify all that I am writing today. Run from this place! Customer service is EVERYTHING!

Meet with Gary Caplan today at the above GoodYear on Jog Rd.He took the time to explain Tire Warranty with me and saved me over $400, on a new set of Tires. I am Happy to let everyone know there are still Good People out there that here to help other people. Update: I ve been continuing to come here for oil changes, typically just drop it off as I love down the road and pick it up whenever it s ready. Well, I m going to find a new shop. I brought my wife s car in a couple weeks ago, picked it up and the steering wheel and door panel was slick with grease or something. And the doors were unlocked. Not great. Brought my truck in for an oil change and for them to look at a tire that seems to be leaking air slowly a few days later. Picked up the truck when it was done. they explained they couldn t find a nail or hole so I should just keep an eye on it . Hard to believe there aren t other things they could check as to why it s leaking. Said ok, I ll keep an eye on it (shocking, it s still happening and not in the tire they said it was when they rotated so, guess they also rotated the tires incorrectly). The thing that really pissed me off was I went to get in my truck, which was parked in a spot right by the entrance to jog, and my window was completely down and my doors unlocked. I don t keep anything of value in there but still, unacceptable. I looked on the invoice and they did note the drivers window is inoperable- which is not the case (you rolled it down didn t you?). Is it finicky? Yes. But no mention at the counter, no call to say hey we can t roll up the window (and a missed potential upsell lol). Also, they need to send the guy from the UK to customer service training or something as he is incredibly rude, can t handle being asked multiple questions and seems like he just wants to get rid of you. Only reason this is getting 1 star is because they have one guy who is awesome, funny and accommodating.If you're looking to get something simple done such as an oild change they're ok. I've had a couple oil changes done here and the cost was about average for full synthetic that my truck takes (although I had to tell them I wanted full, they were doing to do a blend which would not be good). Customer service wise- its a shop so don't expect Four Seasons hospitality lol. I then took the truck back to get checked out for a popping noise I was hearing when turning, turned out to be the sway bar link was completely broken off. They also checked the breaks out as well, rotors were pitted a bit. They wanted to charge me over 800 bucks to change the rotors pads and the sway bar link which I thought was way to high. They wouldn't write out the quote for me either so I looked up the parts myself. Sway bar link for my truck was 20 bucks! Rotors and pads 120 bucks. I spend about 20 minutes replacing the sway bar link myself and half an hour or so replacing my rotors and pads. I wouldn't go to them for a break job or any work similar to that, they overcharge.

Great customer service. I thought I had a battery issue and the gentleman who was who I think was the manager was extremely helpful and took the time to run a quick diagnostic and together we determined it was just a loose connection. He could have easily sold me a new battery. He was upstanding and honest in his dealings with me.

The entire crew at Goodyear get 5 stars from me! I needed a new battery, fast. I spoke with Gary, he was very pleasant. He told me to come over and they would help. I was in and out within 30 minutes! These guys are GOLDEN!! I do not know the names of the others that helped get me back on the road, but thank you all.

Went in with an oil light was coming onThey could easily have changed the oil but instead checked it out and explained how the last person that changed the oil didn't set the computer so kudos for honesty. Thank you Seid! Also felt I needed brakes and they checked and told me I had another couple months but figured I'm here let's do it!

Management and employees are short-fused hotheads with major attitude and no basic customer courtesy or respect. Seems baked into the culture there, evidenced by the behavior of several. They also seem frustrated and disorganized. If you re looking for a stressful and chaotic experience, this is the tire place for you; Otherwise, skip it, not worth the headache dealing with this low-class bunch. They can t even address a basic tire repair, would definitely not purchase tires from them.

Got a flat on a 101 degree day, after I putthe spare on in the stifling heat, the sparewas no good- got a tow to this Good Year,it was after 4pm but this awesome guy,Gary, after hearing that I lived 26 milesaway in Fort Lauderdale, had the guys fixmy flat so I could get home safely... this iswhat it's all about people, he said-"youcould be my mum or my sister, how could Iturn you away?" Best staff I've ever experienced at a mechanic shop. Will always be fair and never overcharge. They are also very quick and reliable on my cars. I've been going here for over 10 years and never had any problem. I would recommend bringing your car here to anyone I know. Ask for Warren Jr he's the best mechanic there!
