Service was A1 excellent! Daniel was very professional and very attention to detail. Just came in for a simple car wash and left with an exceptional looking vehicle looking like the car just left from off the show room floor!! Definitely won me over as a new customer! I highly recommend Font door detailing. I was highly impressed with the professionalism and customer service experience I had. The absolute best in car detailing and tinting services. Jay and his company are the the most professional and respectful group of people in the industry. He offers a wide array of services and makes sure you re taken care of quickly AND that the outcome is pristine. He tinted my Alfa Romeo and my BMW is coming back this month for tints. They came out flawless! And whatever he did when he derailed my car, made it so it didn t get dirty for months! Jay is the only person I trust with my car!

They took the seats out of my car and cleaned the mold that was growing in there. Along with a good car wash there is no smell and it looks brand new all over again. I found this place on Groupon and saw it had good reviews so I purchased the Groupon and made an appointment for 3pm. I arrived on time and the owner told me over the phone before the appointment that it would take 3-5 hours which I was ok with. At about 8:30pm I spoke with the owner on the phone and he said that he needed to keep the car over night and they were finishing up the seat shampoo and it would be ready by 10am the next morning. I got to the shop at 10:30 am and they were still wiping areas of the car. When I was looking at the car there were still stains on the seats and the headliner was not touched and had stains on it and the whole reason I bought the Groupon was because it said that the headliner was included in the cleaning. Also there was ash in the car from one of the guys smoking a black in mild while wiping the car down. When I pointed out theses things instead of the owner trying to resolve the issue or explain to me why he could not get the stains out the seats he cursed me out and wanted to fight me because I said I should have just brought the car to motor city car wash or something. He also said that this is why he does not deal with (n word) and showing off his ankle monitor and taking off his shirt to fight me which I have a picture of. I really wanted to support a small business but now I'm left with a half job and detailing areas of my own car not even the cup holder was cleaned. DO NOT BUY! I purchased a Groupon over a month ago and they do not answer their phone. I have called and left multiple voicemails trying to set up an appointment (since you need one to get the detail done) and they are unresponsive. Terrible customer service.

Jay is exactly the kind of small business owner you want in your neighborhood. They go above and beyond and it s clear. I had a full detail done and I had some nasty black marks on my white leather that I hadn t been able to get out - they made it look like new. Hard working guys and friendly as you can be. You won t find better pricing for this level of detail. I hope you keep killing it Jay you deserve it all!

I got a Groupon to try it out. They took a good care of my car. Booking was through text since the website doesn't make appointments for Groupon purchases. They made the full detailing with shampoo on upholstery seats. I got an used car that desperately needed a deep cleaning. The result was very good. The service takes a long time, so keep that in mind if you plan to take the car to them.

I pulled up expecting to have to come back as it was late saturday afternoon. Jay asked me what service I wanted and gave me a very reasonable price for what I wanted. He showed me the colors of tint and explained the differences. I ended up brining my husband's car back to get tinted as well. Will definitely come back to have the cars detailed also. I highly recommend Front Door Detailing. Thank you for such great service.

I m late with my review but I just want give the biggest shoutout to Jay the manager of front door detailing. Jay and one of his employees went above and beyond providing me with the best service possible. When it comes to customer service, they have seat the bar beyond hight. Hospitality was wonderful, service was wonderful and I love my tints. Everything I pointed out they fixed no questions asked. Jay also talked me through it and made sure I love everything about my service. Thank you Jay!!! For you excellent service and you exceptional hospitality. Terrible job and place!, my car smelled worse than when I took it (I smell like dirty water) I even got my clothes stained, my upholstery was broken!!! ..., apart from the owner writes to me threatening for not paying when he had already paid much earlier, I think they pay people for leaving good comments because it is not possible for this place to have these comments (the only nice thing was his staff who was friendly) .( I was the one who paid for your horrible job)

You get what you pay for. Cheap prices = low quality work. My clothing is stained from the dirt which was left on the car seats.. car smells worse than when it came in. Don t waste your money. Unprofessional dirty unpleasant. compartments and seats dirty in between crevices. This isn t an actual car detail it s a get your car wet and vacuumed. Overrated. The outside looks ok but just doesn t cut it.

Be careful when pickup up your car make sure the mats are installed do not drive away without them. They did an outstanding job on the inside carpets, upholstery trim.. The paint did not have the smooth feeling as just waxed but looked pretty good. The wheel wells were dirty and not done. Waited five hours f for completion. Overall acceptable job. I can t believe I haven t visited this place earlier. Jay and his team made my car look impeccable! I just got the basic car wash with the interior wipe down and vacuum but my car looks like a brand new car! Very impressed and I will be back! Thank you all so much!
