Tire blew out 3 weeks into use on the highway. Nearly killed me. They are regrooving their tires because the tread were deep. Despicable and could kill you

Thank you for your tremendous help with my flat tire yesterday. The shop didn't turn me down (like 5 others in the area) 10min before closing. Very professional and super fast. The whole process of nail removal, patching and reinstalling the tire took less than 10min! plus they offer very competitive prices. I highly recommend them.

Great service, great prices, fast and efficient. We had a great experience with our awesome mechanic. He made us feel at ease and I'm greatful for the fast and proper change of my tire. I called around to so many places and their prices were insane, this was the one place 1 min from my home even, that was affordable! Thank you for all you guys do your awesome!

Had a nail in my tire, took it to the big Goodyear store near this shop and they said they wouldn't plug or patch it and I had to leave my car there all day. Florida Tire Shop plugged the hole for $15 and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Simple, fast, affordable.

I had a flat and this was the closest place that had tires. The lady in the office was on the phone and simply told me someone would eventually come, never looked up at me. The gentleman that helped changed my tire was helpful (although half the time was spent w him making "friendly" remarks at me), he didn't wait for me to find wheel lock key and stripped out the locking lug-nut to remove the wheel. I wasn't overly upset as he did help me. He told me to leave my tire and he would try to fix it. I tried to get a recipient from the "boss" (woman behind the counter), however she was still on the phone and did not have time to write anything down. So I left my business card. The following week I was told the tire could not be fixed and a used tire would be $60 a new one would be $80. I went ahead and ordered a new one.When I went to pick it up, nobody was there. I waited for a while. An "ex" employee came in and tried to help. Who knows why a former employee was manning the shop but finally the man who initially helped me showed up. I tried to pay him with a credit card. He said it would be more expensive with a card, so I tried to pay with cash, however he did not have change for $100 so he told me to call back later and gave me my tire.I attempted to call twice. Later I spoke to the man and told him I would be in the following week. Which is this week.The "boss" called me today and told me the bill was over $120 and I better pay. I told her I had been told $80 and that I would stop by on Wed with the cash. She then told me if I didn't want to pay what she was changing me I would "pay a lot more, just wait and see" and hung up on me.I have no idea what is going on there. I am sending a money order with the amount I was originally told in the mail and washing my hands of it. Having said that it is a bit worrisome that she threatened me and knows where I work.Definitely would not go there if i had any choice.
