I went for a simple standard oil change advertised at the advertised $29.99 complete with filter. I understand tax is not included, 7%, bringing the total to $32.09; while I was charged $35.29 the difference is not significant. The service took 90 minutes, no issue. In addition they wanted to sell me a new battery; mine is only two (2) years old and they told me the life is 3 years on a die-hard battery. I have no issue on a dealer trying to make an extra sale; but I always feel the pressure to replace something that is perfectly good, at least for another year.

Short wait time. Great value for tires. Friendly staff. Made sure to let me know that we can bring the car in at six months to have the tires rotated and another alignment, which was included in the cost of the four tires.

Great experience at Firestone in Boynton Beach. I made an appointment, they were ready for me when I got there. We discussed the work I needed to be done, he gave me a price which was discounted. I am very happy with my service, my car ride s beautifully with new tires. Firestone is my go to place. I drop the car off, walk to lunch or dinner and when I m done the car was ready.Thank you Firestone!!

I had an appointment to get a screw removed from my tire and still had to wait well over an hour to get it repaired.While waiting in the reception room a variety of customers came in and almost every single one of them had the representative try and up-sell them more work, myself included.When it was time to pay my bill I was asked if I would like an email receipt which I declined and got a paper receipt. I was asked for my email address and I made the fatal mistake of giving it.To date I have been inundated with emails trying to sell me stuff along with this survey.Horrible way to do business!!!

Tin and the white 20 something brown haired girl were idiots. They couldn't find your acct with autotrader. The girl said my car failed auttrader's inspection because my tires were 7 years old and according to her "it is against the law to sell a car with tires 7 years old." Being a licensed attorney for 37 years, I told her there is no such law. She was rude, insolent and totally incompetent. Great person to deal with the public if you don't want any customers. Lost my business and everyone that I can tell about your horrible customer service. Total waste of my time. FIRESTONE SUCKS!

Went to Firestone for an oil change and to see why engine light was on. They wanted to charge me $175 for a diagnostic which is outrageous!!. When I went to AutoZone they did it for free and gave me the codes with something very simple, the gas cap.Every time I go to fire stone on military in Boynton .something happens the last time they left the cap off when they did an oil change and oil was leaking I would not recommend this place they are too quick they re sloppy and they are a big rip off steer clear!!!!

I was there for four hours to get the care for my car. While I was there, I was able to talk with other customers, and with the staff, in a friendly and fun manner. I have always liked spending the time in the shop as opposed to going somewhere else and coming back. It s like my home to me. I ve been going there for many many years. Love Firestone!

Taylor was so knowledgeable, he made the experience seamless. Bryan used TLC when replacing the battery. It was located in the trunk and many parts needed to disassemble. He did a fine job!

The service manager called me today 11/21/2023 stating the grease properly changed color when exposed to the atmosphere.. WHO ARE THEY KIDDING! that is the most lame excuse I ever heard oldest trick in the books. The mechanic smears grease on the front axle shaft boot and sells a new axel stating the Constant velocity joint inside the boot is bad causing the seal to leak. Over $900.00 repair ..LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!I brought my girlfriend's Camry into your shop for tires yesterday at your Boynton Beach location. I received a call that the driver's front axle was in need of replacement . Upon inspection The mechanic showed me blue grease leaking out of the seal and the axle .I was suspicious from the start as the grease looked new with no sign of road dirt or any splatter from centrifugal spin. I agreed to replace the axle at a cost of over $900.00 .I asked for the old part back. I cut the boot on the original axel and found the grease from the factory was black not blue. At this point the damage was done and your mechanic ripped me off for repair not needed. While I was told by three other car care people that I needed an new alternator, Taylor at Firestone put my car through rigorous testing and told me that I did not, saving me $700.00 in parts and labor costs. I am grateful for the time he took to explain to me that if I DID have alternator problems, the car would stop operating. He explained the unusally high voltage readings that my friend had taken when checking the elecctrical system out, as unique to Honda vehicles. I learned more about the alternator/voltage regulator combination in my car then I understood before.Being a woman and thoroughly out of my comfort zone with cars and their engineering, Taylor was able to convince me to trust the results and drive off when I had soldily been prepared to change a good part out of fear. I appreciate his honesty and ability to explain a complex issue in such simple language.

Horrible!! They overcharged me for my oil filter change. They didn t rotate my tires during it so now I have to buy new ones for the front. I found a new better friendlier place who will work with you to bring a bit of that cost down. Ashamed because this place is across from my condo and I never had issues with Firestone back in Missouri when I lived there

I went in on a Friday evening with a slow leak in my tire. I showed the counterman the screw that was causing the leak and was pleasantly surprised when they told me they could take it in right then and patch it. A half hour later my tire was fixed and I was on my way. Two days later my tire warning light came on again. That was disappointing but what made it worse was that I checked and found the same screw in the same spot on my tire. To top things off, when I went back and told the counter person of the situation I was told they were too busy and that I would have to make an appointment and come back tomorrow. That's pretty poor customer service. I will unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere and pay again to have a tire fixed that I already paid for.

If I could give it zero stars I would. First off all of there prices are double what they should be. Manager is rude. Got alignment here less than 6months ago, and it caused my front tires to have uneven wear to the point where I had to get new tires, went back to get an another alignment under warranty and it took 3.5 hours, I asked the staff if I m the next car and watched them put 2 more cars on the alignment rack before mine even though they said I was next. Worst part about it was that no one was even there to pick up the cars that were before mine. Every time I asked why are you doing more cars before mine when you said I was next manager just told me to relax and was extremely rude. We re doing our job was his response. I think they were just jerking me around because I was there for a warranty alignment because they couldn t get it right the first time. If you re so busy doing your job why don t you do it right the first time!Service: Wheel alignment

I left my car due to bad start. They recommended a new battery. Voltage was low so I understood that. Left because they said it was fine, but in the email sent after they recommended a starter change. Of course, having the same problem, I came back and changed the starter. At this point I'm about $800 in, which is ridiculous. I then, have the same problem, bring it in again, and apparently it's the alternator, which they'd charge another 700 for. I leave and take it to a local shop, which clearly said it wasn't any of that, and had my car working with less than half of what Firestone would've charged. Scammed. Disappointing that they'd misdiagnose twice. Stay away from this place. Seems like they just want to steal your money.

Replaced my alternator and charged labor only as the part was originally ordered @Firestone through Auto Zone, had a lifetime guarantee ! Was originally told 1 hr. to replace. Next day it was to be fixed Norman (mrg) said could be longer... it took 3 hours . Overall positive experience.

Pretty unhappy. I brought my vehicle in for what I believe was a wheel bearing making a noise on one of my tires. They said they fixed it but that I needed my brakes done as well. I decide to go for it. Then later they let me know that I also need rotors, which they never mentioned could be a possibility. The car is still making the noise, I paid a lot of money for all this work and the next day I notice that they didn't bother to reattach my splash guard and several of the special screws are missing so I drove around for a day with that hanging underneath. I'm lucky it didn't fall off.

Professional services when Eli, I don't remember exactly his name , was there. Now, are a group of thieves. Lie on clients face thinking everyone's is stupid and ignorant, that they are the only one with mechanics knowledge, worse of you are a young or a female. When i was trying to fix something that they did wrong, I checked previously on another location, verifying what they did, and of course, they denied what happened, plus they never corrected . While there, I heard when the same was happening to a young man, same story with sensors. Even they use a reader that already has set a wrong reading. Do not trust place. Go to Others' locations, please.Disrespectful even with the sign they have and said:I BELIEVE FUNDAMENTAL HONESTY IS THE KEYSTONE OF BUSINESSHarder Firestone, Founder.
