Ivan and Nicolas took great care of me and my Porsche. I paid the price he quoted and the car was ready exactly when he promised. I usually repair my own cars, because it s difficult to find someone you can trust. I had a repair that I couldn t do on my 2013 Mercedes Benz, (Replace radiator, radiator fan and condenser and A/C recharge) Of course I didn t want to take it to a dealer or a big shop where you don t know who s going to repair your car. I went through a lot of reviews, and Euro Auto happened to be close to my home. When I Spoke to Ivan I could tell he was knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in details of the work required. He went above and beyond to fix my car. Paid the price he quoted me on, no hidden fees. He did an outstanding Job on my car. He s a great mechanic, honest, friendly, and professional. I had been tired of getting ripped off by BMW service at the dealership. I had heard good things about Ivan and Euro Auto for some time and decided to give it a go. From the moment I walked in, I felt I made the right choice. Ivan was courteous, kind and friendly. I dropped off and picked up my car the same day (never happen at BMW) and paid a fraction of what it would have cost me at the dealership. I will never take my car anywhere else. Ivan was the best! I have an 07 BMW 328i and I came in for a much needed oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change. It also turned out I needed my suspension arms replaced for a reasonable price. Ivan was very informative and kept me updated throughout the day. I dropped my car off at 8 and picked up at 3! Had a 40K B service done on my mercedes. Ivan quoted me a price for the service on the phone when i called and that was the price when the job was completed i felt very confident that my vehicle was serviced properly and promptly I would highly recommend this establishment over the Dealer service. So this is the second time I ve brought my 2018 BMW 430i to Euro. The first time was when my family and I just moved up here and I was getting to know the area. Coming here again just proves a point that Ivan and his team create a true and honest connection with their customers to ensure that they are well informed and well taken care of. They replaced the window regulator and motor on my hard top convertible so now my family and I can enjoy this beach weather with the top down again. Ivan and his Techs are top notch. Brought my Mercedes to a previous mechanic who had it for 5 weeks and could not figure the issue out. I then brought to Euro and they diagnosed it quickly and made the needed repairs in 1 day and even stayed late that night to make sure I got the car back as promised. Very fair and extremely conscientious of keeping in touch with me throughout the process , explaining things , sending me pictures of work and repairs. I could not tell you how happy I am I met them and know now where to take my cars.Highly recommend them 5 starsService: Engine repair

Had Pre-Safe lights go on, Ivan got right on it and determined it was the front passenger wheel sensor. Fixed same day. Lights came on 1 week later, diagnosed the drivers side went bad. Ivan waived diagnosis fee for 2nd sensor. He was fast, fair and thorough. Mentioned services I may want but didn't push the service on me. I have a 2013 MB SLK350. Ivan really is what the reviews say. 1st time I didn't use dealer for this car.

Ivan keep me informed every step of the way. When he found something else wrong he would contact me and tell me the price to fix it. Had to get my brake pads and rotors changed on my Mercedes and not only did Ivan give me a fair price, but he also did a great job in a very professional, timely manner! I would definitely come again and recommend this place to everyone for all their car needs!

My whole life I have taken my cars to the dealer for service, I just didn't know who to trust. Despite having several mechanics recommended to me, none of them answered the phone. Based on other google reviews I decided to take a chance on Euro Auto --- I am SO GLAD I did. Ivan and his guys are knowledgeable and friendly, I needed a thermostat replaced and an oil change. They took care of my car and talked TO me about it rather than AT me and didn't pressure me into more work. I know I need more done so we DISCUSSED IT. Because of that approach I am 100% bringing my car back for everything else I ever need.Service: Oil change

Ivan runs a 1st Class operation. Someone you can trust to do right by you.I brought him my 2012 BMW Z4 that developed multiple issues and he properly diagnosed the Root Cause and saved me $$$ in unneeded costs.He kept me informed every step of the way !Indeed, a Repair and Maintenance business you can depend on. My BMW 328i needed a oil service , I'm going out of town to visit family for the holidays. I noticed that the check engine light was on, Ivan offered to check the codes for me and informed me that my thermostat was faulty. He even went as far as showing me the computer with the fault code. Now mind you this is at the end of the work day and I have some serious driving ahead of me this weekend. Ivan said , No worries I'll have the part rushed over and stay late on a Friday to make sure that I was well taken care of... would of gave this service 6 Star's Thanks and much appreciated. Ivan is a very talented guy. Understands mercedes benz very well. Knew what the issue was, sent me photos of any damaged items, stayed in close communication. His prices are super reasonable compared to a dealership and other local competitors. I am so thankful I was introduced to this business. Ivan was very detailed and exceeded my expectations. I drove from Fort Lauderdale to this location because of all the good reviews and also my Mom brought her car here as well. The treatment is VIP from the time you walk in to the time your driving out. My car drives even better than before. Ivan made sure my Mercedes GLA was taken care of. The Mercedes dealership did not treat me as well as he did. As a woman it is hard to find a place to get your car worked on without feeling like your being taken advantage of. He broke down everything that needs to be done and the cost and gave me an estimate time. Daniel is a great, accommodating guy! Took the car in for a suspected "oxygen sensor" problem and he diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently.Throughout the process, I was kept updated and I could feel my car was in great hands. During the fixing though, something else popped up and he quickly let me know. I applaud him for not just letting it get worse and louder and forcing me to get it checked up again. This shop is amazing!! i had my BMW towed here for several reasons but mainly brakes. I knew there was a lot wrong with it but wanted a second opinion from someone (not a dealership) but professional mechanic who knows about bmw s. I worked directly with the owner and he was amazing. He was completely upfront, informative, and more than honest about my car and what needed to be done. I highly recommend this shop!

I can't even remember, without going back and looking at my receipt how much these guys did for me. What I can say is that they were professional from beginning to end, along with being informative and prompt. I come from a family in the industry and recently had to start taking care of my car on my own for the first time in a LONG time. It has had many hands in the pot, lets just say. They informed me and sent me pics of everything they discovered before doing anything. Along with my 50,000 mile check up. While trying to go the most economical route for my sake, which I appreciate, I just wanted it all done and correct again. Their prices are spot on and my car I can finally say is as it should be and driving as good as new. I will be only using them from now on! My '02 Slk died last week and Ivan and his team were able to figure out the issue and get it fixed (module for the fuel pump). My baby starts up like she's brand new again. Ivan is very communicative. He explained what they did step by step. I appreciate the level of service and vehicle knowledge.
