Got the bj card and went to get tires. They were 312 each. I got them for 286 at a random tire shop. No deals here. I asked if they could match the price they said yes but tried to give me a different tire , if I didn't ask about the tire a second time I would have never known. Also I'll be honest, I didn't find much savings in the store either.

I had a leak in one of my tires so went over to bjs to get it patched. I had a 4:30 appointment. Garrett started working on the patch and James finished up. These guys were good and professional.

This tire center deserves a one star rating, in that none of my appointments for tire rotations have been honored in the past year. Several appointments were cancelled in 2023 because the lift was broken for weeks and weeks. There was apparently no rush to fix it. Today, my appointment was cancelled because an employee called in sick. Having gone to several Bj tire centers in Massachusetts as well as the tire center in Royal Palm Beach, I have never seen such a poorly managed center as the one in Boynton. One star is all Boynton deserves.

Went in for a tire repair on one of my wheels. Billy was extremely helpful, very professional, knowledgeable and got it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Of course free air right next to the center is great too! Thank you again!

The gentleman putting the tires on was great! Very thorough and careful with the car. Not all shops are. Prices of the tires were great as well.I took off a star because they had ONE guy mounting my tires, answering phones, talking to walk in customers AND filling propane tanks. It took quite a while, roughly 3 hours if I remember correctly.Other than the wait everything was great!

This review is solely for the Tire Center at the Boynton Beach location. I am a member and will continue to shop at BJ's however I will NEVER use their Tire Center again.The online ordering and appointment scheduling was easy and straightforward. The staff that install the tires are nice and professional but limited in their ability to make decisions that help customers. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end for this tire center.I purchased 4 tires online (over $500) and had them installed at this tire center. The delivery took 10 days and the install took almost 4 hours! Almost immediately after install there was an issue with one tire losing air, about 10-12 psi overnight (luckily I have access to an air pump so I topped off the tire until I could get into the store).My first attempt to have BJ's tire fix the issue failed with the employee telling me I should go to another shop that can submerse my tire and find a leak. I needed to get to work so I left and that night I put some water and Dawn dish liquid on the tire and found the leak myself. It was on the edge of the tire wall so I knew the tire would need to be replaced and not just plugged.My second attempt to have BJ's fix the issue also failed when the employee could not find the leak. He said they would have to order a new tire for which I may be charged depending on management's decision. He changed my tire to the spare I have, kept the bad tire, ordered the new tire and said I would be contacted when the tire was in store.Two weeks later and after several phone calls to the tire center went unanswered, I went in person to find out the status of the tire. I could have been driving around on a spare for two weeks which is not safe (although it was an inconvenience for my family, I did have access to a second vehicle but the store did not know that). When I arrived, the employee said they had the new tire but no way to contact me. This was absurd because I am a member, I filled out a form with my name, address and phone number to order the tire.Finally, I was able to schedule a time for them to install the new tire and put the spare back in my trunk. The install for the new tire took another 4 hours, that is one tire!I will still remain a member because I enjoy the club however, I will NEVER return to BJ's tire center again.

1 Star for terrible customer service. This is not the fault of the poor guys scrambling around back there trying to service cars as well as answer phones. There needs to be a dedicated person assigned to customer service by BJ s management. I bought my tires 2 years ago and for 2 years consistently have had a hard time getting anyone on the phone to even schedule an appointment. I had to drive to the location today to make an appointment in person. This is not okay

Love BJs for food and household items, but my experience with their tire center was awful. I ordered tires in person and then had trouble getting anyone to answer the phone to see if they came in. When someone finally answered, I was on hold off/on for 30 minutes. When they stated they didn't have my tires yet, I went to Costco and had tires installed same day. Then went to get a refund at BJs and they had my tires in, but never called! Save your time and money; don't try to buy tires here.

Really 0 stars but can't review unless check stars. Tire center understaffed. Phone calls not answered. Pages from customer service not answered by tire center. No follow up by customer service. In house someone came to tire center to find out if tires came in. Took 1/2 hour for them to get an answer while they waited. Tires were in but they did not get a call. I had wanted my tires balanced. Agreed to do it. Put it on rack. I waited one hour before I asked for the car to be taken off the rack and I left. In that time the one employee wrote up at least two tire sales, filled three cars with air in their tires, filled at least one propane tank, paged the store about the members tires at least three times before someone came for the paper work and waited on a few other people. Understaffed and don't care.

I would never ever get a tire rotation there again! Tires were not installed properly . I went back 3 times 2 different locations.! None of them know how to installed properly. They need professional employees. Very disappointed! I went to Pep Boys to get it done correctly and professionally. They did a awesome job.I am upset with the BJS tire service I received. I don t recommend them.

They sure don t make it easy to call the tire center to begin with (there s a multi-step automated system), and THEN you will wait on the phone while it rings for 10 minites until you finally give up. I can confirm, THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS. So we drove to the location only to find ONE TECHNICIAN on staff there covering everything (the desk, the actual servicing of the tires, etc). There was one customer ahead of us who walked in at the same time, and her intake process took 15-20 minutes to complete (meanwhile, no work whatsoever was being done on other cars already in the shop area). I d like to think we simply came at a bad time and they were shortstaffed temporarily, but based on other reviews, this appears to be a common issue.

Went in without an appointment to get a tire repaired. Within 5 minutes they helped me get my car into the work area and had it patched up in less than 30 minutes! Super professional AND cheap!

I brought tires here with the understanding of free tire rotation. But you can never get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment. Customer service here is the worst!

Dropped car off for replacing four (4) tires at 11:30AM on 03/26/2020. Was Not Done at 5:00PM!How do they stay in business? Go Somewhere Else!

The worst place if you are looking to get someone on the phone. I have been calling for two days now and all's I get is please hold. It is a complete joke that they even have a phone number.
