Terrible place, they do not care for the customer. The manager Laura Perez does not know how to be a manager and treated me like a thief because i wanted to buy a new battery, I ended up asking her to call Jose Beltran the District Manager, who is not calling me back after 3 phone calls, but i had her call him in front of me and he picked up.They spoke briefly in spanish and then she told me there is nothing i can do but give you a 10% discount.I have paid for a 3 year warranty, this tells me that when i took my battery in for a free charge, they never charged it. instead they tried to push a new battery on me.Brandon the employee said it was Auto Zones fault and Laura Perez would be able to fix this for you.She did not do anything for me.I will be posting this review on any social media platform i find for auto zone until either Jose Beltran (District Manager) calls me or Benjamin Esquivel (Regional Manager)I never would treat my customers like this in my business, when i do something i do it right and provide full customer service.Something has to be done about this.

I recently got a new vehicle, and needed to pick up some synthetic oil, and this location is so great, nice, and helpful! The people, and layout is very helpful, and a sales associate helped me to find the exact oil, and amount I need for my vehicle. They are super specific about your car, so they make sure everything you buy for your vehicle is a guaranteed fit. Well ran. Thank you!

I went in this evening for a battery that went bad in under a year. The shift manager was so friendly when I walked in, even though it was late, and the gentleman who helped me, Mario, was a fantastic human. He went above and beyond to help me. I was super impressed with the customer service here. Ultimately, the battery wasn t able to be changed due to damage to the screw from the battery acid. Still, Mario tried everything he could and ultimately jump-started my battery and sent me off with the exchange, even putting it in my trunk for me. Such a nice guy and a blessing in what was a daunting task for this millennial girl. Even though my battery sucks, and I bought it from auto zone and now have to pay someone else to take it out and replace it, I'm giving this location five stars for customer service and quality employees. Thanks, Mario and shift manager whose name I didn't catch!

Auto zone saved me with a diagnostic test on my car. I never knew where to find the plug at first but then I was assisted and ended up leaving with some knowledge as well. Thank you

James was extremely helpful, pleasant, and polite. The store had a variety of items (wiper blades) in stock. Will definitely return to this location for other automotive needs.

I don t know how to put it in words, but so thankful for the manager Laura for coming to my rescue when I had to replace my spark plugs and ignition coils this morning!! She knows way more about cars than this guy .but got me the parts and lent me the store tools to get it done. Highly recommend this location as I ve been here before!!

What a nice place and the staff were just so nice. Had to have a license plate attached to the front of my car and one of the gentleman came out and put it on the car for me. Since I am a veteran he gave me a discount for the items that I purchased and then thanks me for my service. Respectful, polite, and fast. I would not think of going anywhere else for my auto items.

We have been grieving the loss of an animal, so my daughter and I went out to take care of some errands, as a distraction. I needed wiper blades, so we went this AutoZone location. I started installing the new blades in the parking lot but was having a difficult time removing the old ones. Associate Jam saw me struggling and helped me. She didn't have to but she did. It is nice and, at times, unexpected to see kindness in action. Thank you, Jam.

I recently visited AutoZone, and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from one of their employees, Manny D.! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed.Not only was Manny friendly, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable about the products in the store. He was even so nice to my two year old who was with me. Manny patiently answered all of my questions and provided me with valuable information about the different options available.I was impressed by how attentive Manny was to my needs, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for. His professionalism and expertise made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. He even checked my car battery!Overall, I highly recommend this AutoZone to anyone in the area, especially because of the excellent service provided by Manny! Thank you for making my visit to your store an enjoyable one!!

Salvador was kind enough to give me a better battery at the price for the two year warranty battery because they where out of stock. James was very pleasant and nice enough to install the battery for free. Great store and employees. Will definitely shop here again.

Today I stopped by autzone because I needed a new battery. Jam greeted me right as I walked in and was extremely kind and eager to help. She got the battery I needed and installed it in my car. She talked me through the process and made sure everything was good to go. Jam made my experience at autozone awesome. And she saved my day!! Ill definitely be returning to this location next time I need anything for my car. Thank you Jam and autozone!!

Elias Gaitan was so friendly kind and took care of me in less than 15 minutes. Best service I ve ever had at Auto Zone. I recommend them 100% more than any other auto zone in the area. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful.

What a great experience! I was helped by Manny, he took the time to explain all aspects of the repair. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. He even walked me to the car to ensure I was not over buying my needs. I am now a customer for life. Thank you autozone, especially Manny!!Highly recommend for all your car needs.

I had the best experience at this auto zone! All of the staff working on 10/06/22 had excellent customer service! Tony in particular was amazing! I had been to 4 other stores looking for a specific part for my motorcycle and was becoming quite irritated with the lack of supply among the other stores. However, when I came to this location my wait time was less than two minutes! Tony was the technician who helped me and knew exactly what I needed and displayed a vast knowledge on motorcycles and the parts I would need! It was as such a huge relief as I had already given up on finding what I would need. The store was actually quite busy and I was shocked at how well he handled the flow of customers while also making sure we were all getting the help we would need. The best multi tasking I ve ever seen! I will definitely be using this location for all of my future auto part needs! Thanks Tony!!

Impeccable customer service; even when I arrived at the very last minute before closing to buy some oil :) Not only did one of their knowledgeable employees come out to help me measure and finish topping off my oil, he also took my OLD dirty oil that I had in the back of my truck, wrapped it up in a bag, and took it off of my hands. What a great help that was! Never felt rushed and he did it all with a smile. I knew as soon as I walked into that store, I d be in good hands. Great vibe, greeted with friendly and helpful customer service, clean store, and I also gotta mention that the restroom was clean as well! Thank you so much for your help! I definitely recommend this Autozone if you re in the area and I think it s also worth the drive if you live on the outskirts of Boynton Beach :)

Manny and Antonio are amazing!They honestly went out of their way to help me with my broken car key.We did lose the chip but we still got it to work and with their help it wouldn t have been possible. They are patient and very kind.We need more people like this in the world! Thank you again!!

Store manager Manny and Jamie were a savior helping me figure out the coolant spilled out all over my engine car.Would definitely recommend this auto-zone to anyone! Who needs to be rescued, Jammie was a sweetheart and understood my concerns from the start.The entire shop staff willingness and readiness to help with any questions and concerns makes you want to be back for any car needs.Will be back for sure!Definitely recommend this Autozone to ALL in town!

I was at AUTOZONE in Boynton Beach today .I got there , it must been 100 degrees outside , i was suuuuper stressed out cause my battery had die n somebody had to use their jumper cables to re start my car . I was lucky enough to meet Laura there n she went outside, check that my battery was indeed dead ( ha ha) we discussed prices for the battery I would need and installed a new one all in 30 !!!! I got a chance to interact with other associates there n they were all very nice , but Laura was excellent!

Had the most wonderful experience with Manny, the Store Manager (after the lady at the front was NOT helpful at all!). He took his time, explained everything, fixed the issue and I walked out of there a very satisfied customer! Would highly recommend this location!
