I visited Autozone due to a battery issue with my car. Worker, Daniel Edouard was able to assist me very professionally. He was very nice, knowledgeable, respectful and understanding towards my car need. I am very appreciative regarding the outstanding service he rendered to me. Thank you Daniel for EXCELLENT customer service. He exceeds more than 5 stars!

Exceptional service! Andy provided invaluable assistance when replacing the battery in my 2020 Suburban. Their commitment to customer courtesy is truly impressive. Rudy was great help assisting me with windshield wiper replacements for my wife s VW. He noticed I was having difficulty finding the correct blades and he took the time from his regular work duties to help. His astute observation skills and attention to detail make for great employees. Rudy should be recognized for a job well done. Thanks again.

I want to take a moment to identify Rey.He took a moment to listen to what I needed take me to the right product and it take me to even a better product. I have paint on my jeep and it probably saw me he worked like a charm. I love when people know what they re talking about thanks Ray you are a lifesaver.

I went in a hot Monday afternoon to the Boynton location looking for light bulbs for my car, not even knowing which specific ones I needed. I met Kat, she was so helpful she came outside in the heat help me to see which of my lightbulbs were out, they were the headlight and taillights. I didn t know, then she helped me find the correct ones with a great price, and she also helped me change my car key batteries. So amazing so patient, so hard working, it s people like that that make me shop at autozone. Thank you Kat.

I went to the store on Hypoluxo Rd #1058, this morning to have my battery checked out. Mr Ray, assisted me and was very customer oriented and determined to provide excellent assistance. He checked out all the information and reviewed that the battery I had on the care was under warranty. In-turn, he got a new one and replaced the battery with no hesitation. He provided great service to me as a customer at Auto Zone.

Steven was excellent, I had a bad battery which later on turned out to be a bad fuse box and he helped me from start to finish. Really thankful for how kind he was and knowledgeable the staff is as well.

This was some of the best customer service I ve seen, not just in an auto parts store but in any business. We came in because my wife s Mustang had a dead battery. We were met by Rey and right away we knew it would be a good experience. He was just very courteous and let us know he would be right with us. He patiently explained our options, and I completed the transaction.When it came to removing the old battery, there was so much corrosion that it was very difficult to remove. The terminal was stuck to the post. Another person might have given up after a few minutes, but Rey was determined and kept at it until it finally came off, a good twenty minutes of hard effort! All the while we were conversing and he was explaining his process. Just a really pleasant guy and a great representative for the AutoZone brand. We will definitely be asking for Rey the next time we swing by.

I stopped by this autozone because I needed new windshield wipers. The representative inside the store was very helpful in showing me the available options and brands at different price points that would fit my car. I purchased the wipers and Rey installed them for me and was very friendly and helpful! Great experience and I come back to this Autozone again!

The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He looked up in the computer what we were looking for and the computer said it was there but apparently when he went to get it, it was not. They only one they had was a much more expensive. So he helped us out and gave a little discount. Mainly because we needed the part regardless.

I went In with what I thought was a burned out head light and Angel C was checking the light and realized it was just loose. So he snapped it into place and I was good to go!! He was awesome and I highly recommend this store!

My battery died late on a Sunday. I rushed to auto zone hoping I could get a new one. Ray was so helpful and changed my battery with out hesitation even though it was after 7. A great location and great employee!

On the first of the year when most everything is closed and everyone is hungover, my guy Lindsay was able to help me with the most professional and efficient conduct I have ever seen in an autozone. I do not know where autozone found him but, my experience continues to thrive with them because I continously meet people just like him at autozones around the area
