If I could give this company zero stars I would. They scammed our family out of an extra $300, holding out car hostage unless we paid in cash. We had an emergency and needed them to tow our car off the road to their lot and keep it there a few days. On the phone the driver quoted us $25 per day to keep it at the lot, which we agreed to. We came to pick up the car after 9 days assuming to pay around 225-250 however they charged us $525 dollars and said there was a tow fee and other hidden fees that we weren t told over the phone. They are liars and unprofessional and you should never work with them.

Whoever answers the phone in the reception has serious problems and probably shouldn t work customer service. 0 stars if I could.

They sold my car within 35 days as I was waiting on my fathers death certificate from the state. They didn t inform me of the sale, said they would wait until I got the necessary paperwork and then to come and claim it. Thieves.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. We had an accident and they were dispatched by the insurance company to come and tow my vehicle. I spoke with him myself at 1:03 am he said he would be here by 2:10am. It's now 3:39am he isn't answering any phone calls from myself or the insurance company. Terrible service and dishonest !!!!!!!!!!

Any positive review on this company is probably submitted by an employee. My son broke down enroute to Tampa from Orlando. He called Hill's for help. The showed up after about 2 hours and then said they had another job to go to in Orlando, and they would be back. They never came back.He called them several times and got one nonsense story after another. He had a friend drive all the way up from Ft. Myers to pick him up. As they continued their drive to Tampa approx 5 hours later, they just so happen to pass Hills Auto.They pulled into the parking lot and the truck driver was standing there talking with another employee. They all lied to my son and left him deserted a hundred miles from home.I don't usually write reviews, but consider this a warning to any other parent out there. Our experience with Hills Auto was horrible. I only gave them one star because google would not allow me to give them zero.

I moved to Florida from, Kentucky and started working at McDonald's and on a budget of course and hills helped me into a nice used truck and a place to live. They are a blessing to me and my family. Thank you hills auto for caring about me and my family.
