Mike my service manager was at the door to greet me for my 8AM appointment. He went through the check in process, honored my coupons and passed my keys to a mechanic. My oil change and tire rotation was done in an hour. Mike provided me with excellent service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tire Kingdom in Ft Myers Florida, and I must say, Jamie and Elias are true rock stars! Their level of customer service far exceeded my expectations. Compared to my experiences elsewhere, their dedication and professionalism were like night and day. They went above and beyond to repair my tires swiftly, ensuring I could get back on the road safely during my travels. I can t thank them enough for their outstanding service and would highly recommend this Tire Kingdom location to anyone in need of tire assistance. Hats off to Jamie and Elias for their exceptional work!

I picked up a nail in my tire and was worried that I was going to have to replace it even though the tire was pretty new. It turns out that they were able to repair it while I waited and at a very reasonable price. I was also surprised how quickly they were able to help even though it is season and everything is really busy. It s good to know that there is a trustworthy place for auto service so close nearby.

These guys are awesome. My car was running really badly and I thought it was gonna die. They took care of me and did it without all that of add on stuff most tries to do get the price higher. They make like new and I like this place. They are busy because they are so much better than most other places, so ya, there may be a line because it s hard find a place that cares about their customers. I will be coming here for any problems I might have.

We just hit a nail on our road trip and made it to Tire Kingdom just before they closed. Armando fixed it and we were back on the road within 30 minutes!No one ever wants to get a flat, but the service here was great. Thanks again for getting us back on the road!

My experience with this Tire Kingdom was Excellent! The Shop Manager Jamie was so great, he made me feel very comfortable with my car in his technicians hands. They were able to diagnose the problem, show me exactly what was going on, & Fix it all the same day. They didn t try to sell me anything or any pressure me to do any un-needed service. I would DEF. recommend This Shop to anyone & will bring my car back for future service for sure. I needed two tires and started with a competitor of Tire Kingdom and that was a total boondoggle. They couldn't even get my tires off the rim, but this is not about them. I spoke to several employees at Tire Kingdom and they were all great. Really nice and professional. They had to order my tires because they're an oddball size and that took a couple days. They called to tell me my tires were in. I dropped my rims off and a couple hours later got a call: All done. Mike was great and the guy behind the counter was so calm and professional. PS: they were cheaper than the competitor on top of great customer service.

What a great place and great people! Drove in yesterday with a slow leak. The manager and staff took my car right in and patched the tire. I was told by a competitor that I needed a new tire, so thankful to the guys at tire kingdom!!! They saved me a lot of money!! I highly recommend!!

I appreciate the ease of getting an appointment on a Saturday to fix a tire and get an oil change. I was also pleased with the price. This is my first time here but I plan to come here for all my service needs. Great experience so far.

Came to the store in distress because my A/C went out for my company vehicle. Jaime was there to insure that everything will be taking care of and held his word on it. Within a few hours I get my car back and the A/C is working better in addition to blowing colder than ever before. I highly recommend this store not only because of Jamie but because of the energy and welcoming feeling it gives, the other employees were friendly which made me feel more comfortable leaving my vehicle there to get serviced. You won t be disappointed when coming here! P.s ask for Jamie.

10 o clock appointment for 4 new tires car went in bay after 11 started working on it at 11:15. Tire guy stripped a lug and they had none in stock. Got back on road at 2:30. The pics show the place in disarray and correlates to poor service. 4.5 hours to get 4 tires should take around 1 hour. I put up with it, paid, was thanked for my patience and left concerned about the health and safety for the employees working in deplorable unsafe conditions. The repair on my broken lug was done poorly. The wheel was making a screeching noise. I called the 800 service number and we made an appointment with the manager who stated he would be there the next day on a 3 way call he did not show. Someone showed up at 7:06 I rexplained my situation and it didn t go well they seemed they could not care less about the service and obviously about there shop. I hope this note gets the attention of someone in the organization that can help before an employee is hurt or the oily rags laying all over the shop catch fire and put first responders at risk. It won t be the district manager two people said he would call I have not heard from him. First time for me to write a bad review hope it is used constructively

Excellent service and honest. I knew what my issue was when I dropped off my vehicle and they didn't try to up sell me on additional issues. Tony the manager is extremely knowledgeable and no nonsense. I have recommended to many of my friends.

Listen, whoever was the store manager was just out right rude!!! I had a appointment I show up to said appointment just to be attacked no personally but by side comments that should be made at home.. this is a work environment your a well known tire company that your job!! So yes you re going to get a lot of business. If it s to stressful for those who worked there then quit no customers should have to deal with attitudes from people they trust PUTTING TIRES ON THERE CARS meaning if your mad or upset stay home I will be calling corporate I will not stand for this

This place is on a scab I wait, it's 3 days to get my tires. The manager Jamie was very rude that employees or what under the air flowing. And I still have not reimbursement yet. They have me wait 3 days. Lift up my car and still no tires when to get my money back. And I still have not received it. Jamie is the store manager and he did not give me my money. He made me go back to make his mistake correct. But I still have not received my money. I will not recommend any old person. That isn't need to go to the Store. They just don't have thappropriate customer service you need. They just play with your time. And you still have to wait on your money. It's 6 days and I have not received my money.

Had an amazing experience getting my wife s tire fixed, they were able to patch it up instead of getting the whole thing replaced saving us money! Elias was extremely professional and did a great job entertaining my son while we waited to get things wrapped up!

My son had a tire to blow out on him coming home from Miami late at night, by the time he was able to get off the interstate and to a safe place, his car was undrivable. We had the car towed to Tire Kingdom and landed in the care of Jaime, the store manager. Jaime was very nice and courteous from day one. He explained everything that needed to be done to repair the car and gave a breakdown of each item and the cost. When we went to pick up the car, Jaime again, was so nice and pleasant, easy to talk to, and he was very happy that my son was safe after seeing the damage to the car. We are so thankful for Jaime and his staff that helped us in our time of need.We give Jaime and Tire Kingdom, on exit 116, 5 stars for sure!!

My experience at tire kingdom for the very first time was a pleasure!! I was able to get 4 brand new tires at an amazing affordable price. I was advised by Esteban and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back!!

Had appt. For install of four new tires. When I arrived I was told they were not there and maybe they will be on the next truck. They didn t arrive until the next day. I spent 30 min to get there.What a waste of my time. I did go somewhere else.

Customer communication was excellent and made sure I was aware of everything my vehicle needed. I would recommend this place to everyone. Especially since they are under new management. If you want the deal of a lifetime talk to Esteban.

New ownership/employees were wonderful. John at the front took excellent care of me. I came in with a nail in my tire that was not able to be patched. He found me matching tires & made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. I live in fort myers but will make the drive down to this location when my back tires are ready to be replaced just for the great customer service!

Interested to know what the purpose of booking an appointment online was. Running way beyond time as was everyone in the facility. Decided to just get keys back and leave as trucked was still not even touched after 30mins. Can t comment on their workmanship, but their ability to be time efficient is a joke

I and my wife were recently traveling thru Bonita Springs. Unfortunately had flat tire. Didn't know where to get fixed. Had a compressor but still losing air. Had to get off before I75. I'll turn on next street fill it again and check internet for a fix. Whe I turned there wasTire kingdom. 6pm closing. But they stayed and fixed my tire. Gob bless them we were blessed with them.
