Where to begin, We were headed to go boating for the day and made an apt to drop off the car and pick it up the next day. When I walked in John ( I think that was his name ) was helping a young lady so I waited as he was the only one working the counter, Their were papers and documents all over the counter and the counters behind the guest counter was completely covered with boxes and parts and various items of clutter, basically everywhere. He took my information and the car information and was interrupted several times and went out in the shop and came back several times. We were probably there at least 30 min so as you can see I had a lot of time to take pictures including the documents of the employee being written up left out in the open on the guest counter for all to see. The showroom was dirty and the bathroom was worse. Seel all the pics. The next day I went to pick up the car and pulling into the parking lot I noticed immediately that my passenger mirror was damaged. I went inside and paid and told him about the mirror, we went outside and looked at it and he said he would order a replacement and call me when it came in. I waited .... and waited... so now several months later I have decided to give up as I have since sold the car broken mirror and all however I never got around to a review until today when I received a flyer in the mail and it has prompted me to continue with a review. They also didn't put a new reminder sticker in the window.They need some serious help in this location, the manager is obviously overwhelmed and the employee's... they were all in shorts and t shirts and one even had on foot flops. See the pics and you decide.... but I have found a new automotive facility.

I walked into the store with one of my wheels from my car and was greeted by the associate. I explained that I needed a new tire and he listed two options. One iron man brand for about $150 and a Michelin for about $250. I chose the iron man tire and said I would be back soon and left my tire right at the front desk on the floor. I then left and went to church. After an entire church service, picking my children up from Sunday school and driving back to Tires choice, I walk in to find my tire in the same spot, untouched. He comes into the lobby from the bay and tells me he can t find my tire. I then told him, why couldn t you call me or text me this when you first realized you couldn t find it? I would ve told you to just install the Michelin. His response was well we can still do that not apologizing for the delay or even commenting about not reaching out to me.He then rings me up and doesn t offer to accommodate me in any way. I had to then leave the store once again to get lunch and he had my tire replaced within ten minutes this time. I feel like my service was pushed under the rug and I wasn t very pleased with this experience at all.

This place is a complete joke DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS ALL YOU ARE GETTING IS TIRES. Brought my car here two weeks ago with a check engine light on and the AC acting up. They said it needed a new thermostat and could use a tune up and that it would be a couple of days. Dropped it on a Monday. Called Thursday. They said it would be done that day and would call back. Never called back. Called Friday morning and they said it would be done that afternoon and would call back. Never called back. When i called to ask how things were going they said to call in two hours when a manager would be there. Called the manager, Jason, he said there was a fuel leak and they were trying to figure out what happened. Jason called me back Saturday morning and told me that yhe car smelled of gas and they could not figure it out amd that the car was not driveable. It needed a tow. He said they would take care of me if they damaged the car. Had the car towed on Monday. The new shop said that when they put the thermostat in they bent two fuel injectors and that gas had flooded tge engine. It was $2000 to date. Spoke with Jason at Tire Choice. He said he would file a claim and get back to me. He has never called me and when I leave a message I am told he will call back . He has never called back. Went to corporate. They took a week to get back to me and offers me $500. Left a message for a manger. She has never called back. They literally broke my car, were too incompetent to realize what they had done and now will not make it right. DO NOT GO HERE

Warning! After moving down here from the Chicago area to be near my aging parents I was at a loss to find a good auto shop. I read the reviews and decided to get my brakes done at this shop, having, better reviews than the other Tire Choice near me. They informed me that my rear shocks were bad and needed to be changed so I agreed to the service. After driving my car for only a short period I noticed a rattle by the passenger rear side. Assuming it was a faulty shock I brought it back and they told me they changed the shocks, for free, however the rattle was still there and worse. I Brought it to another shop to get tires and while it was on the rack I asked if I could look at it.I discovered that the shock mount, that was supposed to be attached with 4 bolts, was only attached with TWO, and one was recently broken off, because there was no rust formed yet. Will never go there again!

Went here to repair my tire that hit a screw. I knew it wasn t in the sidewall and should be an easy fix. They tried to tell me it was in the sidewall, couldn t be fixed, and I needed to buy a new tire for $400. I told them they were wrong and I took my car elsewhere. The new place agreed it was fixable. Once they started the repair, they saw the screw didn t even puncture the tire. They were nice enough to not charge me for their time, I just paid for the rotation that I needed anyway. Yet TireChoice was willing to charge me $400 without batting an eye.

Came in and purchased a high-end set of Continental tires on Sept 2nd, 2022. The person taking my order entered the wrong vehicle information and did not record the mileage at installation. ( How were they ever going to manage any warranty claims?) Came back for the first warranty rotation on May 25th, 2023 and they still did not record mileage. Came back in with a low tire pressure warning on my dash on Nov 7th, 2023 and they found a leak in one of the tires, they charged me $50 for the repair but yet it stated on my sales contract it should have been a warranty repair. If it weren't for the hard-working knowledgeable hands-on guys in the shop, I would have given them one star.

I made an appointment on Saturday to drop off my car Monday morning anytime between 730am-11am for 2 new tires. I hurriedly got my child to day care and arrived just before 8. Doors were locked and no lights on, called the shop, no answer. As I had to work, I couldn't stick around and wait. Completely unprofessional. Left and made arrangements somewhere else. Will let people know to avoid.

I arrived right before closing to get a new tire, but the employees couldn t have been nicer. They did a great job and provided excellent customer service. I ll definitely be back whenever my car needs serviced.

Made my same day appointment online, super easy to book, and came in a few hours later for a full synthetic oil change, came out with a smile and a very happy car. My vehicle was very well taken care of. They laid down floor and seat protectors to keep the interior nice and clean. Super friendly group of guys! All shop spaces were kept neat and clean. Large windows into the work area so you can check on the progress as you wait. Free coffee while I waited in a comfortable seat, had great car conversation. All around great visit! When you come in, ask for Chris or Leo, they ll make sure you re taken care of.

Let me share every incredible detail with you!My family and I were on a vacation, looking forward to a relaxing time at a resort. Unfortunately, the resort didn't quite meet our standards, and to top it off, we faced the unfortunate event of getting a flat tire in the resort's overflow lot. Talk about bad luck!Feeling frustrated and stranded, we immediately contacted Tire Choice, hoping they could help us out. In the process of trying to get my money back from these people. The manager is nice but the people he has working for him are incompetent and their District Manager doesn't answer his phone.I went in because I had a broken AC. They told me I needed to replace the compressor which cost $1700. Two days after they replace it, it goes back out. I brought it back and they said, "We can't fix it you have to take it to the dealership." After taking it to the dealership I was told the compressor I was given was faulty. Another $1400 later I have a working AC system.Not only did they charge more than the dealership, they couldn't even get it right. Now, I'm trying my best to get my money back.Go anywhere else.

My experience with Tire Choice Auto Service was excellent. John Maldonado has extraordinary front desk skills. He is personable, listens to each customer carefully and gives detailed information regarding the work needed on vehicles. I needed extensive work and found his quotes fair and reasonable. In today's work environment with fickle employees, John is a master at keeping things on track with a smile. I highly recommend Tire Choice for your automotive needs. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give at resounding 10.

Omg... How does this place have 4 1/2 stars??? I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change. They called @ 11 & said it was done. I got there at 11:25. Noone there to cash out. I was told only the manager can do it..he'd be back in 5 minutes. He returned around 1! Bonus they told me they rotated tires. I marked them. They didn't. I questioned them. They took it back in to actually rotate. Manager finally came back at 1. Expressed my frustration. He didn't apologize for the wait..just said he had to eat. More than 1 person should be able to cash out. I asked for some discount..he gave me something minimal.

Watch out for bait and switch. Sign clearly states "Buy Three Tires Get One Free." When I went to buy 4 tires for my car, was told that offer didn't apply to the tires I needed. Right! Only after I said I would take my business elsewhere and file a complaint for false advertising did they grudgingly agree to honor the offer. Tried to charge me for a front end alignment without even thinking to check if it was needed (it wasn't). Got my tires, good price, but be forewarned.

We recently had the pleasurable experience of dealing with this Bonita Springs Tire Choice. We have worked with different Tire Choice locations in the past, however this Bonita Springs location is the best!!! They actually answered the phone when we called, they were responsive, very kind, and quite willing to help us with a tire issue; not to mention they were prompt and knowledgeable. Frank was the icing on the cake!!! This will be our new go to and we would recommend this Tire Choice to everyone.

Horrible service. A complete joke. DO NOT waste your time. Had an appointment to change out some rims. When we walked in the person greeting us had everything in the book to not take care of us. Even though we had the exact service done a few months ago at the same place, now for some reason they don't do that anymore???? Isn't this a tire shop???? First it was "the tire machine had broken overnight""??? Isn't this a tire store??? Don't they have a backup??? Then the new machine.... nobody knows how to use...??? Isn't this a tire shop??? Then no we don't put new rims on barely used tires..... Isn't this a tire shop???? Very strange. It is obvious that they don't want your business. Don't waste your time. Instead go see Braulio Paz right next door at Dealers Choice. They provide "real" customer service.

While fueling up I heard air hissing from one of my tires that had picked up a nail. I immediately went to Tire Choice as it was only a couple of blocks away. They immediately got me in even though they were very busy. I was told it would be an hour wait before it was done which was fine. I was happy just to get it in no matter the wait. Thirty minutes later the tire was patched and I was on my way with no charge! Great customer service! I will be going back.

Thank you John and team at 10100 Bontia Springs for me trouble shoot my fuse problem with my radio. I went everywhere trying to get help. These guys were helpful, understanding and most of all caring. They even stopped what they were doing to help me. I asked, John how much? He said, $25.00. I said, what do give you more! You blessed me me helping me. I. Want to blessed you back! I order thr crew pizzas. Thank you guys so much! God bless you!

If i could give it 10 stars i would! Came in an hour before closing with a popped tire and these men had it done Fast! Great service, Good work and a happy customer! Store manager was honest and very professional I would recommend everybody .

This Tire Choice at 10100 Bonita Beach road is the BEST!!! Frank was so very helpful and got me on my way quickly and with a friendly smile on his face! It's so refreshing especially as a woman to be able to walk into an automotive shop and not be taken advantage of! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them!!! Thank you again Frank!

Had a flat tire and was extremely nervous as I had three kids in the car and had to get back to the Cape. Frank P the assistant manager was extremely helpful!! He totally took care of me and got me back on the road asap. He was wonderful. He also alerted me to a potential problem that I needed to get fixed at a later date. Totally trustworthy and fab experience

Everyone was very friendly, the gentleman working on my car was patient and answered all my toddler s car questions. Manager was upfront about wait time and price and was also very kind. I ll definitely be coming back.

This store has just gained a customer for life! I went in there after going to another local tire competitor, who by the way gave really lousy customer service and a BS answer why they couldn't help me. And these guys were awesome! They didn't even want to charge me for plugging my tire and putting it back on! Needless to say I would do what I can for them to show my appreciation. And I will always come back to these guys!

Great service and the manager goes above and beyond! He truly bailed us out with a same day tire patch for a nail in our tire. Every other tire provider, including Firestone where we have a warranty refused to help. This is out of my way but this shop has my business for life!
