I had an excellent experience with this TireChoice. I had a nail in the side wall of my passenger tire so I made an appointment for the next morning. The gentleman helping me out was really nice and, despite the fact he only had 2 guys working that day and a bunch of appointments ahead of me, he managed to get me in and out in an hour. The technicians working did a great job replacing the tire as well. The price was very affordable and way under what I was expecting. I would highly recommend this place if you need any tire care done.

Super quick and friendly. Had a tire install and was out of there in under an hour. Will be back for any of my Taco ma needs while I'm here in Florida! The new shoes look great on her.

The manager, Frank, was very helpful pointing out safety issues with my tires. The team there took good care of me. I was able to take advantage of a buy 3 get 1 free deal. The service was done quickly with little waiting. I'll be going here for all my tire needs.

Loved the service we received from Frank at Tire Choice. He explained why our brand new tire which had a nail in the side was not repairable and worked diligently to get us a new tire and back on the road in a reasonable time frame.

The Tire Choice service center on Bonita Beach road in the Publix parking lot was absolutely fantastic. I noticed my tire was going flat while traveling on I 75 in rush hour traffic tonight. I pulled into the Tire Choice store ( about 45 Mins before closing ) and the manager Bill said he was pretty busy and would see what he could do. He said it may take two hours to get to the car. He patched the tire and I was on my way in 45 minutes ! Not only was he super polite, he stayed over late to make sure everything was right! What service!If you are looking for an HONEST and FAIR Tire place , look no further than Tire Choice on Bonita Beach road. My faith in humanity has been restored. This man was obviously raised by great people and his family should be proud.Ed Kersey

Came to this store after having left their other toxic location that was completely empty and had rude antagonistic manager. It was no wonder they were empty. This place was busy and they bays and parking lot were packed.The assistant manager Gabe greeted us, he said they were busy but would get to us as quickly as he could. We were out in an hour and a half. We were very happy. Their whole staff was a happy group of employees. We will be back.

Got a screw in my tire and I made an online appointment, got there, super friendly staff, after a long week of work , I got home earlier than I expected, the area where the screw was it wasn't reparable so I got a new tire in no time.I will recommend this business.

Needed a nail repaired but turned out the inside of the tire was worn badly due to a improper alignment from the original tire install. Frank took great care of me and helped me find a new set of tires for the car. Have used them many times in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks!

I had brakes installed and had to go back twice because they were squeaking and not working properly. Also the brake pads they used were orange and rusty-looking. When I asked about it I was told if you want dealer quality, go to the dealer. I wish I had because when I checked at the dealer it would have been the same price. This business did not do quality work and didn t care.

Words would not do justice to the quality of service, the professionalism and kindness I found at this auto repair shop at the end of a very long day.Arrived late in the day with a punched tired. They fixed it in no time and said good bye by saying "happy to help you so you can go home and rest after a day's work,"1000 points to this team of kind hearted good working people

Had My brand new Mercedes benz here to check my cracked amg rim because of hitting a pothole and they scratched my paint and scratched my rims very bad and left me without one of my Tire stem that costs alone $30 had too yell at the black guy at the front desk to find my tire stem and bring it too me The black guy at the desk told me also told me Those scratches were already there I showed him the video i took before giving them the car and he said my corporate office will send you the money for it too be fixed don t let these people touch ur car i am WARNING YOU!!!!!!!and they also he told me the rim had previously been repaired Thats impossible i bought the car BRAND NEW with 5 miles in 2021 these guys don t know what they are doing

Ordered new tires online from a different retailer, and Tire Choice mounted and balanced the tires to my wheels, along with completing a 4 wheel alignment. Thankful for the ease of doing business with this location. Called them on a Thursday afternoon, was able to set an apppointment for the following morning, and was out of there in less than 90 minutes. Will be doing business again with this location in the future.

So far, my partner and I have both been to this tire facility. Every time we ve gone, we ve had excellent customer service, and everybody always helps us. One of the gentleman actually helped me get some money back for my tire that I didn t realize I had on my New car. I m very grateful that I went their and he mentioned that. Thank you for your excellent service and I ll see you next time.

It is Memorial weekend and everyone is too busy or not open to take care of a flat. I came to Tire Choice and was quickly and politely greeted. They squeezed me into a busy schedule and at a great price. Highly recommended this place and I have to drive past two other tire stores to get here.

The worst service I've ever received by a long shot. Made an appointment 3 days in advance to have some new rims put on my Tacoma. Walked in and the front desk guy dodged every option of giving them my business so much, you would've thought he was Neo from the Matrix.First, we were ready to drop off the truck, he grimaced and said "Ahh it'll be quite a long wait." Then we said we'd be dropping off and he asked if we had an appointment, which we did. Then he said they don't put rims on used tires (which they do, my dad did the same thing a month before), and then finally when I said the truck's new it has around 30,000mi on it, he balked again and said 30,000 is a lot of miles on tires (they look brand new).Instead, we went in as a walk-in over at Dealers Choice in the same plaza and they were incredible! As a customer, I'm easy-going since I've worked retail and service jobs before. Never have I had to try to convince someone to give them my business. The owner of this location should beware.I recommend anyone considering going here to go somewhere else, and I highly, highly recommend Dealers Choice a few hundred feet away instead.

Excellent service from Frank at Tire Choice Auto Service, on Bonita Beach Rd east of 75. I had a nail in my tire and Frank was able to repair it quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. He got me in and out without a long wait. Would definitely return. Thanks Frank!

Four wheel alignment and high speed tire balancing for 2015 VW Jetta SE with 46,882 miles.Excellent work performed. No veer at speed nor shimmy (through steering column/wheel) when driven on I75. Great job. Thank you.

Great Story on a bad situation.!!! Driving up north on Interstate 75 when I noticed my truck all over the road. That s when noticed the right rear tire pressure was very low and going lower by the second. Had to get off the interstate and God blessing had a Choice Auto Service on this Bonita exit.Long story short, at this piont it was 6;40 pm and they close at 7 pm and to make matters worst all.their bays were full of cars and mechanic were all busy said Manager Frank. He stated that I would have to wait a long time and the possibility that their mechanics don t want to take on another truck after their long work day.Meatless to say, The Manager Frank took it upon him to come to tell me to park my truck outside next to one of the bays that he was going to do the work himself . You don t see that type of great human being anymore.All I know is that Frank is my new hero!!!! Thank you Frank and thank you Choice Auto!!BTW: He never charged me.

I arrived at 5 minutes to closing time desperate to get a plug in my tire. The guy at the front desk was nicely finishing what I could tell had been a lengthy phone conversation. He was immediately attentive, walked right out to my car, pulled it in the garage and started to repair my tire. My husband has been to this store at least twice and always left happy. I m so thankful for his quick fix. It saved me a huge headache. Don t even think about heading to the tire place about a mile away. They stopped me at the door and said they are closing and can t do anything for me. Thank goodness for business who put customers first!
