I have used New Life for years now after my son recommended them, and I have always been very impressed and happy with their work! Luis was very helpful and nice when I brought my car in this morning for an oil change , I asked if they would look at my brake pads because my son thought I may need new ones. I got a call about an hour after I dropped the car off that my car was ready, and my brake pads were fine and did not need to be replaced! I was very pleased that they are honest , you never know when someone might tell you that you need something that you don t!More reason that I am loyal customer!

Great friendly staff. Helpful and got me what I needed. I've heard great things about this place and I'm very happy with the service. They will be getting more of my business moving forward. Oil changes tires alignments. I am now a customer for all my vehicle needs. Johnny was great and accommodating.

Overpriced and poor customer service. I brought my car in Monday and was told it would be ready that night or in the morning. When I didn't hear from them, I called Tuesday afternoon. I was told they hadn't looked at it yet but it was next, and they would call back by six with an update. I never heard from them. Wednesday I received a call telling me what was wrong and provided with a quote. I looked online and called two other shops and found their price to be significantly higher. I needed it fixed soon and the inflated price was not worth the delay and towing costs so I gave the OK for the work to be performed. I was told it should be ready by the end of the day or they would call. Again, I heard nothing. Thursday it was ready, when I went to pick it up the price had again gone up about $100. When I questioned this, I was asked who I spoke with. I responded it was whoever called the previous day. The man told me I don't know whoever and showed me a piece of paper with battery and shifter cable written on it. No further information. It wasn't until after I paid that I received an itemized bill. I would highly recommend avoiding this place and finding a more reputable business.

I used to go here a lot, but after my recent repair for my brake pads and rotors, never again. A fews days later my front ball joint breaks. I go to another mechanic to get it fixed to then have him says, "the break pads and rotors are so clean, didn't they tell you that your ball joints are bad?" And that you would be able to clearly see it was going bad when doing the repair. Either they didn't care to tell, or just wanted me to comeback to spend even more money.

If you are looking for the best place to have vehicle work done, then you have found it!! This is the place I always go to they are trustworthy, knowledgeable and accurate! You aren t just a number, they actually care! This morning I witnessed an unruly and rude customer come in, Joseph handled it calmly and made sure the situation wasn t escalated. The customer ended up being calmed down and taken care of, all is well!My work was done quickly, efficiently and I am already out the door in an hour!Thank you New Life Tires for being the best!

You will not find a more honest and professional mechanic shop in southwest Florida. This place is literally the best mechanic shop I have ever used. I will continue to come here until the day I die as long as it remains this way. Thank you to the Owner and all the hard working employees here.

Went to New Life after noticing a slow leak on one tire. They got me in, found the problem and resolved it within an hour. Need a local repair/tire shop that's HONEST and fair priced? Look no further, NEW LIFE!.....Bill A from Chicago.

This place was terrific! They fit me in for a tire repair the same day, made the repair within an hour or so, were very friendly and professional, and price was very reasonable. Love this place!

Horrible service so last night at 10p we got a flat now I get the fact of operation hours ect but I m just saying if you still in the shop and you looking at the tow truck drop us at your repair shop then why would you not greet us why would you watch us get dropped there and then not even say are you all ok ect they didn t acknowledge that we had a car issue it was very inhumane we slept in the car in the lot of this repair shop because they were all too inconsiderate to just have a heart it is what it is but common human decency is not of that due to the fact we had a flat and got towed we basically didn t have a choice to give them our business but if I m not Spanish you may get helped slowly or not at all this was horrible service and I would never willingly go here again we are from Ft myers FL WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !

If you have a truck and it has dual wheels, do not go to Sam s Club do not go to Walmart do not call Tires plus every place I called near Naples Florida could not do my dual wheel truck. They didn t have the equipment to balance the wheels I talked to new life and Johnny took care of me six brand new tires for my Dodge 3500 Dully. And within two hours was on our way home.

Normally they re pretty good. This time not so much. We brought our spare wheels in to get two used tires. They damaged our alloy wheels by installing clip on weights. The wheel already had stick-on weights from a prior balance and when we told them that they damaged the wheel, they basically shrugged it off. If you want stick on weight apparently you have to make a request for it. In my opinion, I don t think you should have to request for the appropriate wheel weight to not damage the wheels. I do not recommend this place at all.

We were vacationing in the area and had an issue with our alternator. New Life was recommended to us by some friends - so glad we came here. I dropped the car off on Monday and we had it back by Tuesday afternoon. Price for the work was less than what a a little googling indicated it would be. Shop seemed to be busy which I usually take as a great sign for an auto shop that the work is reliable and fair. Would absolutely visit again and would recommend to others.

Honest tire guy here. He could have easily unsold my girlfriend for new brakes (at my request to check them- overdue based on miles) and didn t. She got great tires and when the time comes we re heading back for the brakes. Super happy our closest mechanic is upfront and affordable.

Needed valve stem extenders added to my RV tires and an oil change. Dropped it off around 8:15 and it was ready around Noon. Very pleased with the service of the staff and the affordability of the services offered. RVs are already expensive enough so it s nice to find an affordable and reliable local mechanic, just in case.

Highly recommend. Came in on the tail end of a VERY rough day, and these guys turned it around for me. Got my tire fixed in what literally felt like minutes and the for a price that still left me plenty of money for the DMV.

Always get the best service. I been coming for a while and their people are friendly knowledgeable and easy to work with.I never have an issue and is my place to go for any tire need. Lately I been coming also to get my oil change. You might have to wait a bit but honestly they do an awesome job

First interaction not good.. probably won't go back because I don't like being lied to. Had tires taken off my car/rim about a year ago and now want them put back on and they said no problem. Come in tomorrow am. I send my wife early to make sure we cab get them done in time to continue work.. wait over a half hour just for them to say we won't put on used tires. We'll what did you think they were. I told you I took them off my car about a year ago.. anyways. Probably great in some thing but lack communication skills at the least.

I noticed in previous reviews the owner claims honesty is the best policy; called Friday May 5th at 1:10 p.m. was told 205 65 R15 was in stock $62 for used $125 for new, showed up at 5 p.m. to have my used tire put on the car, and was told they don't have any only new. Pretty sad the last three times I've called they don't have what I need. Can get a brand new tire for that price at Walmart!

New life tire gave me price for supply and installation of two Michelin tires $600.09, but Costco estimate for the same tires and installation is $485.

Why give me 2 prices for if I bring in my own brake pads or if I order them and then when I come with my own they say they don't use other places parts. Why say one thing then do another. I have spent so much with them. Very disappointing

They sell New and Used Tires small independent auto repair shop they've always treated me right you don't pay the gigantic Shop hourly rates of a new and fancy shop they don't take appointments though

Came in last week with a fork lodged in my tire.Even though every bay was full and a line of cars waiting to be serviced they quickly helped me put my spare on and let me come back later for my tire.Thank you again- Hungry Tire Guy

These guys are my heroes. No matter what I ask for they ve got me covered. Oil change, tire repair, tire replacement, breaks, tire pressure, alignment - all their work is well done.

Roberto and Johnny were wonderful. My husband was out of town and I ended up with a flat tire. Once the spare was put on, drove there and they helped me, with my husband on the other line, decide on new tires for our Flex. I needed new tires anyway. They were so patient with us and helpful. Got us the best price and ordered them. They came in the next day. They called me and 1.15 hours later all done.Across the street is a great pottery store and down block is a great little coffee shop! I actually enjoyed myself while waiting for new tires!! Nice, friendly place to do business.Will definitely go back. Our friend recommend New Life Tires. So will I!!!

On 10/15/22 I took my 2017 F150 in to swap out the original tires for new. I took pictures of my wheels prior to dropping it off and when I picked my truck up it was evident that one of the wheels had 4 good scratches into the powder coat. When brought to the mechanics attention, he denied responsibility. I'd also like to add that the fee for this was $180, which is outrageous even in manufacturers fees.
