THE WORST SHOP EVER! Took my truck there to get an oil leak fixed, after weeks of hearing nothing called the shop and they said they were waiting to get my go ahead to fix the leak THATS WHY I BROUGHT IT THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE! Not to mention they kept fixing things I didn t ask to be fixed. 3,700 dollars later I finally thought I was getting my truck back after they had possession of my truck to 26 days! But no, now the truck is misfiring 2 cylinders and the check engine light is on. After 30 days a full month of having my truck they still didn t have an answer as to why. But claimed it was nothing they did. I had enough and took back my truck in worse condition than before. These IDIOTS don t know what they are doing and aren t true mechanics. Just keep saying the computer is saying the same thing over and over. Wish this place would go under. What a scam please don t take your vehicle there for any reason!

The driver of AAA towing recommended this auto shop over one I was planning to engage. Dealers Choice gave me a list of issues and the total bill was around $1500. I opted to get the most urgent issues taken care of so the car was drivable. That brought the charge down to around $950. One of the services I opted out of was the brake repairs. I think they quoted around $350 for that. Took the car to my regular service garage and it was inspected and they reported my brakes were good, still at 50% for rear and 75% for front. Not happy with the integrity of Dealers Choice nor of the AAA Tow Service driver that recommended them. Wonder how much of a kick back he got. Sad.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection

These guys are incredible! I needed some new rims I'd bought put onto my Tacoma without buying new tires. I actually had an appointment over at Tire Choice up the street but they had horrible service. We came in here as walk-ins and Braulio hooked us up. I will 100% be coming back here from now on.

AAA gets you to go there because they make money off you dont listen to them. Other mechanics will get you in and have a diagnostic normally the same day. Called another place that was recommended to me and was told to never use dealers choice. My mistake!

I came in before a road trip after realizing I had a nail in my tire. Came in on what looked like a pretty busy morning, cars in the shop but no one waiting inside. They were able to squeeze me in and take care of my tire in less than 15 minutes. Reasonable price, super nice people. Highly recommend for a pleasant experience!Service: TiresService: Tires

The management has changed at this shop, and service has dramatically improved. I needed a tow after my car broke down and the drivers diagnosed my car on the spot and were extremely helpful and courteous. It turned out that my Nissan was a recall, so I then needed a tow to the dealership and they took care of that as well. Mike, the new service manager, worked with me throughout numerous phone calls and was courteous and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend this shop.

Read this review and all the other 1 start reviews. This place tried to take advantage of a older woman by ripping her off good for an ac compressor she didn't need. She drove around for months with no ac, and all I had to do was press her ac button on.I've also had another person with similar experience here that was about to get charged thousands, I fixed their car for like $100. Avoid this place like the plague.

This company unfortunately holds the contract with AAA for roadside assistance while simultaneously being one of the worst tow companies/service centers in the United States. Rest assure if you call these clowns the tow truck will be there hours if not days after you call them and the service center would be better off with 6 blind amputees preforming your service. Hopefully AAA can secure a contract with a halfway competent company soon.

AAA sent me there. A big mistake. Problem with my ABS system causing the wheels to lock and make terrible sounds. Can be fixed by changing faulty speed censor . They said it was the brakes problem and would cost me $1500!!!! Nothing wrong with my brakes, though. I read the reviews and found out that they are not to be trusted. Thank to all who wrote them. Paid for a faulty diagnostic and left.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My dealing was with Dealers Choice in NAPLES !!I went out this morning to start my car, and you guessed it, DEAD BATTERY. Called AAA Roadside Assistance, and they had Dealers Choice to do the service call. Within 45 minutes a Dealers Choice truck showed up in my driveway. "Louis" the Service Tech checked the battery, and found it had barely enough juice to power the interior lights. He had a battery on his truck that fit my car and installed it like in about 15 minutes. Louis was courteous, professional, and fast. On the road again !! After reading the other reviews concerning Dealers Choice repair shop, I can't comment on that, but their roadside service is top notch, quick, and professional. THANKS LOUIS, GREAT JOB !!

As many others have stated, AAA pushed me to get my car towed to Dealer's Choice, despite it being more than an hour away from where I live. The tow truck driver claimed to work for Dealer's Choice on the side and told me that Dealer's Choice would tow my car for free whenever/wherever I needed. They quoted me over $800 for a new radiator and I told them that I was going to look around for another day to see if I could find anything cheaper. With that, Jay left me a pretty rude voicemail stating that they were going to start charging me for storage from this point on. My car had been in the shop for a day and a half! When I asked them to tow it back to my house so I could figure it out, they told me that I would have to go through AAA (and hung up on me) which would have been fine, had they not already used up all of my free "tow allowance" towing my car over an hour away from my home! AAA charged me $250. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I've been ripped off by other mechanics before but none of them have ever been as blatantly rude as Jay was at Dealer's Choice. What a joke.

Would Not recommend! AAA pushes work to this shop. My college age daughter broke down. AAA said the shop she wanted to take her car to was not good so she took his advise and let him take it to Dealers Choice Complete Car Care Center. I am about 4 hours away so when they told me the motor was hydro locked and needed a new starter and head gaskets, I agreed to let them do the $1,500 repair. The next day I got a call from the manager that said both heads were cracked and warped. He said it now needed new heads too at the tune of an additional $800+. I asked them to hold off and I would look around for some heads or even maybe a new motor. After calling a few parts places and friends of mine that are mechanics, I found that everyone in the automotive business knows a Buick 3800 motor has a problem with the plastic intake that cracks and causes it to hydro lock the motor. I called them back and asked them to please buy a $100 intake and put it on. They were not happy but did it for me and behold the problem was fixed. No new heads and it never really needed the head gaskets that they put on. They misdiagnosed the problem and stuck me with a discounted bill for $1,446 and a courtesy $100 in shop credit. The correct diagnoses and intake swap by a experience shop would have been about half the price or $600. I was ready to put a completely new motor in because of their lack of experience. Don't take your car here unless you like paying for a mechanics education.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Please do NOT bring your car here. My check engine light was on and my car was making a chirping noise. I brought it here to Dennis three times paid hundreds of dollars and they never fixed ANY of the problems. I then took it to another place in Fort Myers and they were able to fix the problem and figure out exactly what was wrong in a short period of time. The new place I took it to said that none of the things replaced by dealers choice had anything to do with the problem and they were just scamming me and making me spend money on random items. Please never go here save yourself the time, money, and headache!!

Had a very good experience with a gentleman named Dennis that came to tow my husbands motorcycle today and he was so friendly and helpful he called to check in and let us know he was close to the drop off spot and even told us were he got his straps from and how we should get a pair if we ever need them if we have to use a different tow company. He was just amazing at his job and super friendly. 100% satisfied with Dennis. Thank you again.

What a joke!Brought my car in with 2 flat tires. They plugged them and did that part correctly.But.....next day I noticed that the center caps were not replaced after mounting tires on car. A return trip for me!!Then I got a notification that the tires were overinflated by 10lbs each. Then to top off what ANY repair shop should do without screwing up, I noticed that a valve cover was also not replaced. This joint should move out and let a video store take its place!Shameful....

Brought my vehicle here because it was recommended by AAA (first mistake). Changed my brakes, my struts and my shocks. Shortly after taking car back, my brake fluid leaked out and lost my brakes. Not their fault they said. Now the shock they installed broke (Fault - who knows but they did honor the warranty). How do they stay in business? Maybe it's the negligent AAA referrals.Customer service? Think of your worst Comcast customer service experience and then...well that's too extreme. No one is worse at customer service than Comcast but at least Comcast apologizes.

As Florida22 has stated when you use AAA they send dealers choice tow truck driver who tells you wherever you going to take it besides dealers choice is a bad idea so you end up taking it there. My car had died on me and they diagnosed it and told me it was the fuel pump. They said it would be $900 to fix. I thought that was wayyy overpriced so i told them my boyfriend and I will push the car over to tires choice, he then told us we owed him $150 for the diagnose. My boyfriend had to call a Lee County sheriff to have them settle the dispute. (what a hassle) Ended up settling on $50. I didn't mention that the whole time the manager there was very rude to me on the phone from the start. Anyways we took it to tires choice who found out the fuel line just needed to be cleaned out and the sensor needed to be replaced. I am incredibly disappointed that Dealers Choice misdiagnosed my car, were ready to have me pay a huge bill, and change a part that didn't need to be changed. Lacking professionalism indeed.

My car broke down while traveling for work. I was 80 miles from my home town. I called AAA....they sent a tow truck based on what I told them about my car. Dealers Choice towing arrived in less then 30 mins. Alex...the driver...loaded up my car and we drove to Dealers Choice Auto Repair in Bonita Springs. At the shop, JJ found my car issue was a huge issue and said I needed to take it to my car's dealership as the problem was under a recall. Alex then loaded up my car and drove me and my car 50 miles to the dealership closest to my home. If I lived closer to Dealers Choice in Bonita Springs, I would most certainly service my car there. Alex and JJ, you guys are the best. THANK YOU!!

Expert towing. Josh, the tow truck operator treated my car like gold. While sizing up the situation, he suggested that I take a seat in the tow truck, because it wasn't a safe place where my car became disabled.Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and treated my car like gold. What more can you ask for when your car breaks down? Also, i've been a member of AAA since 1976. I'm extremely satisfied that AAA sent "Dealers Choce" to tow my car. The driver Josh told me about the company that he works for, Dealers Choice, including it being a AAA approved facility for auto repair.Let me say, Josh is a great representative of the company and Dealers Choice is going to be where I'm going to get my car serviced. Thanks for taking care of my car.

Dealers Choice Auto Care in Bonita rocks!! They picked up my Mercedes repaired it for next to half of what the local Benz dealer wanted. Had it detailed and delivered it back the same day. The manager Jay was unreal!! Kept us in the loop during the whole process. Be back for sure!!

AAA recommended this place. They quoted me $1400 for a water pump and band. When I explained that was way too much, they stated if I didn't use them to repair it, there was a charge of $70 to find the problem. I explained that it was never mentioned at the time of tow and I was told, " Not my fault if he didn't tell you". Very rude tone

Took my truck there to put on a 2" leveling kit which they said they could doand also to place four brand new tires I bought. They put the kit on and the tires. When I went back to get my truck the first think I noticed was the tire pressure looking low. As I got in the office the dude sitting at the front immediately told me the tires were wrong; it can hold only 50psi.My question is why they did not call me to let me known before fitting the tires so I could return them? use my truck for work I decided to take my truck anyways. Less than a 1000 miles on my new tires I noticed they were eating off at the outter edges on both front. I took it back and the dude seem unwilling to to even listen; I guess I should not have return to speak of my issues with the alignment because of course he did not want to take responsibility for it. He eventually got a "tech" ( and I use that word loosely) to try and feed me BS About needing new springs to keep the tire on road????.....I took it to the professionals who printed out the before and after alignment, they were amazed that a professed auto business would let a vehicle on the road with bad alignment and especially with the wrong tires, and you would not believe what the results are, it was severely off...all in red. That tells me they have no clue. IF I COULD GIVE A NO STAR THAT'S WHAT THEY DESERVE. If I were you I would not take my vehicle to these INCOMPETENT non qualified under three car repair frauds who have the nerves to tell me he has been doing it for 30 years and still can't get it right. I will not rest until I am refunded my money by legal means which I had started the process......I got my truck back from Nissan who had to fix what they damage its now perfectly aligned. And have all reports to sue there ass. INCOMPETENT. I will use whatever medium possible to let Florida know what you rip-offs are capable of you should never be in business still.

One of their drivers almost ran me and several other cars off the road today on i75. He was crazy, and driving like he was in a race car. He tailgated my car so close that if there had been a short window to stop he would have hit me and several others. I called the company as wll as the Florida state patrol with the pictures and video I had. I dont recommend this company at all!!! Their manager was rude and not wanting to hear about her poor driver at all. Steer clear if you are concerned with the safe keeping of your car - they will destroy it with the poor quality of driving with their drivers!!!

Jay Is the most helpful and most honest mechanic I have ever been to! I drive long way to bring my car here because I trust his job. He is fast and does not make you wait like other places. I do recommend this place to all my family and friends. This is by by far the best!

Most stressful experience with an auto shop!My car was towed there and they offered free delivery after the work was done which was very appealing because I am a college student and didn't have a way to pick up my car. The next day I called giving them an address and directions to where I will be so they could drop off my car. The driver ended up leaving my car at a different location and not contacting me before driving away. I called the shop multiple times about the whereabouts of the truck and my car but they couldn't answer my questions. An hour and a half after the time I was supposed to be receiving my car, I got in touched of the driver and he couldn't even tell me where he left my car. When I finally found my car I called the shop and the man hung up on me!!!Never again!!!

I belong to AAA, they were supposed to tell me entire costs up front. I would have been charged about $82.00 more for tires. Also did not receive AAA discount when I asked, was offered to fix my flat for free and after I refused to buy the tires, they charged me!

Every experience I have had with this shop has been outstanding. They are honest and fair, and their prices are extremely reasonable. They have never tried to push services on me or or 'upsell' like some other shops in the area have. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. It is so hard to find a good mechanic anymore; I will definitely be taking my car there whenever it needs something done.
