We had a fantastic experience with Crash Champions in Bonita Springs. Since they are an authorized body shop by our insurance company, we chose to have our car repaired by them. It could not have been a better experience from start to finish! We made an appointment for an estimate within a few days. When they checked our car, they said that we should not be driving it, so they called Enterprise to pick us up so that we would have a rental car. We received numerous texts keeping us informed throughout. They told us that our car would be fixed by Friday, but it was ready by Wednesday. Our car looked as good as new, and we were able to leave the rental car at their shop. We are more than satisfied with Crash Champions and would use them again.

The work on my car was good when finally finished, however they damaged my car after the repair and took longer re-fixing it. This cost me hundreds of dollars for an extended rental that they claimed would be reimbursed and was not, this back and forth has went on for a while and still never get an update or call back.

Horrible customer experienceI make an appointment online, show up. They refuse to take me or look at my car even though SafeCo has paid the for the parts. They said come back after two weeks and refuse to order my parts. Arrogant, rude and disrespectful.Never Never go there.I had a bad experience before and never got my Duel Motors plate.These people do not belong in business.L

I have been trying to get my Tesla worked on with crash champions for the last three months. I brought it in for an estimate which they did. I waited a month and a half and the day before the appointment to fix the car they canceled on me. I then had to call them to ask them when we are going to reschedule, and they stated they have not heard from Tesla to see if it is going to be covered by the warranty. This was news to me because Crash Champions had already said Tesla was covering it.Now I've spent the last two weeks trying to get them to call me back to find out what is being done. The manager is always in a meeting (his name is Chris) and he has yet to return my calls.If you value your time, money and vehicle do not waste them at this place. With this poor level of customer service I can't imagine what would happen to you car.

UPDATE: STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM CORPORATE BUT THEY DID TAKE THE TIME TO REPLY TO THIS BUT PRETTY MUCH DOING OR FIXING NOTHING. A JOKE!Wish I could give this place a 0! My car was better off the way it was before. Everyone there is so disrespectful. We never receive any calls back, even after being promised they would. The receptionist is rude and the current manager CHRIS is HORRIBLE!!! He is so ignorant and a liar! They've literally broke the car even more to the point they ended up dumping it at Ford. And then didn't even tell them why the car was there or who it belonged to. WE had to call surrounding ford's to find our car. A different time WE ourselves had to do their job of finding out where our part was from ford. Only to be told by ford that they never received an order for it. They've had our car since September and have, like I said, broken it even more!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! They are a joke! Still waiting on a call from their corporate sooooo that isn't great either!

STAY AWAY*March 15 we dropped our vehicle off to get fixed through our insurance. A week went by and they stated they had take the vehicle apart and sent the supplement form to the insurance and waiting for a response.we called 3 times the filling week asking for an update and each time they stated they would get back to us and never did. Three weeks went by and I called Wednesday and they stated the same thing we are waiting for the insurance company. Today we contacted insurance and come to find out the company is approved through my insurance automatically, they only needed to repair and submit it to the insurance to get the payment. I explained the situation to the insurance company and we three way called this champion collision repair. The insurance advised this company everything above and was unsure why they kept saying they were waiting for approval, crash champion had approval weeks ago. And the supplement was sent back a few days after champion sent it to them. So basically my vehicle sat in a parking lot for 3 full weeks and nothing was done. I paid a rental car for 3 full weeks for a service that I did not get. This company is a joke, the attitude from the lady before we got my insurance on the phone was unprofessional and unacceptable . Poor communication poor follow up. 100% poor experience across the board. Along with money wasted on a rental that could have been avoided if this company did there job correctly. Does it take 2 months to get an estimate or even a return phone call? When I call I leave a message or I speak with someone who takes a message and no one responds. I m not sure why they can t respond or return a call.Crash champions responded to my review within the same day asked me to call but can t provide an estimate after 2 months. I called and they actually answered this time - and said they are still working on my estimate. I asked how much longer will it take? They don t know. Idk why I was asked to call in.4/26/23: still waiting and still no response.5/18/23: 2 months of waiting - I called again and finally got the quote.

Premier Collision does phenomenal work! I m a technician at Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs and they bring me several cars a week that require updates, calibrations, or anything else that requires work to be performed at a Mercedes Benz dealership. For several years I ve never run into a problem where they did a poor repair or used any after market parts. All their replacement parts are always OEM and their body work is outstanding. The paint matches are excelled and I ve never had an issue with the paint work being too thick which would make the radar sensors not preform properly. All their work is superb after dealing with them for several years we ve never had an issue with Premier s work. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this body shop, they are great at staying in touch with you, as well as your insurance on updates for your car. Being one of few authorized Tesla body shops, Premier Collision is the only one I could find within 25 miles that have factory certifications for the vehicle, as opposed to online training. This certainly made me feel a lot more at ease dropping off my car, knowing it was with the professionals, and they were in direct contact with the car manufacturer. Like I said before, they made this process of fixing a lot of damage to my car as easy as possible, talking with my appraiser, the insurance company, as well as keeping me updates for changes to services they were doing, as well as giving new estimated ETAs for pickup. Thank you to everyone at Premier for fixing my car up as good as it was before my accident!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I was referred to Premier Collision by Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs and couldn t be happier. I had an appointment to have my car looked at within 2 days of calling. Not only did Sarah inspect the damage but she and a coworker duct taped my fender so I could drive I had an estimate the next day, took it in 4 days later and it was finished inside 2 weeks. I was out of town when finished so Sarah drove my car to my house and put it in the garage. The car looks like new, you would never know it had been damaged. They are a certified Mercedes, Porsche and Tesla auto body shop. Don t waste your time calling other repair shops- call Premier Collision, you will be glad you did! Our Tesla was t-boned, we were heartbroken because it being a new vehicle and having had cars repairs in the past, they never felt the same again.We also were concerned because of all of the horror stories dealing with shops and Tesla customer service.Right from the start Sarah let us know she would personally manage our case and help in any way she could. RIGHT! I thought I ve heard that before.She was true to her word at going to bat for us!When Tesla REPEATEDLY dropped the ball with wrong parts and balking at reimbursing our rental car, she repeatedly was there. Premier Collision goes above and beyond for their customers. I ve very rarely experienced such incredible customer service and professionalism.I had an insurance job performed by Premier. While the insurance company took their time, Premier did everything they could to get my car back to me. When my battery died the day I was supposed to pick up my car, one of their employees drove from Bonita to Fort Myers just to pick up a battery so I could get my car back that day.After I picked up my car, my radio suddenly stopped working. They, again, drove from Bonita from Fort Myers to pick up my car and take it back to the shop. While they weren t able to determine why the radio had stopped working, they drove the car to the dealership for me.I highly recommend them for any repair. This is the best repair shop. I have a newer model Mercedes Benz that was hit in a parking lot earlier this year and they did an outstanding job repairing it and working with the insurance company. Today my bumper came loose due to the car wash and when I went to get a quote for the repair. Matt the owner came out to look and at it. He got on the hot asphalt and crawled under the car and about 20 later he fixed it and would not take one penny.I would never use another body shop. The entire staff is super friendly.

Had my Tesla in for rear bumper repair. They appear to have done a nice job and it was returned to me in good order. The staff were courteous and friendly and took care of me in a very business like way. Certainly I would use them again but of course prefer to NOT have any further use of their services.

When a company goes out of their way to help you and do it when they know that are not going to make any money, you know you have a reputable business to deal with. Johanna did that for us today and showed us we did not need to have expensive body repair and painting done saving us lots of money. The work that was done was excellent, as usual. However, I was told the work would take 4-5 days and they had my car for ten days even though there were no complications or unexpected problems. Since we only have one car, and the the repair wasn t covered by insurance, we had to pay for a rental car that ended up costing us almost twice the original estimate. Had we known it would take 10 days we would have made alternate transportation plans.

At the end of December I met with Crash Champions. Had to wait for a week to get an appointment for an estimate. Which was fine. Then when I showed up for the appointment they were not ready for me. They let the receptionist do the estimate meeting. She had no idea what she was doing but we got through it barely. Waited for over 10 days to get the estimate back from them. It was supposed to take three days. I was fine with 5 or 6 but 10 was a little much. I had to call the manager on the 10th day to get the estimate and we scheduled the work to be done. My appointment was for Feb 7th... So this morning I showed up and they did not have me scheduled. Get this, the Manager Mike Boysen told me it was my fault as I was not on the schedule... Otherwise he would have called me to tell me it was pushed back for another month on March 8th... Serious, he felt that it was all fine that he and his entire company did not have me on the schedule and had not even reached out to me for over a month to notify me. So I showed up to be told that my new appointment was March 8th. This after me sending email each week to confirm and make sure we were on schedule. FYI: I will not use this company ever and if you do, good luck... I can only imagine what kind of work they would have done on my car... My experience with Coastland Automotive Services was amazing. My new Tesla had numerous areas of rail dust stains. They meticulously removed every tiny spot. It looks immaculate! Matt and Liz were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

If I could give this business no stars I would. Horrible communication skills, had my car for over two weeks and did absolutely nothing. Called to get an update on my vehicle and kept getting the run around. Was told they would call back by end of day and they never did. Ended up not using their service and will most definitely never recommend them to anyone.

I had to have some body repairs and touch ups done to my 2015 Mercedes GL450. When it was finished my suv looks as if it came off a showroom floor. I could not believe the finish and quality of the work. Matt Walker who owns this shop has an attention to detail that is second to none. Additionally, my costs for his work were very reasonable and well worth the amount considering what it looks like now. I would recommend Matt Sawyer and his support staff to anyone wanting to have high quality repair work done to their vehicle. We also own a Tesla Model S to which Matt also did repairs and that was another exceptional quality repair job!

Kind,, competent, expedient and professional, to say the least.They put plastic covering on the seats to protect them during the work.They treated me like royalty. Offered refreshments too!Even held an umbrella over my head during the rain, and walked me to my car to show me the beautiful job they finished while I waited.This is the place for your Auto body work on any car, but especially if you are particular and want quality service and results!

I went to Coastland Automotive Services after reading their reviews on RepairPal. All three staff members I met were friendly and their service was amazing. They fixed my car within 10 minutes at no charge. I highly recommend anyone needing car help to go there.

The staff is very professional, friendly people. They bend over backwards to make your experience a nice one, and their work is top notch. Highly recommend them to any one in need of auto services and auto body work. I am highly pleased with the workmanship on my car. They are reasonable priced especially for the quality work that they do.

I'm not a relative or an investor. Two different cars, four years apart. I'm not very knowledgable about cars - so why should you listen to me. Both times I brought along a friend, who made his living for many years as an international consultant for a major car firm. Both times he pronounced the work flawless. The prices were highly competitive, the fit and the paint were perfect. Everyone was courteous and quite professional.I would recommend this facility without hesitation.

We are very happy to have found Coastland Auto through Angie's List. Their facility is near our home, the staff is extremely efficient and courteous, and the waiting room is comfortable and well-stocked with snacks and reading material. They have done both collision and mechanical work on our cars and all the work has been done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. We highly recommend Coastland and feel confident doing so.

This is a top notch business that does excellent work. I brought the car in for estimate, made an appointment, and the car was repaired like new. Their prices were more than fair, and I would recommend them to anyone in Estero or Bonita Springs. By the way the staff was very friendly and they have a very nice waiting room.

Had them replace timing belt, water pump,serpentine belt on a SC430 Lexus in 2016. the work was done in a timely manner, cost reasonable and the staff was great.Had further repairs done to the Lexus in 2019. Alternator found to be bad and was replaced. Thought the charges were excessive with a diagnosis fee in addition to labor and parts cost. In addition the part cost listed on NAPA website was $100.00 less than charged on invoice. I thought perhaps the cost for the part to the repair shop would be less than that listed price to the retail customer.

While driving in DC, I turned into a driveway that was apparently only meant for box trucks - the slope on it was high enough that our car scraped bottom, and it pulled the front panels of the car out of place. I saw some broken plastic, and since it was my wife's car I wanted to fix it right (I was driving and wasn't hearing the end of it!) I made an appointment at Coastland and they surprised me by saying they only needed to replace a few clips - a pretty cheap repair. They ordered the clips and I went back for the work, and I sat down with a book. The repair was done in 10 minutes, but the guy in the back didn't realize I was waiting, so he washed and cleaned the interior. They realized I was there 30 min into it and asked if I was in a rush - I told them that if they wanted to clean it to go for it! They probably did a $60 detailing job on my car for a $25 repair and they were happy about doing it! Good folks!
