Before even considering going here to repair your vehicle, please, look on the BBB! Don't trust your insurance saying they recommend Caliber Collision. You'll find countless complaints about their unethical business practices, delays, and quality issues. My experience was the same, mind you this was their 3rd attempt at fixing the issues:- Originally estimated 2-3 weeks (turned out to be 4 months)- Original estimate: ~$8000 (Final cost $15,000+)- Replaced fully functional parts- Did not fully correct the dent in the hood- Alignment issue with both the hood and front bumper- The newly painted front bumper was mismatched in color- Completely drained the battery, causing the need for a new one including installation and registration.- The car come back with a major fault code: Can't start the car in 600 miles (probably caused by the countless jump starts they did).- Put irreversible, deep scratches in both the new and old headlight- Scratched the clear coat with improper car wash methods

I highly recommend Caliber Collision of Bonita Springs. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repair and estimated date of completion which was the exact date. My car was immaculate when I picked it up. A fantastic experience overall.

Joe was great! Very professional and constant communication. I m very pleased with how Caliber handled my Mercedes Benz . Only took them 3 days to make the repair. Much quicker then I expected. Also they cleaned myVehicle and all the work is backed by a lifetime warranty. Very Happy.

The staff at Caliber Collision was professional, helpful, and provided outstanding customer service. From start to finish, the process was smooth sailing. I had a car accident and they were able to accommodate and get me in and out the door easily. Thank you so much to Jaime, Joe, and Gina for all your assistance in this stressful matter. If I could rate this 10 out of 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend this company for all services they provide !

Worst customer service and even worse repair work.The initial team was great, Christina and Joe, but as time went on and deadlines were missed, the manager Mo took over.That s when things got shady and plenty of lies exposed.I understand that parts can delay a repair, but this shop will take your car and have it sit for days and not even touch it to start a repair.The manager , Mo, constantly makes promises they can t keep and when they deliver your final product, it is horrible.In the end don t be alarmed after 3 months if you me car being with them, if Mo says to you it s just car, you have your health, your car will get repaired when it gets repaired. From the orange peel paint to certain areas not being painted correctly and having to be refinished multiple times, to the hood latch not working after multiple attempts to repair and reinstall it, to the lack of professionalism and accountability-This is one of the worst repair shops, not just in our area, but probably the whole United States.If you can avoid it, please save yourself a lot of hassle and headache!

My wife Lynn Johnson was involved in a small accident and through Progressive Insurance we were referred to Caliber Collision location. My wife worked Tina Hall and she did an awesome job of keeping my wife informed of her repair. We picked the car up tonight and found the work to be excellent and looked like new. A great job by a capable team. We thank you for your professionalism.

I can always trust this shop to return my car in exemplary timing and in an amazing condition. My car has been worked on twice by this crew, and I have no complaints. Highly recommend!!

If I could give them 10 stars,I would ! Highly recommend this place, customer service is amazing! Pablo and Tina were absolutely nice with us, explained all the process and Pablo made sure we understood all the process to fix our car. Delivery date was earlier than expected as well I ll post a picture of the before/after, looks like nothing happened to it! thank you Pablo and Caliber Collision team.

Parking lot accident... my vehicle was in a handicapped space. I was not in the car when hebacked into the quarter panel. Driver never stopped to see what damage had been done. Eyewitness did not get a plate number & was unable to offer any helpful details, other than it was a male. Hope it happens to him one day! Calliber Collsion was recommended by friends & they were excellent to deal with on all levels... very professional.

I had an incident on 75 (big surprise I know). Anyway, I took my truck into Caliber and met with Joe Jimenez. Joe went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my ride was in better shape than even before the incident. I will only be coming back to Caliber and asking for Joe from here on out. Thanks Joe!

I clipped my carport and they gave me a 3 month estimate which they could never fix my tire I was given my car back with a bad tire and rim. They screwed me around so much telling me I'd get it back 3 weeks in a row before I gave up. Terrible company no integrity. I'll never chose them again

This body shop repaired my vehicle after a minor accident. They were prompt and efficient, turning my car back to new in a very short period of time. It was a one stop shop that worked with my insurance to provide a rental on site making it that much easier. Well done, highly recommended.

I would ve given them a five, but I had a delay in work completed because they had to order a part that they said they did not know would not be included. Dennis was very good at keeping me informed and tried the best to get my vehicle back to me, the same week that it was expected to be done I would take my car back. Simply amazing work! Tina and Gina provided the best customer service anyone could ask for from a business. After repairs, the car looks and operates like it is fresh off the lot.
