Incompetent. I took my vehicle in for an emissions light. Next they called to tell me it was finished even though I hadn't authorized a repair. They said it was fixed so I paid them $435 for a cheap sensor. 1 hour later the emissions light was on again, so I went back the same day. They said to bring it back when I had time for them to retest it.I went back when I could and they wanted to charge me $200 to rediagnose it. No thanks. So at the end of the day I paid them $435 for nothing.Of note, there was a another customer in the shop seeming very frustrated with this business as well. I've been to many auto repair places and this is definitely one of the worst. I suspect something is fishy with their high ratings.

Honestly I have been in SW FL 40 years and had some very solid honest auto repair shops but these folks run a shop with very personal old fashion service combined with great tech and a full report with work proposed and completed with timely updates provided w/o asking. The new manager (I hope name is correct and I think Seth) is so competent and friendly. Thank you!

We took our Chrysler Van in for service. They were very helpful in addressing the problem we were having and kept us informed during the process. Great service. Would definitely use them again.

A refreshing experience of not getting taken to the cleaners like we did by a competitor up the road.Jeff & Sean were AWESOME.The digital report of the estimated repairs is a great reference guide.We were very loyal to a local competitor but now we will be switching to Sebs/Bimmex for work on our vehicles.Keep up the great work.Highly recommend Sebs/Bimmex.

Alex and Sean are excellent people to deal with at Bimmex. They always provide easy communication on what s going on with your vehicle and their prices are extremely competitive. I saves lots of money going to them than the dealership.

Nice shop in Bonita springs, nice people and treated me fair. Bought four new tires and had an alignment done and also had my oil changed on my 2014 Mercedes GL63 AMG.....They do good work!

Honest report .brake rotors were warped, causing steering wheel to shake during high-speed braking. Alex noticed and mentioned that the brakes looked fairly new and asked if we had had rotors replaced. He gave us.an estimate but urged us to take it back and ask the previous shop to see if they would cover it. They don t get more honest than that.

The work was completed at half the cost the dealer quoted us and on time. Great work, great shop. My friend's car was towed there. All the car needed was a jump start, butt the tow operator didn't attempt to jump it. Bimmex is backed up and only did a cursory battery check, probably assuming the tow up operator had tried and failed to jump the car. I jumped the car onsite at Bimmex. It started right up, meaning a good battery. Jeff at Bimmex waived the diagnostic charge and we went on our way. No harm.

Great customer service! Needed 4 new tires after one of my tires got shredded. They ordered the tires, scheduled the appointment and called me when the tires arrived. They ran into an issue getting one of the original tires off the rim so they called at 2pm saying they might not be able to finish the same day as they have to cut the tire off the rim. At 4:15 I received a call saying the car was ready! Incredible! Alex, the owner, was very nice to work with as were the mechanics. Alex told me to swing by in a week and they d check the tire pressure to ensure everything is good. Will definitely be using them in the future!Service: Tires

Our experience was great. At first we were spectacle as we red good things about Seb's but they sold and we didn't have any ratings to look at for Bimmex. They looked our BMW over and said it was the motor mounts causing a growl sound and oil leak. Car seems to be running well and we are pleased.

My X5 needed maintenance before a long trip, after local dealers said it would be a 3-4 weeks just to look at it I found Bimmex. I am new to the area and had only reviews to gauge quality. Jeff got me in within a couple days, his team did a thorough maintenance including replacement of bad wheel bearings. Work was done very quickly and with top notch quality. Positive experience overall! Had reached 50,000 miles on my 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia, so a bigger bill was expected. The team was thorough and professional explaining all that needed to be done, explaining what was immediately needed and what was a concern going forward. As I was picking it up, the car did misfire likely due to a low battery voltage (had been sporadic in appearing in the past). Check engine light did come back on 4 days later, but since the car has an automatic start and stop feature, it is possible this is related to the battery power as well. Brakes flushed, air filters for engine/ cabin replaced, transmission filter replaced, oil changed/leak identified. We had some questions and walked in with no prior notice, the man who helped us dropped what he was doing to drive our car around the block to check it out. He gave us simple answers, didn t charge us anything, and was extremely helpful and realistic. We appreciate it more than they know. They seem like very genuine people. We will be back with any other future problems/repairs!

Trusting a small garage with a rare performance vehicle is difficult. Seb and his team inspected my C63 507 with diligence and care, providing categories of inspection and options in terms of what needed to be addressed and what could wait for another day. No pressure, no lies. What I liked the best, was their suggestion that I address something now (after initially deciding to wait for next time) that would no doubt have been a more significant issue in a few months - it took a special call and discussion from Jeff to switch my thinking.We re back on the road again, with vigour and confidence that there is nothing lurking beneath the beast. Kept our car the entire day for oil change and diagnostic and then was not clear on if it was done or if we had to do more and was going to keep it overnight and at least one more day until we called back to question it. When our brakes seized, the incredible team at Bimmex went above and beyond to get us back in our car as soon as possible - and that despite being crazy busy at the height of season. We could not have asked for more. They were kind, caring, and of course professional in their work.
