I just can t say how great this company is!! My husband and I broke down while traveling through the area and this company was recommended by the tow company we used. They got right to working on our car even though they were already busy. They didn t have the needed part but did a temporary fix for us so we could continue our trip and get the part. They even called us after their closing hours to check on us. The price was unbelievably fair as well. If we lived in the area they would definitely be our go to shop. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys! We really appreciate you all!!

Emergency! Tire blow out on the highway. These guys got me 4 new tires at an amazing price and back on the road in 20mins! Owner is awesome and nice. Definitely recommend!Update: my brand new tire caught a nail!! This guy, the owner, waited on us after closing to put a plug in. More places need to be like this!!! This is how you get a customer for life!! It maybe an hr from where I live but I will be driving it for any of my vehicle needs from now on!

They fixed my car s tire valve stem today and I could cry with how much they blessed me today by their kindness. Super sweet people and trustworthy work! I will be using them for now on and recommending them to everyone I know.Thank you again Allstar! You guys are truly wonderful people!

Always friendly folks. They have installed the last sets of tires on 2 of my vehicles and have repaired more tires with nails in them than I care to count.

I purchased 2 sets of 4 tires for two different vehicles of mine. Staff called a couple of days ahead of appointment to confirm and I dropped both vehicles off the morning of the appointment. Staff said service would be complete in a few hours. I was so impressed with the customer service I had them install all new headlights on one of the vehicles. This place is great, very professional staff and I will be back when more services are needed. I highly recommend Allstar.

I been to Allstar Tire twice in the past couple months and was treated very well and pretty damn quickly also. I would give these guys 5 stars but the only problem is very limited parking.

Highly recommend Mr. Shaun and his team. They made sure my sons car was fixed correctly. And called us to let us know of delays because of unforseen issues . They was even willing to work late to get his car fixed and back to him in a timely manner.

Very professional, I was called with updates even when it was a delay. I was told the reason for the delay . They made sure the car was actually fixed not just a band aid. Thank you to Mr. Shawn and staff for doing a great job.

Dishonest incompetent mechanics in this shop had my vehicle there for a week they took a fuse out charge me close to $600 and my vehicle was still the same. Took my vehicle to another mechanic. He fix the issue in no time please do not go to these guys. They are horrible.!!! a straight complete rip off..

Great big shout out to Shawn the Owner and Jamie and young Shawn.I had been driving all night from Bradenton Florida headed non stop to West Monroe Louisiana when my Jeeps front end had what could of been a catastrophic situation arise.My track bar pivot points bolt driver side lost its nut and was still there bit I was in a bind and needed help asap.I limped in an immediately Jamie got me on lift and surveyed what was needed.Within less than 20 minutes they found the correct nut singled her down and I was good to go!I tried paying them because I had expected to.But they wouldn't take payment , they wished me safe travels to West Monroe.We live in a World where this kind treatment seems rare.But Thank God for His protection and thank the boys at AllStar Tire and Performance for being great folks.If I lived within 100 miles of this Business I'd make it a point to give them my Business!A Million Thank you's!Sincerely,Joel Bebermeyer

Found this place on google after our car started messing up on a long road trip. We were assisted very quickly. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue in a timely manner and even called us shortly after we left to make sure everything was ok since they knew we were on a long trip. Amazing service

This is a local, family owned business.I like doing business with folks that are local. The staff is friendly, they know their business, & are knowledgeable about the services they offer. The prices for services rendered are fair, & compatible with other shops in the area.I've had my car's oil changed here twice, & last year I purchased 4 new brand-new tires.

I have contacted All Star 5-7 times over the last month to get an estimate on putting a front seal on a transmission. They took my name and number and said they would call me back and never did. The last time I called I was told that they are no longer accepting any new work because they are so far behind. I don't understand why it took them so long to tell me that. Very poor customer service.

I had an inner dually wheel on my Ford F350 that got hot while driving. We were traveling through the area and needed reliable service. We got a recommendation from Outback Springs RV Park in Bonifay and called Allstar Tire and Performance to see if we could get in for diagnosis and repair.They got my F350 in the shop on a very busy day after the New Year holiday. The technician checked both sides rear brake components and bearings. They replaced PS rear brake caliper & pads.I received excellent customer service from the entire team at Allstar Tire and Performance. I consider them to be a trusted and reliable shop after my first experience with their shop. I got extremely fast service. My truck was In and out in about 3 hours. The staff seems to enjoy their work. The technicians appear to be highly qualified, competent and professional. I feel I paid a fair price for the services I received. I got an honest diagnosis. I didn't get any sales pressure for work I didn't need now. The team at Allstar Tire and Performance got us back on the road to continue our travels. I found a family owned business that provides personal attention. I'd get service here again. Thank you!

These guys are the best. I was traveling home from Pensacola back to Ga when my serpentine belt broke on my truck on I-10. I made it to an auto part store and called All star, they were short staffed and were very busy but they still made time to get my truck to there shop and get it fixed. I highly recommend them if your in the area.

Had an engine light come on while traveling with my kids. In and out in about an hour. Great staff! Answered all my questions and were very helpful. Definitely a good experience even under the circumstances. Very impressed with their business!

I had to change my review recently because they went from being good to outstanding. I'm not familiar with mechanics and I don't make much money so when my car's warranty went out and I stopped using the dealership I was so afraid to do anything because I'm on such a tight budget. They've not only reassured me but they worked with me and no matter how bad it was it will work out. They worked with me. They were kind and patient even when I was freaking out and second guessing everything. That means more than I can express. I can't see me going to anyone else now.

Just had a blowout traveling home. Called them and they re on the way to come help us get air in our tire enough to make it to their shop. Owner said they don t normally do that but this goes to show how kind they are to help us get fixed and back on our way home.

I was traveling, pulling my RV when I pulled off of i10 and seen I had a screw in my tire on the trailer. I called, they got me right in, and I was back on the road in 15min! I was so grateful that I sent them lunch! Thanks guys!

Just left the shop here. Had a blowout on a trailer tire, I came in for a replacement they had my fixed up and going instantly. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Great service for a reasonable price. I came there off of the highway with some sheared studs on a camper wheel and not able to go further without repairs. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon they jumped on the service and about an hour later I was rolling again with a new wheel, studs and lugs. Recommend them for sure!

The people were REALLY nice and helpful.I needed a tire and wheel for a 97 S10. They didn't have it. One of their guys went to junk yard found wheel and tire ! Charged me 42$$.They helped me when I was in need God bless them. I WILL be back to buy tires.They ARE HONEST.
