This store has amazing staff. Had the parts we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we could get safely back on the road to make it home. They even went so far as to bring us a tool we needed

I can t say enough about how wonderful Rex and Thorn were this morning! I needed a generator battery due to the storm and they were absolutely amazing. I will always shop there for my auto and battery needs. Rex is genuine and actually cares about his customers! Thank you again

I wouldn't give one star if it where a choice, I know I will go in that store not one more time. I rather pay more for my parts of it meant better service. There is short lady with a tattoos going down here right arm. If you don't get of her then this want be the first complaint.

Went in to get break pads for my daughters car and holy winter! At first I thought someone forgot to turn the heat on and asked why. Pretty sad with it being it s 2022 that they would have no working heat in the store with us having record breaking cold temperatures. Employees are having to find their own heating by bringing in personal heaters and seems the district manager, Ray dearrigunaga, doesn t care, when he can walk in the store and state that it s the store without any heat. I couldn t even stand it long enough to order the parts, so I m not sure how they are able to withstand it working in there. It was colder inside than outside. Just goes to show where some leadership skills are and how concern for employees stand with them. Store # 9139. They should all walk out and lock the doors until something was done to fix it.

Sometimes they have what you need sometimes they don't.Sometimes the employees are overly friendly. Sometimes they act like they've been slapped from the table for farting. People have their days.

Just wondering if these mangers and higher up don t care about this store. Figured I d give it another shot and needed wipers for my truck. Walked in the store and holy hades, I was beginning to wonder if I was in a sauna or if they were just punishing their employees and the customers because it was hotter inside the store than it was outside. And it was 80 degrees outside. You can t tell me they think this is ok working conditions. I m sure if these people knew they d be working like construction laborers they could find one of those type jobs easily. This is just completely uncalled for. Show up to work to help a place continue to profit and this is how they treat their employees and customers to boot. Pretty sure if they were having to be in this situation at home they d call a repair specialist. What makes it any different and how is this acceptable? Apparently someone higher up needs to be notified and continually asked until it s fixed. And possibly some action across social media platforms to notify others on how bad this store is .

If there was half a star I'd give that , but I had to pick a star to review...was looking for a hard to find battery . Google said I could pick it up today in store . I called ahead just to make sure..spent 5 minutes on the phone with the guy describing the battery..model numbers etc...he said no we don't have that one..I decided to stop in any way just to be sure...guess what ? I walked to the battery shelf and found it in less that a minute...pretty f#&!'' sad that the guy can't walk 6 feet around the counter to actually LOOK and see if they have it...

Stopped by to ask a question if they knew about a part on a car and I was informed they weren't mechanics. Upon entering the store neither of the two employees could help because they were busing on their cell phones. One employee looked up long enough to answer with the above statement then was back looking at his cell phone again. I was completely dismissed. I will not be going to this store ever again.

We are from this town, and stop by here occasionally for certain items. As we pulled in, we see all 3 employees smoking and on their phones. One guy helped my husband as he walked in, but the other two employees just sat right in front of the door and didn't even move an inch as they smoked and looked on their phones. As soon as my husband left, the employee who helped him, he immediately came back out and lit up! To me, this is extremely unprofessional and makes one feel uncomfortable when entering the store.

What's not to appreciate about an Auto store that has what you need or can order it. Friendly staff, ample parking, conveniently located next to grocery store. Pick up a gallon of milk on your way back from grabbing new brakes pads for your Chevy.

Driving from Panama City Beach to Memphis and alternator died. They had the part for 2009 Honda Odyessy and found a mechanic on a Saturday to change it out. They saved us from a 2 day layover. Great job Justin, Lonnie and all the staff. I can't thank them enough. God bless you.

Seems like every time I go there they give me the wrong part and I have to return it and get another part that is corrected and sometimes that part is wrong

Linda and I went in , the girl behind the cash register,, asked if she could help us,,told her what we needed,, she walked right over and showed us what we were looking for,, she is well informed,, certainly will be going back whenever we need Auto parts..

customer service is terrible and will be taking my service to Cloud auto parts from now on. Guys at advanced make me feel stupid if i dont know what im talking about. the only employee that i like is dillon.

Store serving by paper receipt because of the hurricane... a great help to the community. They have generators at the moment for $500+
