My car was in the shop for 2 months. I paid $5,000 to have it repaired because they said the work would be under warranty. I drove my car for 20 miles, and the car stopped running again. They refused to honor the warranty and told me they would charge me an additional $18,000 to repair the car again. What they put in the reply was a lie. Don't believe it. They never fixed the car in the first place and my wife never drove the car. That is just completely made up.

Definitely a World Class shop!! These guys were amazing and do great work. My brother had an upcoming wedding and was bringing the family 57 Chevy home from another shop and didn t make it. We stopped by in an emergency to see if they could help us get it back on the road and ready for his wedding in a couple days. They made us a priority and did great work! Found the parts needed for this rare car and had it ready for the wedding! I have never seen such great customer service and understanding of urgency in a car shop. I highly recommend them for anyone with a vintage or newer vehicle. Thanks guys for making the wedding as planned and completing a great day for our family!

Such a great and reliable place to come, so friendly and accommodating. As a first time customer they saw the urgency for my car, prioritized my situation, and had it ready super fast. Not only that, but didn t charge for certain things other body shops would have charged. Will only be bringing our cars here from now on.

I ended up with a flat tire on the side of Florida turnpike needing a tow and came here because of the reviews. It was PACKED which I take as a sign of good business. I gave my info to a gentleman at the desk named terry who took a look at my flat tire and informed me that if the tire was still good and the puncture was somewhere in the middle, it would be an easy fix. I waited for an hour or two as it was very busy and they fixed it as promised, no charge. So grateful and will definitely be coming back here again for my other needs.

Terry and the crew at World Class lived up to their name and went above and beyond to see that my most beloved family member. ha! My 1957 Chevy with me since I was 12 was able to be part of my wedding. The car was on its way home from an inferior shop just 2 days before the wedding and didn't make it home. They worked diligently to return it to me just in time for the wedding photos. Great guys and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Brought my vehicle in for a full synthetic oil change under their $59.99 promo deal since i am new to the area. That covers oil, filter, top off fluids, tire rotation, breaks their 27 point inspection . I was even charged for the extra oil even though when i called to schedule & asked if my vehicle qualified for the specific promo, gave them my vehicle information & was tolpay $92.06?Drove 3.6 miles home after picking it up. Oil is dirty, no fluids were topped off, tire rotation wasn't performed- i was told the front wheels look newer than the rear so we left them . Appears alls they did was reset my oil light to get me out of there even though they had my vehicle from 8am-4pm.Don't bother with this business. I will dispute the charge. Why did i pay $82.06?**Just stopped at a local JiffyLube (12 miles after world class supposedly changed my oil) where they confirmed nothing was changed. Oil was dirty, filter dirty, needed fluids.. Also informed me my break fluid is low along with my break pads being down to 1mm. So much for my oil being changed & everything looks good .

I came in this morning for a flat tire on one of my run-flat tires that I purchased here last year. In and out in less than an hour free of charge.World Class Auto is the best. I always bring my BMW for any service & maintenance, diagnostic & repair, and purchase tires from them. Great service, very nice and friendly crew. Terry and Aaron are awesome, very knowledgable & helpful. They re honest and reliable, and the price is fair & very reasonable. Lives up and True to their statement Dealership Alternatives . They also honor and work with all extended warranties. Came in due to my boyfriend s car battery needing to be replaced. On a busy Saturday the team at World Class was very accommodating, caring, and efficient! They let us be a walk in appointment in a Saturday, which was amazing. While we waited we easily walked to grab a bit which was great how close they are to shopping and dinning. The lobby had a great seating area and the entire shop was beautifully decorated for the holidays! Thank you so much to the caring team for helping us! We will be back :)

We brought our vehicle in with a screw in the run flat tire. Not only did they make the tire repair, but our bill was 0 .!! They could have easily sold us a new tire, but they were honest and helpful..and indicated that a repair was all we needed. I will continue to use this company for all of our vehicles! Nothing but world class service here!!! Thank you!!

This place is the BEST !! Honest, fast and efficient! Was referred here by a friend who had also used them. Called the shop to see if they could diagnose the problem and they said come on in now . I was there within 30 and they took my car in immediately and fixed it! They didn t charge me as it was a super simple fix. Thales and Aaron were phenomenal. Friendly and great customer service! I took my 2009 BMW to world class auto, I was having electrical issues with my vehicle. I took my car to many places to find out why the car would just quit running.i took my car to World class auto. I was able to speak with Master technician Michael at world class auto. Michael asked me a variety of questions about my car nobody has asked me about before. Michael assured me he would Diagnose my car for me. I went into the lobby and seen all the education that world class technicians have, Michael had all the certifications showing Michael was a certified Master technician. I left my car there and three days of Diagnosing my car Michael found a break in my wiring harness. After months of going to repair facilities and finding out they just were not able to find the issue with my car was frustrating. I wanted to thank world class auto and Michael for there knowledge and hard work. Now my car has been perfect, no issues. Thank you again to the team at world class for your service and professionalism, hard to find people.

Stay away unless you want a pack of lies and ridiculous overcharges. All I needed was a battery for my Maserati. $800 quote was to include install and reprogramming all systems. Maserati Roadside came to my house and I watched the battery be installed. There is NO programming required. It took about 15 minutes to change the battery and the charge was $380. These guys are crooks and when I called the owner, he hung up on me. Find someplace else to fix your car unless you like lies, overcharges and arrogance

This place is awesome and affordable and reliable. I called them up last week to pick up my BMW that was not running and then by the next day they had my vehicle figured out and what needed to be repaired and it was ready to go the following day. Steve was awesome to work with and I ll definitely bring my Beamer back there if I ever have any more issues. It s been one crazy day , it s raining, I have my two children in my car and I m heading to pick up my wife from Boca regional hospital due to pain from her remission from Cancer. I am retired Newark NJ police officer and know how to react in case of emergency but now I have a flat tire and all I want is to help me put my spare and expedite my process to pick up my wife. Work class auto repair immediately went into affect and assisted me. Thank you guys

World Class Auto was very thorough diagnosing a breaking noise on my son's Acura ILX. They also changes the oil and rotated the tires. The cost was half of what the dealership would have charged me.

Terry Austin and team saved my day! Out of nowhere my tire started hissing and losing air fast as I was on my way to my son s soccer game. I pulled in there in a panic. They stopped what they were working on to help me, and had me on my way in under 15 minutes. What could have been a nightmare was fixed painlessly because of them. I can t thank you enough!

If I could give more stars I would. had an issue at another auto center and came here out of the blue and was helped with my issue being with an oil change gone wrong. ###### WARNING #########STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!They gave me an estimate to fix a few things on my car, told me the car would be ready in 3 to 5 days. Over two weeks later, the only thing they did to my car was install rear brake pads. They told me all kinds of lies, until I had to take the car out of there. They charged me $3,200.00 for rear brake pads. This is not acceptable, these people are cons!Please save yourself money and the aggravation. Take your car elsewhere!You have been warned.Response to the shops response:1 - There was no other work done to my car. You said you would fix it, you did not and still charged me for what?2 - The struts are not discontinued, I called the dealer myself and they have them. You did not do your work. All you are interested in is charging, over charging your customers. You had the car for almost 3 weeks and told me everyday a different story.... you got parts from England, from California and wherever came to your mind. You didn't even memorized your lies, so, everyday was a different one.The problem is not me or any of the other customers that are giving you bad reviews here (I wish I had read the reviews before I trusted you), the problem is you and your dishonest staff. You are not a serious business, you're con-artists and I will never bring any of my cars to you again. I also advise everyone to avoid you no matter what! You should not be in business!!!

I brought my BMW to World Class Auto because my car would not start, I originally had my car at the dealership for 3 weeks and they could not repair my car, a friend of mine recommended World Class Auto and they repaired the electrical system in 1 day at a very reasonable price. The staff are very knowledgeable and very nice. I finally found a great repair facility.

I will absolutely use them again in the future and have found a trustworthy place I can comfortably bring my car to. DO NOT GO HERE! I went to get my car aligned for them to tell me AFTER that i have to go to another place to get it fixed. How does that make sense!?!?! I went by myself thinking it was safe and I have never felt more discusted before in a place. The people working here are very VERY weird, like they have no social skills or smthn. Just weird vibes. And one of the customers in the store was saying really sexual things to me and HE EVEN FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR and they did nothing. Definitely do not go here if you are a women. Horrible place
