Absolutely best body shop I ve ever been to, and I ve been to quite a few. It was nice to see another person with a sense of urgency They look out for their customers best interest, their work is some of the best work I ve seen and they communicate every detail, something you don t see anymore. Highly recommend to everyone, their customer service and work is the best in the business, across the board.

Had the best experience ever @ Sheehan Collision (SC). This was my 2nd repair/paint completed on my 22 KIA K5 and Teresa handled everything like a pro from start to finish! Hidden in the east heart of Boca, there's an amazing Collison shop. Tucked behind 20th st(south) & north of glades you will find Sheehans Collison.I was introduced to the shop via my girlfriend and owners Kip & Theresa greeted me inside and took care of me right away. Their service was prompt, efficient and they communicated with me with every part of the way. They even had Geico people communication on point.Once my jeep was fixed with the trunk accident, it came out looking brand new. It's an 09 jeep. I had some extra parts they put on and Stephanie who helps with the cars, she put on the best final touches. Her eye on finding the right specks to making everything primetime again is impeccable. She really cares about the cars coming in there.Big thank you to the staff at Sheehans, I recommend my family friends and anyone out there to this group. Love my jeep and love what they did.

The Best. New in the neighborhood and didn't know where to go. The only ones who even picked up the phone. The other insurance company was trying to put the bill on me saying the total cost of the job would be over the limits of the guys coverage who hit me. Mrs. Sheehan not only advocated for me but my car looks better than ever!! Thank you and God Bless

My daughter got in an accident out of town and then had to travel back to her campus town, this business made it so simple to get the work done even though all the parties were in other cities. They were absolutely amazing in regards to customer service and the repairs. The estimate matched what work needed done and the repairs were done within the time frame we were given. All in all I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needed work done, you won't be disappointed!!

Teresa and the Entire team at Sheehan s helped me out big time with the whole process when my BMW was rear ended. From explaining my next steps to communication throughout and even the overall finished product. Glad to have went here and now I have a go to body shop in the future! Thanks guys

It s been over 3 years now since I ve had my suv repaired from this shop and just wanted everyone know that work and quality of their service is excellent. The products they used such as the paint and clear that is used is great quality .I havnt had any paint peel or any clear coat chipping of any of the work that was preformed over time. Highly recommended body shop

So pleased with the honesty and integrity of this shop. In the past I ve used other companies but have never walked away 100% satisfied. Not anymore! Amazing! Best, most honest helpful repair shop I ve ever been to. Teresa is a saint! She genuinely considered my best interests her own. She went above and beyond in every sense and the phrase. I had collected my car and noticed something seemed off and, concerned with my safety, she came to me (!!!!) and fixed the issue. What an exceptional service! I called ahead and stopped by shortly after the shop opened with a small but important issue. Theresa and her crew took care of it immediately and most importantly with grace and courtesy; a rare find these days. They explained what was going on, possible causes, the remedy, and what to watch out for. Kudos to Sheehan's!

By far one of the most friendly and customer oriented businesses I have dealt with in the vehicle repair world. I personally fix machines for people (not vehicles) and I would bring my business here in a heartbeat. Teresa and the team at the shop are straight shooters and well worth your business. Sheehan s Collision broke the mold in customer service, professionalism, and expertise. Gandhi says leave this world better than you found it, Sheehan s Collision took that as a business model. They restored the entire front end of my car to better than new. Teresa was knowledgeable, genuine, trustworthy, and communicative. The car was returned sooner than expected. These folks are the best! I had an unfortunate incident and Theresa was able to help me out through the entire process and helped with dealing with insurance. The job was done perfectly and I was given updates throughout the entire process. I had such a wonderful experience at Sheehan Auto body repair. I was in and out the next day. Theresa was fantastic, she knows her stuff !!! Got into an accident in my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander so I naturally filed a claim and got the vehicle to a body shop only to be told that the parts are on back order and there's no timetable for when they'll be available and the body shop mad eme pick up the vehicle and then they never followed up with me. Sheehan's Collision was recommended to me by Phil Smith so I gave them a call and what a difference it was compared to the first shop I dealt with. They were at my house the very next morning, a Saturday mind you, with their tow truck to take the vehicle to their shop. Now, the parts were on back order but Sheehan followed up with me every few days to let me.know exactly what was going on. Eventually my vehicle was repaired and looks brand new. I very highly recommend Sheehan's Collision to anyone needed their vehicle repaired after an accident. It was by far the best shop I've ever used for Collision repair. I was introduced to Sheehan Collision through a dealership I worked at, always did outstanding work for my customers! I was in an accident myself and knew exactly who to call! They go above and beyond! They do amazing work, they are honest, they are fast and I pretty much could never run out of good things to say about them!! I cannot reccomend them enough! Theresa and the crew at Sheehan collision are an exemplary example of what auto repair shops CAN be if they try and they CARE about their customers.
