I recently had a problem with my car window regulator , and I was initially concerned when another person told me it would cost more money and potentially cause more damage. However, I decided to visit this mechanic to get a second opinion. To my pleasant surprise, the mechanic carefully assessed the situation, explained the actual problem to me, and efficiently completed the necessary work. Not only did they save me money, but they also fixed the issue with utmost professionalism. I highly recommend their honest and reliable service.

Called for a sunroof replacement as mine was completely shattered, within 2 hours Raul arrived with the part and installed it. The quickest, friendliest and most efficient car service I've ever experienced. As well as extremely reasonably priced. I would recommend them 1000 times over! Thank you again.

My drivers side window unfortunately was stuck in the down position. I called many places to get it fixed and finally got a hold of PWR window repair. I called in the evening, we worked out a price and he was at my house the next day. Window works normally again and I couldn t be happier.

5 stars! Raul was great! He came to my house, replaced my window on the spot, and even cleaned up the broken glass! Above and beyond. Very fair price! I would recommend him to anyone who needs window replacement!!!!! Nice guy as well.

Very professional, great pricing, very friendly and does a very good and neat job. I called for my Infiniti G35 power windows on both sides were not functioning. Raul, which is who I spoke to, came out and completed both windows within an hour. Both working like new. I highly recommend these guys. My power window stopped working and stayed open. I was worried that someone might steal things from my car. I called PWR. Raul was at my door in less than two hours. He had it fixed in 30 minutes. Very professional and polite. Highly recommended.

I ve never had such fast and efficient work done on my car before. Such a great price point for what I was quoted prior from another mechanic. If you have any window issues call them now, this is their expertise so they go in, work fast, and make it easy and cheaper than full mechanics. He had the replacement parts ready to use with a 24 hour span of calling him.Fiat 500 Window Regulator replacement fix etc. So reliable and trustworthy.

Please read this review before you decide to use this company. It will be a little long but it will guide you in making the best decision for your car/truck window repair.When I read PWR's reviews I was certain that this is the company I needed to fix the water leak for my Dodge Ram. I am a disabled veteran (USMC 8 years 97-05) and it is really hard for me to do the things I used to. That's why I hired PWR Car Window Repair. I spoke with Rual and within a couple days he and his cousin showed up (October 19th) do the repair. Rual said that it wasn't my sunroof and that it was my back (power sliding middle) window that was causing the leak.He asked if I was okay with sealing up the back window and that it would fix the problem. I agreed because I never use it to begin with. They left and went to Home Depot and bought some roofing cement came back and caulked the back window shut. (See photos) Rual said if I have any problems to call him and he would come back and fix it the right way. He said that he would have to replace the whole back window. He said he guaranteed his work for a year and then told me I owed him($381) for the repair. I thought that was a bit expensive for only an hour of work, that included them running to Home Depot and back, but if my window was fixed and my truck didn't leak than okay. Before I had to keep my truck completely covered because of the leak. After the repair it didn't rain for a couple weeks. It wasn't until we had a couple days of steady rain that I noticed that the leak was back and this time it was even worse. I had standing water in the cubbies underneath my seats (See photos)I immediately called Rual (November 21st) and told him. He said he was on vacation for a few weeks and he would take care of it when he got back. He said he needed to order a new window to replace the old one. I asked him if what I already paid would go towards the new window and repair and he reassured me that it would.A few weeks went by and I hadn't heard back from Rual. After Christmas I texted him and I never heard back.Again I reached out to him (January 5th).Again he told me that he was out of town and that his cousin would be getting in touch with me. "Crickets." Another week later (January 13th) and still no one contacted me. I called Rual and he said he was still out of town and he would call his cousin right then and try and get him out there that day to fix my truck. Nothing happened. No one called and no one showed up.Called (January 16th) and no answer. I left a voice message asking what was going on. Called back again on (January 19th) Rual answered and said the same thing. I told him to just refund me my money and I will find someone else to fix my truck. He said he couldn't do that because it had already been spent on materials. (A tube of roofing caulk is $8). He said he was going to have his cousin contact me about the repair. Three hours went by and still nothing. I called Rual back and he wouldn't answer my calls. Every time I called he would forward my calls to voice-mail. Even when I called the shop.Yesterday (January 22nd) he accidentally called me thinking that I was a new customer and as soon as he realized it was me, he hung up the phone. He then proceeded to call and hang up the phone 2 consecutive times when I answered. Like a child would do a prank call. (Very professional)I still have to find someone else to do the repair on my truck and I am out for almost $400. My truck has been covered since November. (See photos) It is difficult for me to remove the cover and I cannot start my truck, so now my battery is dead on top of everything else. That's going to cost me an additional $200+I just wanted my truck fixed.Never once did Rual or his cousin call me.Now ask yourself, do you want to work with someone who treats a paying customer that has gone out of their way to be polite, kind, understanding and patient throughout this process. I even bought Powerades for these guys. If Rual did this to me who's to say that he wouldn't do it to you? 0 stars!!!

PWR has repaired five windows in three of my cars over the last 5 years. Motor or clip issues. Each time I was able to book an appointment within days if not the same day. I ve had issues with all of the windows in my car going down and getting stuck. The first person I called charged me $325 for parts and labor. The second time it happened I called Raul and he was here and has repaired it with no issues and at an affordable rate. He meets me where ever my car is parked and works in the parking lot.
