This is a masterful team. Had a mishap with a car ramp on my C8 Corvette (SMC body panels). Leo and team deleted it - better than new, like it never happened.

Fresh off a mishap while backing out of my garage, with Google reviews perused, I came to New England Auto Works in search of an estimate to fix a dented back bumper. We met with Leo on a Friday morning and found him to be professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and nice. The shop is immaculate. Leo provided a reasonable quote and 2-day timeline. We brought my car in on Monday morning and 24 hours later, Leo called to say the work was completed. We arrived to find my car looking like she just came from the showroom, detailed inside and out! Leo is a perfectionist and truly takes pride in his outstanding workmanship. Hopefully we won't have occasion to return; but, if ever we do, New England Auto Works earned our loyalty! Thank you, Leo!

I recently fell for a scam from some guy who approached me in a Publix parking lot offering to fix several scratches on my rear bumper for a fraction of what a body shop would cost. He sprayed some paint on the car and it looked okay at first but I quickly realized that it was a botched job. I had used New England Auto Works many years ago on the recommendation of my employer and my only hesitation about going back was my embarrassment at falling for this scam. Leo and Mike were very understanding of my situation and got the job done right in just two days. They even removed the bumper so that I could use the car while the bumper was being fixed and didn t have to pay for a rental or an Uber. Leo and Mike were both very professional. They do excellent work and I highly recommend their shop. My only regret is that I didn t bring my car to them in the first place. Lesson learned, but my positive experience with Leo and Mike outweighs the stupidity I felt for falling for the scam.

I experienced a very minor fender bender and was recommended through a friend about this shop. I called and spoke with Mike to have my car scheduled to have it drop off and to get a little more information about the process. He answered every question I had and assured me I was in good hands.As I arrived, I could see different type of vehicles from your classics, run of-the-mills, to high-end luxuries. I met with Mike and his father Leo, whom thoroughly examined the damages and explained the whole repair process. Super informative, and again, reassuring which makes the already stressful situation a little better. I was quoted a very competitive price and was told they could start immediately with a 2 day lead time. They finished the vehicle on the day as predicted and I must admit, I am very impressed.After said and done, you could never tell anything ever happened, which is what you want. I could tell they're very proud of their work. I'm very satisfied with their service overall and would certainly return (if needed) and recommend them if you need any work done on your car.

My co-worker vehemently insisted I go here after my boyfriend misjudged parking space size and dented the bumper. They were surprisingly honest, reliable, and respectful. As a female I'm used to being talked down to and scamed with car related services so this was refreshing. I received quotes from multiple local companies, this one was the only place to ask me to bring the car in to actually inspect it. They gave me a reasonable quote that matched national averages for this kind of job, the other companies gave me impossibly low quotes that doesn't even cover cost of paint, so would for sure ended with surprise fees while services are rendered. They finished a day earlier than estimated, washed the car, and even painted a small scratch I had on the driver side complimentary. Mikey was extremely accommodating even allowing me to text his cellphone directly for communication anytime. They could have easily turned this into an expensive job and told me to get a new bumper as there was some bending underneath and broken clip, but they were resourceful and reconstructed the bumper, so in the end I ended up saving money as they still stuck with there first quoted amount. It's easy to tell they put customer service and quality over profit, so I will be sticking with New England for any future work.

My late model Metallic Black GMC Acadia needed work done, including a door replacement and trim work. Not only was the paint matched perfectly, the door alignment was perfect as well. The vehicle was spotless when I picked it up as well. The work was done quickly and within the budget. Leo and Mike took the best care of me in the damage from my auto collision! They even went so far as to heavily negotiate with my insurance company when they tried to falsely total my vehicle. First I d like to say there is truth to those reviews describing how they were welcomed and treated. As I approached one of the owners this gentleman dropped what he was doing and introduced himself as Leo in a polite and respectful way.That said, from this point on Leo and his son Mike jumped on our case and provided an estimate to repair our Explorer right away which appeared to be fair technically and financially. We agreed to go forward with the repairs and left the car there and picked it up three days later as promised.In summary the experience was more than positive and we feel no hesitation in recommending Leo and Mile to anyone.

Very professional and quick with their work. I spoke to Leo and Mike and met with them this morning. They told me they needed two hours to do the work and called me 90 minutes later my car was done. Their pricing is extremely fair and I will definitely be going back for future work done to my car.

When a friend told me how great these guys were and also used the word honest I chuckled but seriously could not have had a smoother more straight forward repair to my bumper. Easily the best auto body repair experience I ve had in my life. I ve been to friends of friends body shops in the past to get cars fixed and they have been a nightmare so this was quite a pleasant surprise. Mike and Leo are a fantastic father son team!

I found this place via google and the reviews were great, so I decided to go with them. I was in an accident and got rear ended and have never dealt with this kind of car repair. The owner and his son are so kind and walked me through the process. They also kept in contact about progress. You would never know I had been in an accident, my car looks perfect. They wanted to make sure that I was happy with the repair and went on a test drive with me before I took my car home. Super nice, accommodating and very good at body repairs. I highly recommend this auto body shop.

Hands down the best body shop. Honest people doing great work is hard to find. Leo and Mike are a great team and I will always refer people to them. They just made a minor repair on my truck and couldn t be happier.

I had dropped off my vehicle with Leo on Monday morning. I was taken care of right away and was given an estimate for price and time. I was called the day they had mentioned the car would be ready by and was told I can come in to pick up the car. I went in the next day and was very pleased to find out that the actual cost was significantly lower than the estimated cost, as well as the quality of work going above and beyond my expectations. Immediately recommended them to my roommate and coworkers. I found them by their reviews and am glad to say the reviews did not lie.

My 3 series BMW was hit while parked in the back right. The back bumper was dented in and I thought it was going to be expensive to replace. Took it here at 3pm on a Wednesday fully expecting it to take a few days to fix. The next day at 8:45am I get a call saying my vehicle is ready to pick up. They saved the bumper and made it look perfect again for very cheap. Absolutely a life saver! If I took it to the BMW Coconut Creek service center I m sure I would have paid an arm and a leg and it would have taken much longer to complete. They took such good care of my elderly mom. The service was perfect and the work was done quickly and expertly.When she picked up her car they told her that she can come back any time she wants and they will check her oil, tire pressure, etc.Great to find ethical and genuinely good people!

Perfect experience. After damaging my car, I drove into New England Auto Works for an estimate. I was happily surprised that Mike suggested that if I could live with a small scratch, he could save me quite a bit of money. I decided I COULD live with the scratch.Mike ordered a part to replaced the one that was damaged. The part arrived two days late. I drove the car back to NEAW and waited as the part was replaced and the surrounding area was buffed.(Mike and Leo buffed out a few surface scratches and didn t even charge me.)Aside from the superb work their team does, Mike and Leo were really nice to deal with. No pressure. No surprises.BONUS POINTS: I LOVE dogs. Mike brings his lovable English Bulldog Chubs to the Office. Chubs and I bonded right away. I wanted to take him home with me. But I had to settle for a car that looked great again.

Mike did fast and excellent work on my BMW 428i MSport. I had a terrible experience at another body shop so I brought my car here. Mike did eveyrthing he said he would try to do, even things he wan't completely comfortable doing, like putting on an aftermarket carbon fiber front diffuser, due to concerns with the fitting but he made it look amazing. He replaced and painted my front bumper and painted my brake calipers beautifully. I'll upload pics soon. I'll definitely be bringing my car back here.

I had a 2000 Mercedes benz that needed a new hood ,bumper and fender. The car was done fast And right. All the body lines were straight and perfect. And the color matched perfectly. You really couldn't tell the accident happened!
