It took about a minute on the phone to work out that Dennis Levy was great find. A straight talking common sense alternative to running the gauntlet with private sellers on the marketplaces. Once we'd talked about our requirement for my daughter and he offered us a really nice car at a great price including help with insurance we were set. I have no hesitation in recommending Dennis and Mr Auto USA to any future buyers who will instantly feel confident and at ease. Thanks Dennis you made it really easy for us.

Finding a good used car is so difficult, and even more for students. The other dealerships I went to were just trying to squeeze me for money. So when I met Dennis, I couldn't believe my luck. His service is above and beyond what anyone could expect. He makes everything so easy and convenient for the customer, and he goes out of his way to make sure that his customers are getting the best quality product and service. He even filled up my fuel tank! It sounds too good to be true, but it is true! I would recommend Dennis to anyone looking to purchase a used car. We need more businesses that are as honest as Dennis'. He is truly a man of his words and builds a friendship with his customers. Truly great!

We had the pleasure of purchasing our most recent vehicle from Dennis. We corresponded on a Saturday about the car and he offered to come in on his Sunday to make the sale. Truly a dedicated person. We ll definitely go back to Dennis in the future for a car for our teenagers.

Mr. Dennis is by far the most honest and trustworthy car dealer i have ever met. His vehicles are in great shape and quality for their price point, his cars will sell themselves. The high quality customer service Mr. Dennis gives is just icing on the cake. This has been by far my best car buying experience. He will not disappoint!!!!5stars is an understatement!! All the previous Reviews say the same thing, Dennis is a straight up plain talking guy and a real pleasure to deal with. He bought a Lexus car from me and we quickly and easily agreed on a price that was good for us both. He then went on to actually lent me a car for a couple of days just to get around until it was time for my flight back to England. An excellent man who is trustworthy and to have really pleasant dealings with. Tony Hurst. England.

So brilliant was my experience with Dennis of Mr Auto, that it is difficult to find words strong enough to express how knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient and just totally how invested Dennis was in finding the right car for us. Despite the difficulties that the car market has at the moment due to no stock and high demand, Dennis literally searched the length and breadth of Florida until he identified the perfect vehicle for us. Never once did he show any impatience or frustration at our demands. He is the most customer orientated person that you can ever hope to deal with. And in closing, we have bought a number of cars from Dennis over many years and in every single dealing with him, we have had the same exceptional experience. My rating is not only five star but SUPERSTAR!

My wife and I had been looking for a Smart Car as a runaround car for our Florida home. Mr Auto came up in our search so we called, talked with Dennis and went to see the car. What a great car buying experience! Dennis is low key, honest and friendly and he has some very nice vehicles in his stable. We are happy to have met him...I'm thinking he will be our used car source in Florida for a long time.

I said I would never purchase a used luxury vehicle until I was introduced to Dennis via multiple close friends. Upon experiencing his honest, genuine, and trust-worthy demeanor, I was sold on my Jaguar which was in immaculate condition. Not to mention, the entire process was hassle free because it is one stop shopping with every part of the process being completed right at the shop. There is only one person I would purchase a used luxury vehicle from again, and that is Dennis. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

Most people post a recommendation right after they buy the car. In my case I bought a car almost 6 months ago around November 2019 and everything he said about the car was spot on and I love my Mercedes. Dennis was very up front and personable with me and answered all of my questions about the Mercedes. He guided me through the entire process and I would recommend Mr. Auto and Dennis for anyone looking to buy a quality used high end car.

Dealing with Dennis and Gino at Mr. Auto was easy and stress free. Went there to look at one of the cars they had advertised and ended up purchasing a completely different vehicle that they had. Fair with their pricing and completing the sales process way easier than at most dealerships. They have a very interesting inventory and willing to try to find the car you are looking for. Would definitely do business with them again and would recommend them to anyone.

It was a pleasure to work with Dennis, I bought a car sight unseen and he handled everything for me, arranged shipping, shipped me a new plate and made the process straightforward and easy. Dennis Levy is great to deal with. I would give him 5 diamonds not stars.I from Michigan found the van online, work out the deal. I only seen it on the website. He delivered to home in Naples. To my surprise it was in great shape just as he described to me. He went out of his way because i asked him to get the widow tinted and new tires.

This is the second high end vehicle purchase that I made from Dennis.His fervent nature to go above and beyond solidified my decision to automatically return to Dennis for our Lincoln purchase. There is no one that would bend over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction. Without reservation I would recommend Dennis to be your Auto Dealer!!
