Best car service center in the Boca area. After a car care center down the road couldn t give an honest estimate due to an engine noise, I decided to take my care to Meineke West Boca. Ira is honest and doesn t up charge you for parts. Though the delivery of the part took longer than expected, once it arrived, they were able to get everything done within a day. The price was fair and the service was exceptional. Definitely will be using them again for future services.

Had a muffler issue that i showed to the dealer first, during other work. I decided to get another opinion from a local auto center and i am so glad it was Ira and his team at Meineke West Boca. Ira's honest and fair and just makes you feel like family. My muffler issue is complete and good as new.."the guarantee is only as good as the person who issues it"..Thanks Ira..

They gave me a quote lower than several other places I called so I went to Meineke.From the beginning entering the shop, I was greeted by the nice owner wanting to know how he can help.I reminded him that I needed new spark plugs based on our phone call and they immediately started work confirming the original quote. The shop ended up spending extra time than originally quoted because of an issue encountered, but they honored the original estimate.The time flew by too as we ended up shooting the breeze the whole time on a range of topics. I noticed that everyone who came in was treated super well and left with a smile.Great customer service, low price, friendly and honest people. Best experience I've ever had with auto shops.

Ira and his staff are exceptional! If you re looking for quality, affordable maintenance or repairs, this is the place! They re honest and upfront, not like other shops who insist on repairs you don t necessarily need. Every experience there has been a pleasure! I have worked in the automotive industry for years and can tell you LADIES that auto Mechanics often overcharge women for repairs. I guarantee this won t happen if you take your vehicle to Meineke West Boca. Thank you Ira and Staff!!*I d give 10 stars if I could!

Meineke Car Care Centre in west Boca is a first class operation that gives you honest and affordable service, Ira Steinberg is the man in charge and he is both a character and professional all in one, I called him at 8 am in the morning explaining that I needed my father in law s brakes fixed as soon as possible and he told me to get there right away, long story short I was back on the road by 10 am. Truly a great experience and a quality person whom I ve been raving about since to all of my wife s relatives and friends. Five stars all the way across the board *****

I have been to the shop couple of times. One time to change my AC. The other time to fix noise in my tire. Ira, the owner, has been very friendly. They can be trusted. They know what they do. The only thing is that they are a bit pricey, but the excellent service they offer worth the money.

Absolutely love this place! Ira and Laura are awesome! They were both so nice! The place is very clean. Despite how much I knew it was going to be, their joking mannerisms and kindness really turned the day around and got my mind off the hole in my pocket. Had my tire patched at Meineke. They didn t patch tires so they took it next door to be patched which I appreciated because I didn t have an appointment at the other shop. I was charged $100 for the tire patch which is overpriced in my opinion but it is what it is these days.The people at Meineke are very polite and helpful and get work done in good time.

Excellent! I found a nail in my tire and it was 20 mins till closing and they took me and plugged it up for me real quickly. DeAndre really took care of me as did the Owner. I'm coming back here for all my repair needs

Went to get oil changed and it was affordable and convenient for me. I was tired of getting ripped off at other places *cough jiffy lube cough*. They were super friendly and welcoming which made me want to keep coming back. A place I definitely recommend and that s a lot coming from me.

I wasn't thrilled with my experience.They told me they were going to look at my car and call me later that same day. They told me this for 4 straight days. When they finally called me after the 4th day, they informed me of what work they ALREADY DID without first getting my approval. I was irritated about not being told first about $500 worth of parts and Labor. On top of that, they explained that I also now had a check engine light (which I did NOT have before bringing my car in).They told me that they could replace a sensor for another $200 to clear the check engine light. I told them no thanks and I will just pick it up.When I picked up my car 30 minutes later, there was no sign of this $200 check engine light. It's been a month now and still no sign. They are THIEVES. I don't believe them about all the work they said they did without asking first and stole $500.But even worse they made up a LIE about another problem and tried to STEAL another $200.I will never bring my cars anywhere near this place. And I have to warn anyone else thinking about this place to BEWARE!!! THEY ARE LIARS, DISHONEST THIEVES!!!!

Welcoming service. Laura and IRA honest and reliable. Honest about life, but cannot help with that. Serviced my older vehicle as best as they can. Not sure what happened-Brakes fixed, satisfactory, not quite 100%. Service lost my hubcap.

Ball joint failed, got towed to meineke on a Saturday morning. Ira said he could work it that day, I called at 16:30 for an update only to find out they had closed without updating me.The zero communication continued for 6 days! Got the car back on Thursday evening. 6 days for a 6 hour job!Saturday morning on the turnpike @ 80 MPH the LH brake caliper bolts fell out and the caliper got jammed between the rim and the shock strut didn t crash, but came close.Had the vehicle repaired again at my own expense as I wouldn t let meineke near it ever againCalled Ira on Monday and let him know what happened, he said he would make it right and call me right back. I m still waiting for that call Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my car in to have rear light replaced. They advised I needed a rear taillight assembly which I had to order and pay for separately, which I did. When it arrived at my house, I took it to the local Meineke shop and they installed it, which was a few minute operation. I was then charged $176 for the install on 12Jan2024. My daughter had been advised it would be around $35 to install I think the $176 charge was way out of line. I will not be returning to any Meineke shop for any repair.

My recent tune up on my Dodge Durango of 156000 miles cleared my warning engine light and allowed me to safely drive to work 300 miles away ! These mechanics are very competent.

This place had the nerve to try to charge me $35 for a tire plug that took 5 min to fix. Average is $10-20. Then the female there who was extremely rude tried to tell me that that was the average cost and that s the charge because I was paying by card. So a $15 dollar extra charge because I m paying with a card. There s plenty of places to go to get services. Disgusting people and they are looking to hustle you!! Go somewhere else

I hope I never have to rely on an establishment like this. I walked in and asked if I could have anoil change, their answer was it depends, I t s the person ss in charge birthday, so he wants to go home early. . And both people behind the counter continued discussing their bank accounts, completely ignoring that I was there. I will never bring a car for any service at this place. Ever!

I recently went to Midas in west Boca Raton and was greeted by Ira, the owner, who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My brakes needed to be replaced immediately but financially I was not prepared for such an expense. Ira was kind enough to allow me to make two payments towards the needed repairs and also provided a ride back home until the work was completed. If you are looking to have work done on your car I would highly recommend going to Midas and ask for Ira.Service: Auto brake repair
