This is the place you can trust - Jaimie has a great vibrant personality, he is very open and honest, never tries to sell you something you don't really need, and explains what the issues are. Work is done quickly, appointments always on time, prices are fair and its clear what customers are being charged for. This has become my Go To for any issues with my car, I referred a number of friends and everyone is happy. I feel like this place takes pride in taking good care of their customers - highly recommend!

Best car service in Boca! Made an oil change appointment online the week before and Jaime and his team had my car ready in less than 30 minutes. Jaime provided excellent customer service and was friendly and knowledgeable. No surprise pricing and accepting of coupons. I would highly recommend Meineke to anyone in need of service and will be taking all my cars here.

I have an old rusty 08 Ram. I asked these guys if they would put an exhaust on for me. They were really polite and had a week of waiting time, really just for the parts. They did a great job, only took 4 hours! Welds were beautiful and very firm! 10/10 would definitely recommend these guys!

Excellent service. I went last week, called a Tuesday afternoon, and I was there next day at 7:28 am and they were open and ready to start the day. Sr Jaime very approachable and cordial. Fast and good service, if they find something else happening or about to happen to your car they will tell you right away to take care now or later and prices are very competitive. Sr Angel very good and cordial too. They also speak Spanish, so it was easier for me to explain what was going on with the car.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

I went to get my oil changed I had excellent service everyone was very patient and they helped me very well it didn't take long which is excellent because when you go to do an oil change they usually take too long but they were super fast with everything during process, they treated me excellently, fast and easy. I suggest everyone go and see them because they work excellent. I give you guys five stars.

I went there, on the website, they are saying inspection is FREE. When I arrived there, the Man said 'well... I can do inspection for FREE, but I Just look, that is all, I do not diagnose, so you need to pay 180+ dollars for real inspection' I were desparate so I accepted, at the end he said it may be compressor problem, or it may not (at that time he was Googleing on the internet), it may be evaporator problem etc. So it was totally frusturation

Had a recent unexpected issue on my way to pick my daughter up from school . Meineke was on my way to the school stopped and IRA was wonderful! He made my other daughter (who was stuck in the broken down car and heat) with me laugh and make a bad day somewhat enjoyable! They had my car fixed in less than 24 hours and the extra care we received was above and beyond any mechanic I have ever been to! Definitely will be back!

Every time I bring one of our cars into the shop for regular maintenance, diagnostic, or repair I am blown away by how lucky we are to have such a great, honest mechanic in the area. I bring my cars here all the time. In my most recent experience, I brought my car in because the check engine light came on. Jaime ran the diagnostic free of charge. It was a catalytic converter efficiency warning message that Jaime showed me as he was doing it. Then he not only gave me reasonable quick quotes with different options (i.e. generic versus brand name, replacing different parts of the system, etc.) He also took the time to explain how the catalytic system worked to help me make the most informed decision. I highly recommend the store for all your needs.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Jamie and Miguel, owners are very knowledgeable and will do what it takes to get the job done! They work with other technicians when needed. I have brought my car for oil changes, and then recently the Alfa needed a new battery and all of these lights came on and Jamie worked with the owners of European Fine Cars and together they helped me get the car back on the road.

This is the worst thing I've ever seen as a workshop. my car spent 3 days there, to ask the insurance if they could make a change to the engine mounts, I went and told them that I needed to fix the engine mounts they only had, I tell you this because they charge me 100 dollars for the revision, and I ask for the report of said revision and it clearly says engine support changes, it does not give more information... I don't know what they revised, they retained the car for 4 days, with the excuse that they did not communicate with the insurance company. it is very easy to earn money

I had my headlight fixed by Ira and his crew. Ira was extremely friendly and polite. This place is the best, they solved the problem within 15 minutes. Definitely coming back!

Warning!! Do not go here!!! Was told brakes needed pads and would be $199.00. Waited for over 3 hours, then Miguel gave me a bill for $447.21 & said they couldn't be repaired. Auto repair shops are required by Florida law to give the consumer a written estimate of the repairs in order to proceed which I did NOT receive. Reporting them tomorrow to BBB & Florida Auto Repair Law.Service: Brakes

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Wrote the review and they responded to please call. I spoke with the shop owner. I explained to him that I came to the shop for two years (4 visits) and each time I asked for a tire rotation. Each time, Jaime stated that a tire rotation was not needed. Now, I have extremely worn front tires. He said he is sorry there is nothing he can do. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!Had oil changed at this location 4 times over a 2 year period each at 3000 miles. Was told each time I did not need my tires rotated.Went to a different tire place and they pointed out that 1) I didn t need an oil change until every 5000 miles and 2) my front tires need replaced because they ve never been rotated due to wear. I would never recommend this place to anyone.Service: Oil change

We had our catalytic converter stolen from our car. After looking around online and checking out auto places around us, we gave multiple places a call. Jamie at Meineke answered all of my questions right then and there on the phone. Other places I called I couldn't get a straight answer with them saying they would call me back and never doing so. I knew then that Meineke was the right place to go to.When we got there we received excellent and friendly service. Jamie is a straight shooter with integrity, and is willing to go the extra mile to help out. He offered to stay open late, allowed us to take photos of the car for insurance purposes, and even paid for our Uber to the local Hertz so that we could get a rental. You can tell that this place has reoccurring business with very happy customers who have a genuine relationship with him.Our car was fixed right on time for the price that was quoted. Overall my fiancee and our extremely pleased with our experience with Meineke. It was just the kind of place we needed after dealing with the hassle and anger of someone stealing a car part from us.A solid 5 stars.Service: Exhaust

This morning my sun took our truck in to have the tires rotated. They charged him 43.00. He left only to immediately find out that THEY DIDNT TIGHTEN ONE OF THE WHEELS ALL THE WAY! He immediately went back and they fixed it. I called and requested a refund only the be told NO by the manager Miguel. So I called Hyman the owner at another Location. He told me NO. He would not refund my money.After some gentle, verbal persuasion, Hyman agreed to refund the money if my son goes back with the card on Monday..there should have been no argument. He could have been in an accident or hurt.If the money is refunded as agreed I will modify this review.Service: Auto maintenance

Every time I come to this Meineke, my car is well taken care of. Ja�me and Miguel are the most honest mechanics I ve ever met. As a woman, it s difficult to find a shop that will not take advantage or price gouge. I m so grateful to have found Ja�me a few years ago! My car is getting up in there age (2013) but she s riding smooth thanks to this great team! Grateful for the team here, but most of all for the honesty!
