Came into this shop with a lot of trepidation because, as everyone knows, reliable, trustworthy shops seem to be a dying breed.Pleasant surprise here, though. From first contact with Alan, I felt much more at ease and was relieved to find that what could have been a crazy expensive trip at a dealership was much less severe than anticipated. Kudos to Alan and staff for a pleasant experience.

Great customer service, fast care and awesome employees! Had to get a little oil change and they were the fastest and cheapest out of any place around! If I have any other problems they will be the first people to call!

I had some last minute brake issues that led me to googling repair shops in the area that I worked. I found them and looked at a few their reviews and cross my fingers hoping for the best. They were absolutely amazing, from the second that I even arrived they were so accommodating even though I didn t have an appointment. They were very honest with saying that they would only do whatever work was necessary with my approval. they were very honest and clear with the prices and honored their quote that they gave. They truly went above and beyond to help take care of my car for me and I genuinely couldn t be happier. I ll definitely be going to them in the future for any other car help all need. Ask for Alan, He was so professional and even followed up with me after I had had my car for a few hours to check and see if I was still doing well. If I could write more than five stars I absolutely would!

My daughter is 1200 miles away at college in Florida. So when I got a call that she needed a emergency vehicle repair, I didn't know where to turn. A Google search showed Mazel Auto Repair as having near perfect reviews. Thinking it was too good to be true I called and spoke with Alan. I immediately got a good vibe from him and my daughter dropped off the car. His communication and explanation of the vehicle problems were top notch. His prices were very reasonable and I am beyond happy with the experience. Thanks so much!

Cons- Very average service, too overpriced for the quality of services they provide. The professionalism of some employees is questionable. I wouldn't consider them other than for oil changes (check the specs yourself, they might put the wrong oil in) and brake changes. And even if you decide to go this way, check that all spare parts are installed back on the car and not lying around in the trunk.Pros- Well, they are champions in apologies, at least.Good location.Alan is a nice guy

I came to Mazel with an emergency with a blown cylinder and they were the closest repair shop. It was near the end of the day and they took care of me. They were honest and affordable in repairing the cylinder. I looked up the parts they used and it was only a small upcharge for the parts and the labor was very reasonable. I was desparate and they could have taken advantage of me but they did NOT. I would definitely recommend this shop!

I've been coming here for years and they always deliver excellent and honest work. They will always communicate and let you know exactly what's going on with your vehicle and not once have suggested anything shady or unnecessary.Best shop in South Florida, and I'll be a customer for life. Alan couldn t fix my car because it needed parts from a dealership but went out of his way to help so that I could safely drive to where I needed. It was very kind and their hearts are pure. I will be coming back in the future.

Finally found a great shop I can trust! Took in my Mercedes (was making a whining sound while driving) without an appointment and they all took their time trying to figure out the issue. They replaced only the part that was broken and showed it to me (another place wanted to replace more parts even though they were still in good shape). Highly recommend this place!!

Mazel Auto Repair is a hidden gem. I ve been coming here for routine service for about 3 years. Also had my breaks repaired. The Owner Alex & his son Alan are honest, charge excellent prices & their mechanics do a great job. They honor their work. I feel like they are my big brothers watching out for me. It s best to call & make an appointment. If you need to wait it s a short walk to Mizner Park which is a nice option.

The guys over here at mazel auto are the best! They just replaced my control arms on my 2015 Jeep srt. Great work, good guys and they worked with me when something went wrong and was short on my payment and worked something out! I will not be going to any other mechanics, this place is it!! Don't hesitate to pull up and get your car fixed in a perfectly reasonable amount of time! They have my full trust!

Had my car towed to this place and needed to get is quickly. The owner, Alex, went out of his way to accommodate my request and got the car ready next day. Very customer oriented business, nice environment, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this this place to have your car fixed and not to spend a lot of money. Very much pleased with this shop. Alex and Alan very professional and charge a very reasonable rate and don't inflate the hrs to do the work. I had a quote from chevy dealership for thermostat change . Dealership wanted 12 hrs to do the job while these guys did it in 4.5 hrs. Saved me a boat load. Will definitely refer them to anyone who asks.

I would give Mazel Auto Repair 10 stars if I could. These guys are honest as the day is long. Not only they saved me thousands of dollars, they also saved my car where others told me to sell it for scraps. These guys performed a "surgery" on my transmission and kept my car going. Thank you Alex!!

I am amazed by their honesty here. I thought that my brake pads needed to be replaced and upon further inspection by Alan he told me that they did not need to be replaced. Instead of taking my money and needlessly changing my brake pads. He was honest and caring. I cannot recommend Alan and his team enough!

I had a last minute issue with my car close to closing time. I called Mazel Auto and they told me to come right over. They took the car immediately and took care of my issue. While I was waiting I asked them some other questions about issues I thought I might have with the car and was told I didn't need to address them now and I could wait some more. They also quoted me an extremely reasonable price for when I do need to attend to them. I was absolutely blown away by the honesty and kindness they showed me. I just moved to the area and I will be highly recommending them to as many people as I can.

I highly recommend Mazel auto repair. They did a great job replacing the transmission of my 2013 Cadillac CTS. They were very honest and fairly priced. I will definitely keep coming back.
