From the moment I contacted Matt at Lightning Auto, he was there to answer all my questions. Most importantly, he did so promptly. Working with him was effortless because everything ran so smoothly. He provided great updates and he was on point with the estimated time of the pick up of my vehicle. Of course, the cyber attack on the gas line was a concerning issue, but Matt managed to work around this issue very reasonably. In addition to the remarkable service (from the point of contact), they have an extremely attractive and competitive price. Needless to say...I was extremely satisfied.

When the car was dispatched and we sent the driver to pick up the car, they called me and told me that the customer canceled the transportation. A few minutes later, the customer called me himself and said that he did not cancel and that they canceled of their own decision. They changed the our entire route

Best experience ever. Brad was on the job like lightning, stayed connected and made sure that it worked for me. His rates are unbeatable, did not charge a single penny other than what was quoted. However, there were some delays for the pick up at the dealership, but Brad (the Bomb) made sure that all goes well till the end. I would not hesitate a bit from referring him to anyone. Hats off to Lightning Auto Carriers and especially Brad.

Lightning Auto Carriers arranged the transport of my daughter s car from New Jersey to Florida. After communicating with several transportation companies, I became very leery of the whole process. Luckily, A friend recommended Lightning Auto Carriers. Brad was easy to communicate with and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Also, Jon, the transporter was very reliable. He picked up and delivered my car when promised. Not often that you find a business that fulfills the services agreed upon. Would definitely use Lightning Carriers.

I have worked with Brad 4 times and he has never disappointed. This last time was hectic because carrier cancelled last minute due to mechanical issues and Brad found another carrier ASAP who was able to still meet my delivery vehicle. Robert Lewis company transported my vehicle and he was great, he was quick and efficient and handled this same day pickup and next day delivery of over 700 miles with exceptional service. I definitely recommend requesting him if an option. Thank you Brad, you rock!!!

I used Lighting Auto Carriers back in October of 2019 to send my car from the San Francisco Bay Area to Dallas,TX. Brad was very professional and made the process from start to finish very smooth. My car arrived on time and I had no issues. I recommend this company each time my friends are looking for auto carriers.

I am so pleased with the services from this company. Brad was extremely helpful from start to finish. I changed my pick up location quite a few times, he was very understanding and acoomodating. The driver, Daniel was such a pleasure to work with as well. He kept in touch with me the entire time and delivered my car without any damages. I appreciate your hard work guys and will definitely be recommending your services to family and friends!

I have used Lightning Auto Carriers two times and both experiences were totally exceptional. I learned that the auto shipping world is really cutthroat and very competitive so the people are often rude and aggressive. However, Brad was the consummate professional. He was always kind and considerate and willing to address any concerns. He made sure to get the best driver for the best price within my timeframe. I will recommend Lightning Auto Carriers to all of my friends and associates

Brad was very helpful and his price was great. Other carriers were higher than him. He set this up on short notice. Would definitely recommend him for your vehicle transportation needs. His selection of Alfred Short was excellent in meeting our needs. Alfred took great care in transporting our vehicle and very polite and through in explaining on what was going to take place. Highly recommend his company for all your transportation needs. Thanks to both companies.

I was hesitant to use this company because there were some bad reviews, but I had already begun talking to Brad, n every time I messaged him I had a quick response with answers to all my questions, it was around the holidays so I expected delay I was given Monday/tuesday pick up, but due to mechanical issues with the driver, Brad found someone else although the price was $200 more, Brad worked it out with me n the car was picked up Thursday n delivered Friday to Chicago, I don't know why he has bad reviews, he was great to me n professional n worked hard to get me another driver calling me in the morning n letting me know every step of the way what's going on. Thank you Brad I'd recommend you anytime,

Brad was AWESOME! He found me a transport in less than 24hours! He was responsive and he didn t ask for a penny upfront. My circumstances were a bit pressing and Brad worked extremely well even with all my pressure. I would def recommend Brad s company for transport!!! Ty so much for your time, patience and professionalism! You def outdid the competition

Lightning Auto Carriers provided great service and pricing for moving a minivan from Florida to California. This long haul arrived safely and on time. My car was set up to be transported from Anaheim Ca to Leawood Kansas by Brad at Lightning Auto Carriers. He was very personable and reassuring that my car would be safe and delivered on time. They picked up my car on April 17 at my friends house. They delivered my car at 7:00pm on April 19.Car was in perfect condition. Thanks Brad you guys did a great job at a great price. Tom Schuepbach

I needed to bring a car from Miami to Denver , when I was doing quotes I had many people call me and I couldn t trust them because they were very pushy . One day I spoke to Matt he is very profesional and goes to the point , he offer me his service and gave me the trust . I decided to send the car with this company and 1 day later they picked the car up in Miami and 4 days later I got the car . The driver was very friendly when we receive the car and the other person I believe his name is b�rbaro contacted me to let me know where the car was . 100% recommended they are a serious company and very responsive .

Lightning Auto Carriers and I had a contract for transporting my car from Verona NJ to Lake Worth, FL at a price of $550.00 on Monday June 28, 2021. On Thursday June 24,2021 they contacted me and let me know that the driver they had was unable to fulfill the contract, but that they would get someone else. I contacted them multiple times to check on the progress. Finally on Monday June 28, 2021 they said that they had someone to transport my car with pick up that day. Only issue was that instead of the contracted $550.00, this was going to cost me $850.00, which we negotiated down to $825.00. They had me over a barrel and I reluctantly agreed because I was leaving town and needed my car and had run out of time. This was bait and switch and was highly unethical.In your response you said that I changed location of delivery twice and that it was over an hour away. That is an out and out lie. I never changed location, not even once. The story you gave me on 6/24/21 is that your driver's truck broke down and that he would not be able to transport my car. I changed nothing. You preyed on a customer who was in a difficult situation. Now do the right thing and reimburse me. Lying and spinning this to try to keep face is not good business. Being honest and doing the right thing is better for your business in the long run.

Lightning Auto Carriers took care of me when another company (WolfePack Transport) dropped the ball and couldn't get my vehicle moved. Brad answered all of my questions and got my vehicle picked up the same day I booked with them and transport time was only a couple days. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to ship a vehicle. They gave me great customer service and everything went according to planned. Thank you Brad and Lightning Auto Carriers. 5 STARS!!!

I wanted to write this review on lighting auto carriers. Working with Matt was seamless. We have used others services before and his company exceeded our expectations. We shipped our daughter car from Texas to California. The person who picked up the car and delivered was also exceptional. Thank again,. Stacey Katz

I used Lightning Auto to ship an SL500 from FL to CA. The carrier they used was Oramas Transporting Service LLC. Pickup was late. Driver called me Sunday night at 8pm to say he'd be there at 7am Monday. Car arrived with $1,200 of paint damage to passenger side, and the driver's seat, door and carpet covered in grease. Dealer JC, who recommended this shipper claims the car was spotless when it went on the truck. Awful experience and no offer from Lightning Auto to fix it.Matt took the order, and I ve added a photo of it below, along with the paint repair estimate from my local paint shop.

Our son was looking to purchase a very specific car. He searched the internet and found the perfect one that checked all of the boxes at a dealership in Stamford, Ct. The only issue we had is we live in Central NC. We have never used an Auto Transport Company before , so we began our search online for one. There are literally hundreds to choose from. Many had mixed reviews as far as customer satisfaction. We obtained many estimates from various companies. We were most impressed with Matt Vogel with Lightning Auto Carriers. Matt was patient and understanding , as we had 100 questions about the process. His estimate to transport the car from Connecticut to North Carolina was below the other estimates we had obtained. Matt kept in touch with us on a daily basis, as we were unsure when the car would be ready to be picked up. We let Matt know as soon as we found out the car was available to be transported. He got right on it, with very short notice, and got the job done! We are so glad we chose Matt Vogel with Lightning Auto Carriers! As mentioned, this was our first experience needing an auto carrier, and Matt came through for us with flying colors! We will definitely use him again in the future! The car was delivered to us by a professional, courteous driver right on schedule, in pristine condition! No need for anyone to search hours online to find the right auto carrier- Matt Vogel with Lightning Auto Carriers is the right person at a great price!

This is an updated review from my previous review. Brad is a great guy and will make things right. I was in a bad situation where my truck was broken down in Little Rock and I was back home in Indy. I hired lightning auto carriers as the service to transport my truck home. Unfortunately because of pressure from the place my truck was parked and Lightning Auto Carriers not having a driver available in the area at that moment to pick up my truck, I had to get the repairs completed in Little Rock. This was no fault of Brad or Lightning Auto Carriers...just a case of bad timing. I will use Lighting Auto Carriers in the future if ever in need of transporting a vehicle. Brad will stand by his word.

I would not recommend Lightning Auto transport to transport any vehicle. I will not use them again. There s poor communication between the driver and the customer. The driver picked up the car without contacting us. He did not keep in contact throughout the past three days and often did not return phone calls when he was not driving. There s also poor communication between Matt and the customer. Matt also did not return phone calls for hours after a message was left. Door to door transport ? Not so much. First the driver called and said we had to drive 34 miles because the road he was on did not allow big trucks. There are alternate roads to take. Then we were told the car was being dropped off at a particular gas station and that we had to go pick it up. So much for a good experience. I cannot say many good things about this company.

Great company to deal with, very flexible to work with also, drive had great communication on when they were arriving and dropping off, They were able to get my jeep to me a day earlier than promised, Price was below other carriers as well. would use again

If I could I wouldnt even give one star. Not only did Matt Vogel tell us that our car will be in Chicago before we get there they had the wrong address for pick up, it arrived three days late and we had to keep calling him to find out about our car and the price we were told was way off the price we had to pay.
