Called several mechanics, Jimmy and JAC were the only mechanic that got a quote ready for me... didn't even need a call back, he was ready. Always picked up phone, pleasant to speak with, and fair prices. Did my vehicles brakes and rotors and happy with the work. Will be a return customer.

They re very honest, friendly, quick and thorough. This is the first place I have ever taken a car in for suspected problems and have not had to make repairs every single time. I feel like other places have taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge, but not Japanese Auto Care. They ve been consistently great.

After having a horrible weekend because of another shops carelessness that could have costed me 1000s of dollars even possibly blowing my engine I went online and saw Japanese autocare reviews and I had my car towed here. Jimmy was so kind and helpful. He put me at ease and told me he will have my car fixed immediately. I would have fixed this problem a while ago if I knew it was so serious but because the other repair shop didn't mention it was very time sensitive I almost paid the consequences. For now on I will only use Japanese auto care. Thanks again Jimmy for all your help ! It's very appreciated. I now feel like I have a place I can trust on and count on for the future. My car is now running great!

I had a car towed there with a bad starter. They were able to diagnose it and fix it within the same day even though there was no appointment and have my cat fixed the same day. I've used their service before and always found them to be knowledgeable and fair. I've recommended them repeatedly to family and friends.

Was involved in an accident adjacent to this shop, completely unrelated to the store and the older gentleman that works there came out and started telling the person that hit me and everyone surrounding that they all need to tell the police i caused the accident instead and that will be the story he tells when they come. Super unprofessional and a liar. A situation that had nothing to do with him or the shop, yet he wants to be involved and manipulate it. I would not trust someone like this to handle my car.

Recently had an issue with my battery which was diagnosed immediately. I can't say enough about ownership and staff at this business. I am a repeat customer and have never had a complaint with their service which is the best. I would highly recommend Japanese Auto Care.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Japanese Auto Care is an amazing business! The owner Jimmy is on site. Everything moves smoothly and efficiently and he has very fair prices. Highly recommend!

This repair facility is a very busy. There is a major labor shortage, not only at this repair facility but most. The shop is busy because the quality of work that goes into each vehicle that is worked on, no how fast it can be done.

This place is awesome! They came highly recommended from a friend. I needed a repair on my tire, Jimmy took care of it and I was out of there in 20 minutes! I could not be happier and will definitely be going back! Thank you!

First let me start with the customer service: The owner Jimmy, was very polite, friendly and prompt when calling back to provide me updates on pricing and status. No one else called me but him so the experience was very personal and didnt feel like I was being transferred to so many different people who didnt know what was going on. Not to mention, as a woman calling a mechanic shop - we are often treated as dumb and taken advantage of because we allegedly don't know anything about cars. Jimmy was the opposite - he was respectful, empathetic and fair.Service: I had to get my car door locks repaired because they weren't working. I had this same job quoted at another shop (read my review on World Class Auto) and they were just outrageously overpriced. Meanwhile, Jimmy was able to source the same parts from the same dealer at 54% below the cost WCA was giving me.Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received at Japanese Auto and would recommend this place to my friends and family. Needless to say, I will be going here from now on to have any major car repairs done moving forward.Their motto is: "Get it done once.. Get it done Right"

I've known Mitch and Jimmy for years and you cannot beat this place. I alway leave happy with the issues addressed at an incredible rate. This shop is ran by true professionals who know how to diagnose and repair problems rather than just throwing parts like most other shops out there. Reasonable pricing, just have to get in line as this place does not do appointments or hold spots. An inconvenience YES, however, they do good work and don t hustle you.Also, just a little constructive feedback last job they did the mechanic left a clamp loose in engine compartment. Mistakes happen but could be avoided by double checking the work.Overall though, thanks for taking care of my Japanese collection (Lexus IS, Toyo Rav4 and Toyo Corolla).Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

if I could give more than five stars I would! i m never the type of person to write reviews on places but I absolutely had to. I have been going to Japanese auto care for a few years now, I absolutely love taking my car to Japanese auto care. I am always taken care of, never taken advantage of. I ve had instances in the past where mechanics would take advantage of me and charge me double even triple the price of this place! they re very honest, Super affordable, have GREAT customer service- highly recommendServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

This was my first time using Japanese Auto Care and in my opinion it's a top notch Family run business. Jimmy is super nice, attentive to the services that you are requesting and priced fairly. He goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is running smoothly. I even had the pleasure of meeting his Dad while I was there. Definitely gained a repeat customer. Jimmy and his Dad are AWESOME. So great to deal with. While I was waiting, I overhead a lady say how many years she's been going there and without hesitation recalls each of her vehicles! Give them a try, they are fun and get the job done!

I used Japanese Auto Care for the first time to do full maintenance on my car. They did a great job! Jimmy and his staff were great! Fair prices, great customer service, and most importantly, they don't try to take advantage of the customer (something you don't often see when it comes to cars). I will definitely continue using their services!

So happy my daughter who is a college student was referred to these guys. They are always so helpful and respectful and never feel they are taking advantage of her age. She will definitely continue having her car maintenance done only with Japanese Auto. Thank you

After calling like 20 local places for an oil change (of which none answered), Jimmy actually called me back after my missed call, so I was very impressed with the customer service. Quick timely service for an oil change with out any fussy attempted upcharges like meineke, etc. Even put a fob on my keys too. I will definitely be back and I see why this place is always busy.Service: Oil change

I definitely recommend Japanese Auto to anyone. We bring both of our cars there for service. If you need any justification or verification, just compare prices of what your dealership suggests you need serviced and the suggested prices.Jimmy and his guys are honest and priced appropriately. They re not out to nickel and dime you, they d rather be honest and see you return at a later date. Good clean work!

Needed an oil change. Drove in and they began the work immediately. I waited no more than 40 minutes. Friendly service. What more can you ask for. Highly recommended.

Lead Guy there tried to charge me $380 for an oil change, a regular oil change. I heard a customer also asking about some unnecessary charges on his bill as I was walking in and heard him accused another employee as the one that added it to the bill. Do not and I repeat do no take his advice. Too bad there is no 0 star review.

Having recently moved to Boca Raton from Chicago, I needed to find a good and reliable mechanic in the area. I had used the same mechanic in Chicago for 35 years and was not confident that I would find one as good in this area, When my wife's battery started to lose charge, I decided to try Japanese Auto Care. What a surprise! Upon entering the facility, I met Jimmy the owner and he treated me like I had been going there for 35 years. He said it probably just needed a new battery but they would do a diagnostic to make sure there was no other issue (which there wasn't). I told him to change the oil too and he quoted a very reasonable price. When I returned to pick up the car, I decided to have the oil changed in my other vehicle and while I was waiting Jimmy even introduced me to his dad. When I got home I noticed that I was undercharged because they charged me for regular oil when one of the cars used synthetic oil. I called Jimmy back and told him I would come back and pay him the correct amount and he said don't worry about it, he was glad to have me as new customer. All I can say is you just don't get customer service like this anymore, especially at an auto repair facility. I have found my mechanic, and I highly recommend Japanese Auto Care for everything including routine oil changes.

Had maintenance done there, they lost one of my tire valve caps. Don't know why they took it off at the first place.The price was fair, the receptionist was friendly. However, one overlooked detail ruined the experience. If you take something off but forget to put it back on, it is sloppy job.------------------Gave them a second chance and had maintenance done for my other car. Receptionist is as friendly as before. He apologized for last time so I am going to forgive them.( )I can tell that they are honest and trustworthy, which is the quality I value the most for auto mechanics.They are busy even in regular days, so if you plan to go, go early, like 8 am early, so that you don't have to wait.

My experience there dealing with Jimmy was OUTSTANDING. He told me cost, how long it would take and really treated me as if I had been coming there for all my life.I walked away knowing that my cars was fixed and it was fixed professionally!Would recommend them without hesitationOnly drawback to the place is Jimmy and his love of the Patriots!
