Amazing customer service .Rob was extremely knowledgeable and showed he cared.I will be a client for all my exotics.The shop it top notch and has the right equipment for the tough jobs.I was treated great by everyone.Im grateful I was referred to his shop.

My check engine light came on when I was in East Boca. The dealership was too far away and I didn't know how far I could make it. My Maserati was acting a little weird so I did a google search and Excell auto sport came up. I spoke to a girl by the name of Ashley and right then and there I knew I would be in good hands. She told me they will fit me in on their busy Friday and take a look at the car.When I brought them the car they offered me a ride back to my office and said we'll be in touch. I got a call from Rob stating I needed some new parts but the delivery truck was already on its last route so they said the car might not get done today.... He could sense the frustration in my voice because I really wanted the car for the weekend so he said he would make something happen. Long story short, he called me back in a few hours and said the car will be ready at 6pm. He sent one of his guys to go get the parts at the dealership in Palm Beach!I got there a little early and the car was already ready and they even had it washed for me!!! Any other service shop would have called it what it was and left the car for Monday. I know where I'll be going for now on. I wanted to share my wonderful experience. Thanks Excell Auto Sport!

Owner knows his cars. Great group of people.Very good ppi done on a Lamborghini I was buying.Based on my experience would suggest them for all your exotic car work.

It's a pleasure to recommend the team at Excell Auto. I've been a customer for years, and I have always received excellent service from them. I'm a single mother of two, so when my car started acting up, it was really hard to find time to take it in for repairs. But Excell Auto was able to fit me into their schedule quickly and get my car back on the road as soon as possible. I'm also grateful for their preventative service program. It's not something that would have come up on my radar before but now that I know about it, I feel so much better knowing that they will check my car regularly for problems before they become big issues.

I was looking for a company that could handle all of my car's care and maintenance, and I found it! Excell Auto Sport is such a great auto repair company. They are the only ones who can handle all of my car's needs, from tire rotation to oil services. Their technicians are technical experts and have been working on cars since before I was born (or so it seems). They're so nice too! They always remember my name when I walk in the door, which makes me feel like they actually care about me as a customer. The rates are competitive, and they have convenient hours, so I never have to worry about missing work for an appointment or getting stuck with another mechanic who doesn't know what they're doing. If you're looking for an auto repair company that you can trust with all of your needs and if you want them done right the first time around I highly recommend Excell Auto Sport!

I have taken my car to Excell several times and I am very impressed with their work. The last time I was there I had my brakes changed and they did a great job. The customer service was great and they had me in and out in no time. They were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!

The technicians re fantastic. I've been going to them for quite some time and have always been pleased with their service. They are located in a handy area in South Florida, and their rates are quite reasonable. Their mechanics are all certified, and they have a good reputation in the community, definitely a good pick for any Boca Raton vehicle or truck owner.

I was looking for a new car and took it to Excell Auto yesterday for a pre-purchase inspection. They explained to me in detail what they were doing and what I could expect from the car. They were able to get me in and out with no problem, and they took the time to answer all my questions. The service was fast and excellent. I will definitely go back to them for all my future needs.

Called inquiring about getting a tire patched. Was told they provide that service but would need to see the location of the offending nail and if tire had any other patches. All that s understandable. This isn t my first rodeo and knew it was indeed patchable.Tech pulls car in and suddenly appears with a TIRE PLUG! This is exactly what I didn t want for the repair... I have the same tools in my garage and could ve done it in 5 minutes in my driveway.Tech states they plug supercars all the time and understood this was not my standard of repair. Tech spoke with manager and decided I either get a new tire or plug it, or take the car to TiresPlus to get patched. Lol. What great options!Tech explained there was just too much work involved to patch it... and not worth their time and effort. Frustrating given I called ahead of time and verified they provided this service.Was also really disappointed because I thought this simple transaction could ve been the start of a good relationship for my soon to be out of factory warranty vehicle and a local shop.

They told me that they could tune my 5.7 Hemi with a Holley Dominator engine managment system; charged me over $1000. The car was no better then when I dropped it off when I got it back, and they wouldn't answer my calls afterwards. I had to get a real shop to diagnose and repair the issues they created/ignored. It has been about a year and no contact from this business. Horrible customer service!!!!

Came in to ask some service questions and quotes and while talking in the parking lot with family members I was told by this rude lady on a Cadillac to not park on their property. Guess you rather be rude than earn the costumers business. Got in the cars and went down the road to a better costumer service place.
