I have been using European Auto Repair for over 8 years. They are a professional and very knowledgeable shop. Most importantly Jim, the owner, is very honest and a pleasure to deal with. I have had a series of Porsche's, Mercedes and other vehicles and Jim has always treated each of my cars as if they were his own. The service is quick and professional. Jay is one of the greatest mechanics and shop owners out there. Experience was incredible. Did countless things to my Mercedes C63. I would recommend using this shop for any service or upgraded needed to your car. Trustworthy shops are hard to find and this is one of them. Has great advice/knowledge about cars and great PRICES. Service is impeccable.

Great customer service and great work on my Range Rover! I took my 2017 Rover in and Chris and Jim took care of my oil change and maintenance efficiently! I saved at least 400+!Chris & Jim are also very knowledgeable about my car. Inquired about my red engine light and low coolant level. They fixed everything in my same visit! I m so fortunate to have found them!! Give them a try! They are honest and diligent!

Was my go-to shop until one troubling recent experience. Had my A/C compressor changed. As expected with Mercedes, cost a ton($1600...). Not the gripe though. When I got my car back the car was extremely misaligned. Like, it drove like it had a drunk person behind the steering wheel. When before it hugged the road like any car should. Even the steering wheel was crooked when driving straight. When I returned to share how badly the car now drove, they first said I must have hit something. I told them no that wasn't the case, it drove fine before getting repaired. They took the car back and did fix the steering wheel at least but the car still was driving poorly and unable to drive straight. They told me I now had an alignment issue and recommended me to another shop. That shop told me the A/c compressors often messup alignments because to get to that part one has to basically break the car like an egg to get at it and it messes up the whole frame. What bothers me is #1:. No way did these guys not know that #2 that other shop I went to, though improved my misalignment issue just slightly, did not get my car back to how it drove. It still has a feeling like to wants to jump off the road at the slightest bump. Yet I charged and had to pay another $160 or so. So I'm now down almost $1800 dollars and I have a car that can't drive correct. My wife who has a newborn in the car usually won't drive the Benz since it feels so unsafe. So it's like I'm down a car now. Apparently this isn't an easy fix once a Benz is misaligned like this. And I've spent too much money already at this point to keep trying.I dunno, definitely broke my trust with these guys. Realignment should have been included from the jump. And my car should have been returned with the same feel. Disappointing.

Wow! I'm blown away by the service and they exceed expectations. I think I've found my mechanic. I drive an Audi and am used to the cost associated, but am sick of getting scammed by the dealership. Every six months is something over 1k. This time I decided to go another route. I had been rear-ended and all my warning lights came on. I wasn't sure if it was due to the accident but have grown to distrust the dealer. Turns out to be a bad sensor. Coincidentally, I had the same thing repaired at Audi almost a year ago (opposite side) they charged me $1,200.... This place, for the same exact thing, charged me $307!!!!!! They were fast, professional, and accommodated me for a Saturday appointment. I'm very happy that I found them and I would highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

We had a horrible experience with Gunther VW. I found this place with excellent reviews. My prayers were answered. Bruce and Jim are honest mechanics who are excellent at what they do. They went above and beyond to help us. Very grateful to them. I have my van back fixed and in great condition. AND the price was very reasonable. Thank you so much!

I was new to the area and very nervous about taking my VW Jetta to the wrong shop. The team at European Auto Repair made me feel extremely comfortable leaving my car with them. They fixed my AC and replaced my brake pads for a very fair price. I would recommend this team to absolutely anyone and the next time I need a little help, I feel confident in taking my car back to European Auto Repair.

As I entered the shop I noticed how clean and organized everything was as well as it was filled with exotic and luxury cars. The employees were very well mannered and took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my car and what my options were to be. Since then I only take my car to them and their fair prices. I highly recommend their services to all of my friends and anyone that needs a repair or maintenance.

Jim was very honest and straight forward!! Being new to FL I found them in Google. I spoke with Jim told him my problem, told me how much, and he was spot on!!! Excellant service, very friendly very Honest!! Very Big In My Book!! Defently will bring my Mercedes back to them, and Thanx Bruce!! Guys are GREAT!!!!!

I thought this place was good until I had my diesel emissions tank go out on me, which is a several thousand dollar fix. I took it here trusting the place as I had some other minor fixes done and they did a good job at what I thought was a fair price. They gave me a quote and without doing the proper research I allowed them to fix it. A couple days later after reading more online I come to find out that bmw had an extended warranty on the part Due to malfunctions and would repair it for free if done at a bmw service center. I told the manager and they denied that it could be true, even telling me that they had done three of these jobs this week. I go to the BMW service center and verify that all I need to do is bring it in and that all after market service centers should be aware of this fix... and should have referred me to the official dealer as this was nothing new and very common problem. I then tried to find a way to work with the manager there to get reimbursed. After hours of calls and weeks of back and forth with bmw and this manager it becomes clear that I can t get reimbursed. At a minimum I ask that they reimburse me the labor as I feel I was completely ripped off on this $3k job. They refused and moreover kept giving me the runaround. The truth is that they knew I could get this job done for free at a dealership. They lied to me about it. And they continued to lie and wouldn t even credit me the labor on the job. Honest places are hard to find, but this was ridiculous. Please don t waste your time and money here.

Have been taking my cars to Vasile since I moved to Florida in 2012. Honest mechanics. Never try to sell you on unnecessary repairs. Often asks me to monitor stuff that ends up not getting worse. I had a problem with the valley plan on my 2007 Range Rover (125K miles at the time). Another mechanic near me tried to get me to do a $4,000 repair. Brought it to Vasile. I think he charged me $400 and the stuff the original mechanic said needed repairs were fine. It never got worse

Vasile has been doing great work at reasonable prices for me for over two years now, since I moved to Boca. I trust him with whatever I need for my 1999 BMW 318ti. The prices have always seemed fair and the work has held up.

This place is professional and they do an EXCELLENT job.Look in their parking lots Amazon Van to Hot Rods . I will always take my car to Mike as he cares, is professional and honest.

Vasile does great work for a good price, he takes his time to explain any questions you have about your car. Very experienced with European cars!, and would definitely recommend to a friend.#audi a4 2.0t

They could not fix my car despite charging me and several trips to the shop. Not even an offer to return what I paid. The car has stranded me several times since the "repair" I paid for.
