Had work done on my 2008 Mercedes Sprinter Class B Motorhome. The service provided was excellent. All staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. The prices were very reasonable compared to the local Mercedes dealer prices. I highly recommend and will definitely continue to use them in the future for all my auto repair needs. 5+ stars all the way!

Beautiful work! Night and day difference from how my Jeep was when it first arrived. Peirre was very helpful at the forefront with everything! Made the process easy and clear.The work done to the car was authentic and real. Definitely trust this place and have no problem going back with any other issue I have with vehicles going forward.Highly recommend!

DRIVE AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FAST...VERY FAST... BETTER YET DON'T STOP HERE AT ALL. My son after reading the reviews brought his car here for a new key and an oil change. Pierre looked at the tires and recommended new front end tires. We agreed. Pierre told us he would look over the car as it was a 2012 with low mileage approximately 32000. The car was towed to Elite (hardly) auto repair on Friday morning. He was promised the car on Monday afternoon at the latest. On Monday the phone calls from Pierre started. Multiple calls telling us other things we should do because of the age of the car, which Pierre said was a great car mechanically. When my son said he did not have the money for all the additional repairs, he pushed on every phone call for me or my son to fill out a credit application for 0% percent financing. After saying no multiple times, he finally requested full payment. Foolishly I did give him full payment. Alarm bells should have gone off at that point...that's on me...Monday afternoon no car but phone calls recommending he fill out a credit application to afford the other repairs or that I fill one out. My son was promised his car on Tuesday. More calls, more stalling and again a request for a credit application. On Tuesday more calls stalling. Still no car. Promised car on Wednesday morning. No car, we called around noon, he said it would be ready by 1pm no car. 2:30 He calls my son and says he is taking the car on a test drive. We arrive at the shop to pick up the car at 3:20 and tell him we are here, he is no where to be found. I ask for his ETA no response. Then finally a response and he says 15 minutes away. Then he says that he took an extended test drive and claims he put gas in the car. He did not. At 3:24 I text him, where are you, we will come to you. No answer, finally, we go home. I text him that if the car is not at the shop in 15 minutes, I am getting Boca Raton police involved. He texts me that the car is ready. When my son finally gets the car, the tires are on, we have a working key, no oil change. Wait you thought I was done??? Not by a long stretch.and The following day his car overheated when he looked underneath the car it looked like oil but turns out it was radiator fluid. Pierre left the radiator cap off. . It is hard to say whether it was intentional or incompetent or something else. Fortunately, we were near another mechanic who immediately took the car in i and found part of the problem texted Pierre. At the time of this review we have not received a response from him. F. Not done yet.....Now the check engine light is going on.......$875.79 my total bill from this "mechanic"? There is something so wrong with this shop and this guy.....

Brought my car in to have the exhaust repaired. Took 2 days to hear back for what is wrong and a quote and 5 days for the repair.10 months later the exhaust became loud again, brought it back to another mechanic who said that the previous repair was never welded together (as it should be) and to bring it back to elite so I did. Went to elite and sat in the office for an hour before I was told they will not honor they re repair and that I would have to come back the next day for my car to be evaluated.Went to another repair shop, less than 0.5 miles away, and had it welded together and fixed in under an hour.Stay away from elite auto repair at all costs

Unbelievable experience using Elite Auto Repair in Boca Raton, FL. Great communication, quick service & extremely affordable. My Splash shield was loose underneath the front of my car and instead of charging me a fortune (like majority of shops do) they were honest with the little work it needed and repaired it for free. A place I will continue to use down the road, even for more drastic service related issues!Service: Auto body & trim repair

I brought in my car because something felt off with the steering. Because I am a young girl, they took advantage thinking I didn't know anything. They said I needed an oil change (with 50% oil life still), a stabilizer link job, front brake and rotor job, an alignment, 4 new tires because "these jobs would work only with new tires". The problem still persists. I brought it to another professional auto repair. They informed me I do not need new brake pads or rotors for another 10K miles. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

The reviews on Yelp weren t exaggerated. Many businesses, in this day and age, seem to be focused more on making the sale. After speaking with Mo today about my tires and safety, ultimately for a long road trip, it s my opinion that this particular business focuses on their consumers, honesty, and integrity. This is the place to go.

Elite Auto Repair repaired my undercarriage skid plate. They repaired my car all in the same day of ordering a whole new part. They were very professional and answered all the questions that I had asked. As well as, their prices for labor were very affordable and they work quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Elite Auto Repair saved my car! I was having issues with my AC breaking down, the radio wasn t working and my car kept turning off - and not even the dealership knew what the problem was. However, Elite Auto Repair was able to see me right away, diagnose the issues, and fixed it all in a few days. Richie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help me. The owner Nick, even personally called me after the job to make sure everything was working well. Excellent customer service and professionalism, and most important, they got the job done. Richard is my go-to mechanic. His shop is effective, honest, fast and trust worthy. I ve been going to him for years for all of my cars. Him and his team do an amazing job! Highly recommended. DO NOT take your vehicle here! My fianc� and I used them for a vehicle repair recently on an older family vehicle. They made $2100 in repairs, changed the oil (which we did not ask them to do and they didn t get our approval), and had the vehicle for a week and a half. My fianc� drove the car home and to work one day, and now the car is no longer drive-able with the same issues as before. I am not sure what we paid for, because the car is in worse shape than when they started. They were very difficult to work with, and even weren t able to follow simple instructions regarding some quirks that the car has. Very disappointed in the work and I waste of money this shop has been. I would like to note that while I understand that some older cars can be difficult to repair, if it was something they were unable to do, that should have been a conversation.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

These people are awesome, Dealership was charging me too much to repair my Audi A8. I took my car to this place. These people greeted me professionally, I waited in their for like 20 minutes. They gave me an estimate which was far much fair than dealership, they offered me a courtesy rental car for free which I did not need. They dropped me at my home and by the end of the day my car was ready. Thank you guys. You are awesome.

Great experience! Nick & Richard are honest, professional & very knowledgeable and I am very satisfied with their service on my car + my car worked and looked beautiful when I picked it up. I will definitely use them again for all my future car repairs and refer them to my friends.

While I am a long standing customer at the Delray Beach location, yesterday, I needed the Boca location due to proximity to my work address. It was so great to know that the same great service is available at both ends of central and south Palm Beach county!! Impeccable service, high standards and they even checked to see if any of my parts were still under warranty before giving me a quote! Can t say enough nice things about Elite Auto Repair

I originally came in for my brakes from a Groupon deal and don't regret it. The honesty and integrity the representative had made this stop in amazing. Every question I had was answered and they not only let me know of additional problems my car had but showed me so that I can see what the issues were. Yes I spent more than expected but the level on sincerity and honesty makes this place Elite. I live about 20 minutes away and will continue using this place as my mechanics so long as they have the same rep who helped me today. Ask for Richy

This place is so helpful, and the mechanics are so friendly. They put forth the extra effort to make sure your car is fixed, AND that you understand what they are fixing and why. The first time I came here, they offered to come pick my car up for free. They are so honest and ethical, which is sometimes very hard to find at an auto shop. I will forever come back here and would recommend this place for everyone !

I called and asked if there were any availabilities. The owner called me back quickly and let me know I could come in. I showed up and they took my Car right away. Richard was great he took his time to explain everything and allowed me to make a decision that was right for me but not detrimental for my car. Since I was on a budget The financing option was a great plus too!!

Went in for a recharge of ac, after 4 hours, they called to tell me the compressor was broken and I ended up paying $170 for diagnostic and promised to give me free recharge if I fixed the compressor.Waste of time and money. The owner or manager was nice but still out $170. They said they would test prior to see if there was a leak or something was wrong.Anyways, good people, waste of time and money

My experience with elite auto was pleasant to say the least ! They accurately diagnosed my ac issue on my VW which 4 other shops could not do !
