Zero Stars! I got my car there referred by the Company Westway Towing. They are both scammers and partner commissioned, do not go there! They said to be Certified and to work with good parts because the Insurance Company would refer my car to Shops that save on parts costs and repair. But they did all of that worse! First, they installed a broken tail lamp into my car (costs around $1k). Second, the spare tire parts and my tire inflator got all gone from the service. My wife self-picked up the car and I noticed just when I saw the car at home. Third, they recognized all of these and promised to give me all of that back, but never did it! They skipped 4 months postponing saying my part was at backorder. Fourth, a new company called Classic Collision took over their business (so called Southeast Collision), they said it is my problem, does not want to help providing the old business contact, the old business contacts I have does not answer phone calls and emails! The new business assistant was totally rude and offended me in person! Get away from these people, they are bad intentioned and want to take dirt advantage from customers.

My lease vehicle was stolen, damaged, and recovered. My insurance company was not being like a good neighbor and was refusing to pay for the replacement of the stolen electronics. Southeast went to bat for me and quickly resolved the matter. The entire staff were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I unfortunately got persuaded to bring my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee here, after a car accident I was in that completely damaged the rear left side of the car. The man at the TOW company recommended them said they work with them all the time, that they can take the car no problem and will get the job done. Well.. Over TWO months after me trusting them and being told it was in the shop, it was disassembled, they are waiting on parts.. my car was sitting in the front lot, UNTOUCHED. Only once I made my insurance aware and hounded the body shop.. then the work started to get done. Five days post getting my vehicle back, my car started to have electronic / shock / tire issues.. which ALL should have been completed during the TWO MONTHS my car was at the shop and what my insurance had PAID OUT(15k) to be fixed. Now, I am stuck paying another 5k out of my own pocket to get these issues repaired so my car can operate properly. Please do not be foolish enough to bring your vehicle here. They are scam artists, use DIRTY/GREASY/OILY parts as replacement when they get paid to replace with new. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. This was the worst experience and most expensive lesson I have ever had to go through. They shouldn't even have a license to be running a shop.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

My wife s car got hit on the driver side which impacted both the left front and rear sides. Kenny the manager immediately ordered parts for the car and told me it would be ready in two weeks. In the meantime an SUV was waiting for me under under the company s name at the car rental agency. It was seamless. I dropped off my car at the body shop, Kenny personally drove me to the car rental agency and I drove away with the car.I signed the release and left it completely in Kenny s hands as I was going on a cruise with my family for nine days. Upon my return Kenny Told me to pick up the car and It was ready. The car was detailed and it came out flawless.Southeast Collision Center will only put brand new certified GMC parts in the car. Insurance companies will try to cut corners by putting used and or aftermarket parts on a car however they are not to spec and sometimes cause the car to rattle or not drive the same.Progressive insurance took full responsibility for their client and I did not pay one penny out of pocket including the car rental. I honestly couldn t give them a more favorable recommendation.

I had a car accident in Boca raton , and I don t live in the area , so I was calling the office a lot . everyone I spoke to there was kind and patient and knowledgeable. When I did visit the office to sign documents the place is nice and again everyone is kind and patient and knowledgeable.

Brought my car to Southeast Collision based on a recommendation from a friend. After picking up my car, all I can say is W O W!!!! The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. The work was beyond impeccable. Paint job A+++, seams all aligned, genuine Acura parts used.While being without your car stinks, having it in the hands of the guys at Southeast Collision makes it worth the wait!Kenny, thank you for incredible service and for staying late for me to pick up my car!A++++ auto body shop!!!

UPDATE:I took a good look at my car after writing my review and I noticed that the back piece and the side piece on the left side are not even touching. It looks like it's still damaged, but I guess it was just fixed in a rush. I mean did anyone even look at it? Also the alignment feels off. Complained about this two weeks ago. Oh yeah, and they left the tow hitch wrapped in its plastic in my back seat. lol I'm never taking my car here again.Took my car here to be repaired after a rear-end collision. I am happy with the end result of my car, but it was a painful process to get there. Not sure if the problem is with my insurance company or the shop. Overall the repair took way too long and the communication was poor until I was very upset and complained to management. It was extremely frustrating and expensive for me personally, because I had to pay for the rental car up front, out-of-pocket. Anyway, I'm glad to have my car back finally! Looks brand new!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in an accident about two months ago and was recommended to go to this place the name of Alex my insurance company with State Farm and wasn t so good to me as far as service in my needs. My car was a 2018 Chevy Camaro which had significant damage and State Farm was not trying to replace my damaged parts with factory original parts. After going through what felt like a lifetime arguing with State Farm after 10 days they agreed to put original parts on my car since it was a lease thank you to Alex and the staff at SE. Collision Center I believe the other gentleman s name was Daniel my car was given back to me better than before the accident. I am currently looking for a new insurance company never want to have to deal with State Farm again.

So this review is from an experience a year ago, but I couldn t imagine they ve improved since.It was not my choice to take my car here, they also own the towing company westway towing... they somehow managed managed to rip the bumper off of my stock height bmw m3 on a 2 mile tow. The lady at the tow place said no problem my husband also owns a body shop around the corner, we ll take care of the damage there. Fine.So I take my car here to southeast collision and the owner is talking to me saying how he ll take care of it and make it perfect, blah blah blah. He says it ll take at most a day. Ok fine, I received no call after 48 hours so I called them. Apparently they needed to order some part that would be there within the next 2 days. Whatever, my car ended up being there over a month to put some bumper clips on.I get there to pick it up, car was cleaned (thank you for that) I do a quick walk around to make sure my car with 0 dings... still had 0 dings, but no, whoever moved the car (after it was cleaned) backed into a pole that left a nice little ding accompanied by some fresh yellow paint in my flawless white rear bumper. I go back in, obviously unhappy... the owner assures me he will have it taken care of (wasn t very apologetic about it though). I had no choice but to leave the car there for them to fix. Luckily this time it only took 3 days to be ready. I pick it up and everything looked good. I thanked them all and went on my way. I get home, hop out and saw that the headlight washer cover somehow popped off on the way. Long story short, they completely removed the entire headlight washer system, now every time I or someone else puts windshield washer fluid in, it just leaks out all under the car immediately. I said screw and never went back.I m writing this review today (over a year later) because whatever bondo + sharpie method they used to fill in the paint on my rear bumper has completely faded away and the ding in my rear bumper has returned! (Still to this day it s the only flaw on my car) Thanks for absolutely nothing Southeast collision Boca Raton!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was able to take my car in the same day i called to make the appointment. The staff were so helpful and friendly and I was immediately taken to enterprise to get a loaner. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes! Thank you MD Realty team for the recommendation!They have a huge flag pole in the front of their building - don't get tricked by the other body shops nearby.

Worst experience ever, this people don t know how to treat people, my car was also in here for almost 3 months and believe me it wasn t any rare super car, just a regular car.Unbelievable their unprofessional staff, had to call them every single day to make sure they called the insurance company which they did not do for a couple of days. They don t know how to communicate w insurance companies and I had to come out of pocket to pay MORE rental car days just because they were waiting on a last check (because they do not accept a screenshot from a HUGE insurance companyPicked up my car and they didn t even showed me what was changed or nothing. They forget they are on the customer service industry because US the customers bring you guys the cars.Wish I could give them 0 stars.

I had a good time with my family here, very inviting, our server was wonderful, and very personable, he waited on my folks, they are slow movers, but he gave great care and attention to us, by the way the setup in the restaurant was very nice people were talking socializing and they looked at be having a very good time, that what I call a restaurant with family atmosphere.

I had significant front end damage on a Nissan Murano. Southeast is a Nissan certified repair shop. Despite constant pressure to use after market or used parts, Kenny refused to use substandard parts during the repair. Virtual inspections of the car by Insurance Adjusters(relying on photos) made communication extremely difficult and dragged the repair time out unnecessarily.Despite the difficult circumstances, Kenny and his staff completed an outstanding body and front end repair. The Murano was restored to an outstanding conditionKenny, thanks for holding to your standards.

My car has been there since December 12th 2018. Everybody went on vacation during the holidays and nobody worked on my car. I was hit by an uninsured motorist and have to pay my rental for the car Im in. I've been jerked around since I left my car there. I'm so disappointed in the service I have received. I've been lied to and I've been put on the back burner.

they charged my insurance company $1200 to hold my car for two days. my insurance adjuster says it's unheard of. stay away from this place.
